“Always an enjoyable experience. Greeted warmly, seated, ordered. Menu is something for everyone done right. Good runners always more than pleasant. Busy evening and our waitress was a busy lady. Management sent another more than capable body to relieve that jam, which was really appreciated. Good great, 3 of us shared appetizers, a delicious large steak, and the fish special. All left satisfied with leftover steak”
“The restaurant needs to buy one can of WD-40 to fix their squeaky front door. Had to wait 20 minutes outside the front door waiting for our table (which was not a big deal) but for the incredibly squeaky front door which opens repeatedly. Everyone waiting for their table was getting a headache. Food was great. I won't return until I know that door is fixed.”

“They were out of the duck when I went which was disappointing and everything else we got was good but nothing crazy. Maybe the Michelin star is for the duck, but otherwise, I don't see it. Get more ducks!”
“Eggs bacon and waffles were spectacular! Waffles stands out by being light, fluffy and undeniably the best waffles I have ever had. I asked to separate waffles from eggs and bacon and think this is the way to go! French toast, burrito were also very good. Only drawback was it was a bit on the expensive side for breakfast - 30/pp. I guess you pay for quality!!”
“There a number of restaurants that are dog friendly and then there are places that are dog loving and this is that spot. The food was great the staff was super accommodating for my two pups. I'll definitely back the next time we're in town. Thank you!”

“Fia Steak Restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience that surpassed all expectations. From the warm and knowledgeable staff to the exquisite culinary offerings, every aspect of the evening was exceptional. The appetizers, including the crunchy tuna cigars, hamachi crudo, and the newly introduced kingfish crudo, tantalized the taste buds with their harmonious flavor combinations. The steak tartare, with its spicy kick, was a standout dish, setting the stage for the incredible entrees to follow. The truffle cavatelli was a personal favorite, but the oxtail agnolotti stole the show with its rich wine and meat sauce, leaving a lasting impression as one of the most remarkable pasta dishes ever tasted. The bone-in ribeye, cooked to perfection and accompanied by dauphinois gratin of potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus, showcased the restaurant's mastery of steak. Additionally, the A5 Wagyu, a kitchen recommendation, was a delectable indulgence.Dessert was the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary meal, with the chocolate soufflé and sticky toffee pudding topped with vanilla ice cream providing a sweet finale. Fia Steak Restaurant has set the bar exceptionally high with its unparalleled hospitality, service, and culinary quality. This dining experience was truly magical, THANK YOU, Fia Steak!”
“Great service here, our bartender was a rockstar! Food is good, the striped bass is bomb.. burger not bad either. Would definitely come again, friendly neighborhood vibe.”

The cozy ambiance paired with great dishes and soulful tunes makes it a must visit for any food and music lover!!”

“Great tasting food, service was attentive, atmosphere/decor was great. We were told to order more food than we thought necessary, by the time we got the last dish - we couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, they packed it up in such a small container that you could tell half of the curry was thrown out! Recommend to use a bigger container!”
“I enjoyed this place a lot! We sat at the bar and got a chef's tasting menu. Everything was outstanding! We came in from Vegas for quick getaway and this place did not disappoint. If we're ever in the area again we're come back! We particularily enjoyed the cooked carrots and the mushroom pasta we were served”
“Crudo e Nudo is a tiny fish "bar" serving humble-looking dishes that are packed with elegance and finesse. The abalone changed my life. ? The menu changes based on availability. Wine pairings are perfect. Service is delightful, although it is a small staff so be patient during busy hours. We would have ordered more, had we not needed to save room for our second dinner at their sister restaurant.”

“Loved it! Brought home a bunch of pastries - pain suisse, pain au chocolat, croissant, almond croissant, and chocolate chip cookie. All were delicious. Also got a half tomato on everything and it was awesome - well seasoned and excellent tomatoes and basil. Small space, and hard parking, but worth it! Next time I will buy a loaf for sure.”
“Shunji Japanese Cuisine located near Santa MonicaRun by husband and wife Shunii, both very talkative. They almost kept interacting with the guests throughout the dinner. VerykindThe Omakase set meal price is 280$/per. There are 26 noodles in total on the day.Tao is the most filling omakase I have ever eaten. Even the chef said itIndeed, I had a lot of courses that day, usually about 22 courses, and the price/performance ratio was super high!My favorite is tomato tofu and cod liver toast (Picture 56)Shirako sushi is also very specialThe other two performances were also on par. However, I may have eaten too much at the beginning and was a little tired and full at the end, which made the impression of desserts mediocre.I still love this place and will visit again.Next door, there is Shunji's apprentice Miki's omakase room. “LA MUST GO! Everything we ordered from the scallops to the jamon and the mushrooms were delicious. And the spicy calabrese pizza was SOO good. The presentation of the food was also a treat. The service was great, the ambiance was cozy and quaint, and the owner was as generous and kind as could be. We had an exceptional experience and will be returning soon.”
“Great small and delicious Japanese Restaurant in the corner of the Fairmont Hotel! The most amazing and fresh fish. Under your eyes rolled sushi and brilliant side dishes, like miso soup, edamame and Japanese appetizers. A place to go and recommend to everybody.”

Bun & Mi
“Hands down the best banh mi sandwich I’ve ever had! Their special soup was 10000/10 too. Really really good. Like homemade. Very nice owners, fantastic service. Will definitely be back and wish the owners best luck in everything!”
“Food, service & ambience at Chinois on Main are always something I look forward to! Consistently, excellent!!! Whenever I visit LA, it's on my top list to go for a nice & unforgettable dinner w/ my hubby!”

“Food and service was excellent, highly recommend! My sister and I live in SD but were in Santa Monica for the day and stopped here for lunch. I got the cobb salad and my sister got the West Coast wrap and both were excellent. We both also got the Ginger Turmeric Lemonade which we couldn't rave enough about. We loved the soft hits of the ginger and turmeric, not overpowering, and it wasn't too sweet like other lemonades.Overall, the food was excellent and I couldn't say enough about how great the service was.I wish there was a location in SD so we could stop by for lunch more often but we'll definitely make sure to stop by again when were up in Santa Monica.”
“Blueberry Teff Pancake is amazing, as is the authentic Ethiopian cuisine & the authentic Ethiopian coffee. So thrilled to have an Ethiopian Restaurant in Santa Monica.”

“What a pleasant place to have lunch. The seating area was relaxing and comfortable. Of course, we came here for its pastas and weren’t disappointed. The serving size was smaller, so we ordered 4 different pastas. The lasagna was as advertised, it was excellent. All other three pastas were very good especially the agnolotti. We’ve never had it before and it was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended. The only downside of our lunch was that it had sold out its bread. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience here very much. And the service was excellent as well.Vegetarian options: 3 out of the 4 pastas that we had were vegetarian.Parking: It’s pretty empty on the street at around 1:30 pm on a Saturday.Kid-friendliness: Yes, kids should live it’s pastas here.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but it’s on the tight side.”
“Great service here, our bartender was a rockstar! Food is good, the striped bass is bomb.. burger not bad either. Would definitely come again, friendly neighborhood vibe.”
“2024 update: dined in for the first time and was underwhelmed with the food. Chickpea curry is decent, kaya toast is decent. The dan dan noodles are straight up not good! Extremely salty and fatty. Skipped dessert (unheard of for me) because the main dishes already made me feel so heavy and unhealthy.2022 takeout review: The laksa is incredible. It is easily two meals (can serve two people). I'm not a spice person and this was at the upper end of my spice tolerance but not too spicy. A side of clay oven bread is really good to dip in it. My only complaint was I ordered takeout and my order was ready 15 minutes later than the original estimate.”
“Delicious food, a kid friendly environment service was lovely! Surely recommend! We have had a hard time to find a delicious seaweed salad in town and theirs was great :) kiddos enjoyed their rolls as well. Very accommodating”

“My company orders breakfast from here weekly, it's the only place we can all agree upon to eat at because it's that good. Pro tip, get the Egg Sammie, the garlic spread is delicious.”
“Great Spot! This was the best food that I ate in LA on a recent trip into town. The pierogis and the kielbasa were both fantastic. The patio has a great atmosphere and the staff was really polite. Highly Recommend!”
“Very busy, order at the bar, open a tab, food is delivered to your table. Really delicious, creative, non-traditional dishes. The staff were super busy and nice.Dietary restrictions: We did not try to ask to change anything, but menu says no substitutions or changes. The burger had bleu cheese which was fine with us but we wondered what they do if you don’t want that.”
“Cool spot with really excellent wine options. Very cheery atmosphere. Down one star because the night we went they seemed understaffed. The bartender said too busy to make a cheese board.”
“The house limo is great. The food is ok. The hamburger is pretty dry. Too little sauce. But the ingredients are fresh. The cheese dog is ok too. All in all it's edible but compared to other burger shops I can't understand why it's so hyped here.”
“Bodega has best of both worlds! You can grab a coffee and get some work done or you can grab a glass of wine and catch up with friends. I love coming here for both! Also their pizza is the best pizza in LA in my opinion ! At 5pm everyone puts their laptops away and it turns into an actual wine bar! LOVE IT ! Service is great! Ambiance is so cool! Lots of natural light which gives it a coffee shop feel! There's tall tables, a long bar and also couches to sit. They also have an outside patio for those warm sunny days !”

“Came here just before seeing a show at the women's center across the street, it was pretty hard to find without looking in the window, which was pretty cool. The food menu was delicious, but we couldn't stay long enough to finish our meatballs! They were still good when we got home, next time we're there we'll try more of the sake and sushi collection!”

“This is one of our favorites. Incredible service with no pretention and the food is exquisite. Grab a spot at the bar on a Saturday at 6:30pm and enjoy great cocktails, one of the best wines by the glass menus and just the best food. No scene, no nonsense. Just a great dining experience. “Thanks you Daniel and the staff for an amazing experience. I don’t share this lightly after many disappointing donning experiences in LA. Everything was excellent both food and service. We had the meat and cheese charcuterie board where everything was superb. Their specialty cocktail, the Fizz’d Out, was one of the best we have ever had and their wine list was not only impressive but was reasonably priced. The chicken confit was exceptional and the apple tart was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Dont sleep on the vegetable sides too. Thank you! We will be back.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sides”
“Came to chestnut club after going for drinks and dinner and loved the drinks they served. Our bartender took super good care of us and made sure we always got what we needed in a speedy manner. Really enjoyed the vibes and people in there as well. They are open late too so it's the perfect place to go to if you have nothing else to do after dinner! 10/10 recommended!”
“I really enjoyed my visit here again. I came back 2 years after my first time here to take a photo by the boat. The bartender, Mikey, was absolutely amazing and really knowledgeable about tequila. He knew a lot about the drinks and he made some really nice cocktails for me and my friends. I will totally come back next time I am in Santa Monica!”
“I've opened another place in Los Angeles that has delicious food and a good selection of interesting wine at a reasonable price. Madeira wine sauce is excellent there. I would recommend the chicken under the brick.”
“A lovely restaurant that has a wonderful vibe to it. Atmosphere is everything and Lunetta has it going on. The food was out of this world, fresh and served at the right temperature. I would highly recommend this establishment.”
“I love the concept of this restaurant and the service was spot on great! We sampled several dishes from the menu and I can highly recommend the yummy ribs, the swiss chard, and the asparagus was super (done with a tangerine sauce that was amazing)! The deviled egg was delightful as well as the tomato puree on toasts, a nice palette cleanser...And the goat milk flan was a desert winner!! I will say a few dishes just weren't up to par - the skewered calamari was underwhelming, not well spiced and rather bland, and the garling shrimp was overwhelming with too much garlic (and we were all garlic lovers). I was glad we asked for a quiet table, tucked up in the corner of the upstairs area (we had a double birthday dinner), because the noise level in general was very high. I recommend seating up on the balcony if possible. All in all, however, it was a great experience and we'll certainly go back and sample some more dishes from this neighborhood gem.”
“Walked by so many times and it's always busy. Finally checked it out Saturday for an early dinner. We made a reservation, since it seems they are always busy. Although there were some vacant tables for walk-ins when we arrived. So many 'fun' margaritas on the menu and I had the completely satisfying skinny-marg with zero guilt. My BF had a classic and liked it enough to have a second one. For food we went with:Classic Esquitos (Mexican corn cut off the cob, with spice, cheese and just loads of flavor). Rainbow Carrots were delish. There were roasted carrots, pureed carrots and diced marinated raw carrots. Absolutely ordering these next time. Fish Tacos. Best thing was each taco had a nice size piece of fish, not just fish scraps. It was a bit too salty but an extra squeeze of lime offset the salt. Carne Asada Plate. Salt at first bite was so overwhelming we had to ask if there was something wrong. The staff was more than helpful, offering to remake it with no added salt or take it off the bill and let us order something else. Ultimately we decided to let them remake it with no added salt, they did tell us the steak was pre-marinated. It tasted significantly better without extra seasoning. Service was 11/10 both servers went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our dinner. Next time I'm definitely getting one of their specialty margaritas and nachos!”
“Everything on their menu is excellent. You're paying for quality of food and service. The staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive; they always make sure my glass of wine is never empty. Furthermore, the atmosphere is quiet and mellow; perfect, if you don't like to shout at everyone you talk to.”
“OMG! These Gobernador (shrimp and poblano pepper) tacos are ridiculously good. I would have taken a picture but I was too busy inhaling them. Come for happy hour — free parking!”
“We had the Happy Hour Lamb Leg Berra Tacos, Steamed Mussels and Grilled Asparagus. The Tacos were so good we had to get a second order ??Such a pretty restaurant located inside the Viceory Hotel. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor area have a fireplace. Happy Hour Daily 3pm-6”
“I've wanted to dine here for a while and I finally made it back in June. The intimate dining room has only 5 tables, and a close up view of the kitchen. One of my favorite dishes was the Caviar Deviled Egg, it even had heart shaped waffles on the side! I also enjoyed their pine milk bread and blossom butter that was served with a mushroom broth. There were three main savory dishes. The Red Bream & Scallop "Farci", was my least favorite dish of the menu, it was cooked perfectly, and the sauce looked good, but somehow it all tasted completely flavorless, which was really disappointing. The A5 Wagyu with a ramp stuffed Morel mushroom was amazing, but the main highlight of the meal for me was the Liberty Farm's Duck "Rouennaise". It was delicious and the presentation was really unique. One of the desserts was a cherry sorbet with "dip n dots" which was one of the most flavorful sorbets that i've ever had, and a perfect way to end the meal. This was such a fun and unique experience but it was probably the most expensive 2 star i’ve been to and I don’t think it lived up to the price tag compared to other restaurants i’ve dined at with the same Michelin rating.”
“Library is by far one of my favorite places on Main Street. I recently saw V. B's review on yelp and I was so confused. As someone who has dealt with VB personally at my business, I award the patience of this establishment for continuing to let her in over and over again. She is 86'd at my bar and every other bar on the street. I love this place!”
“The food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff is very professional and kind! It's on the more expensive side (but delicious!) and the atmosphere was very pleasant although it was pretty empty (we went on a Sunday night). Great place to talk because the noise level isn't too high.”
“We LOVE this place. Great food. Incredibly warm atmosphere and service. The family that owns this has a great vision and cares so much about everyone that comes in.”

“Made it halfway into the restaurant when I was signal with the cutthroat sign that they were closed so then I get in the drive-through and after 15 minutes of waiting because I had put my order online I find out that the restaurant is closed completely but they did have my order minus the drink so I couldn’t get a refund for the money for the drink so I was offered a water bottle. I don’t know if needmy soda for my big Mac and fries they should have signs up or even the McDonald’s sign off if they’re closed.”

“I came here recently on a weekend, and there was a small group of people waiting outside for their orders. It took about 20 minutes but so worth it. We got the beef and chicken curry omusibi. They are filling & well worth the price of $4.95 each. The seaweed is perfectly salted and slightly crispy and they didn't skimp on the meat which I appreciated.”
“Large, luscious burger, high quality meat, just dripping its juices and sauce I was soaking up with the fries, chasing every drop. And the fries -- creamy inside surrounded by perfectly crisp outsides, lovely light seasoning that's not salty. Oh, man, and my daughter loved her chicken sandwich and its (red) cabbage slaw. I had a taste of the slaw, now I'm tempted to have that sandwich next time just on the strength of the slaw. And all at a totally reasonable price, srsly. Nice people, too, and a quiet courtyard at the side for eating there. I can't wait to go back. I forgot to mention the buns were the kind that are soft but compress down as you bite to be part of the chewy yumcious. Just great.Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger”
“Had a fantastic meal with my niece yesterday at Patrick's Roadhouse. Although it appeared the whole place was being served by one waitress and one cook, the service was prompt and friendly and the food was excellent. My burger was huge and juicy (I just got the regular burger) and the fries were seasoned to perfection. My niece loved her french toast and the all the fun kitch on the walls and tables. Will be back.”
“We had brunch on a Sunday morning and it was delicious and filling. The staff is very kind and attentive to guests' needs without being intrusive. It is a very popular restaurant and it was already packed before 12 noon. Remember to make a reservation to avoid missing out on good ”
“Fell in love with this place during covid lockdowns when they were still open for pickup/delivery. Coconut fried chicken and various sides is so good. That sour cream is delicious ”
“The place is well located and comfortable, the food is excellent ? the attention from the waiters who, despite being very young, provide magnificent service, they are bilingual and make you feel very comfortable.. in general the staff is very attentive and friendly, I highly recommend This place has reasonable prices and the food is of very good quality. I hope to return soon.”
“I hosted my baby shower here on 3/23/24.I wanted a tea party with family & close friends and Mayra and her team went above and beyond! The tea service so delicious!!! And friends & family couldn’t stop complimenting how unique and beautiful of an experience it was.Definitely bringing my baby here for tea parties with her!”
“Kazunori is easily the most affordable, high quality sushi restaurant around. They’ve got a great selection of fresh fish at even better prices. With a super personal bar seating, you’re guaranteed to feel like a king.”

“Such a great place to come for a quick little breakfast! I couldn’t recommend the griddle cakes enough. The classic OG griddle cake is phenomenal. Only downside to this location is that there is very limited seating, but usually you can find a seat by the time your order is ready. Everything here is à la cart, but the griddle cakes are enough to fill you up as they come in a stack of three— they don’t serve the griddle cakes after 12 PM I think! The staff here is so friendly and attentive, they brought the food right to the table and cleared my plate as soon as I was done.?As far as parking is concerned, there is metered street parking available! As far as accessibility, the counters are at a appropriate height for a wheelchair. The menus are very legible, only concern is big wheelchairs maneuvering around the small space. There was no ramp required for entry.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight space, might be hard to maneuver a large wheelchair around in. Not impossible, however.”
“Outstanding cheeses and food. Loved the burrata salad with beets, the avocado with citrus and chèvre, the mussels, and simple pasta with cheese and pepper. All served by friendly staff and fine wines. Much appreciated closing evening with a cheese selection informed by cheese sommelier.”
“Thank you Maia for taking good care of me last night. It was a bit of a hiccup in the order but you guys were super slammed and did your best. Maya , you were super sweet and patient with me. You had the order remade and you guys did it super fast and sent me on my way home with dinner w/ Hubby. And when I got home all the food was packed up so nicely and kept hot & yummy. Delicious!!! Thank You, just in time for movie night snuggles with family.”
“Exceptionally high standards for cakes. And I enjoy the service thoroughly. Ordered the Beverly Cake, which is outstanding. I wish they would stay open later, though.”
“Love the atmosphere and the music. The food was good but there are some key points to take note of. The tortilla soup was distinctly lacking in salt to bring the flavors together and there were FAR too many carrots. It cam across very bland initially until I added a lot of salt. The Big Curious Salad was very tasty and the dressing light but flavorful. I added beef skewers to the salad and those skewers were AMAZING! Please note that the online photos show the big curious salad with avocado and clementine, that is not the correct photo as the big curious has neither of those ingredients. All in all an enjoyable meal.”

“Nice burger place in Santa Monica. A little over-priced for what it is, but the burgers are undeniably tasty. Good service, friendly staff, cool airplane hangar vibe.”
“Nothing spectacular, the drinks are nice and I liked the rose coffee, but overall pretty expensive. Indoor seating was nice but again not as special as it was made out to be. Still would recommend a try if a place like this is up your alley.”
“Really impressed with this location. The food was great, people working here were kind and prompt with their service. You can actually see all of the chicken being grilled fresh, too. Highly recommend this El Pollo Loco.”
“Always fresh coffees from its “CLOVER” machine is another reason to make this Starbucks different than the others. Fast and friendly baristas and beautiful atmosphere just misses an open air outdoor sitting area.”
“Everything was perfect great food great staff. On point.Addition to this review i just had a number 3 double quarter pounder with cheese meal and I'll tell you what when i saw the burger i just had to prep it for a photo with the meal. It's hardly ever that any burger is prepared so well that it looks better then the menus photo.Might I add the flavor was the best double quarter pounder with cheese sandwich i have ever had and I've been to all over a couple hundred mcdonalds across the United States kudos to the staff who cooked and prepared this sandwich. The fries also on point.I'm not sure what the management is doing here but it sure as hell makes everything flawless on comparison to its competitors.”
“It was a very good thing I have ordered the Bacon & Egg Breakfast Burrito with a side order of small hash browns and an unlimited serving of Coke Zero Sugar at the Carl’s Jr. Restaurant Location (2727 Santa Monica Blvd.) in the city of Santa Monica.”
“One of the best meals I have ever eaten took place at this establishment. Great food, friendly staff, fast service. And the fountain drinks are perfect (which is a big selling point for me because that's rare).Vegetarian options: They have egg rolls and stuff like that.”
“Very kind, allowing people to use their restrooms without the hassle. Aren't judgemental but also not quite on it when it comes to getting orders correct. Overall they seem to try an be friendly.Parking: Always open spots in the parking lot. Convenient and they are cool about you getting a drink and kicking back in your car for a sec.”
“UPDATED REVIEW: The people working there now are not as nice as when I originally wrote my review. Recently I was walking and I stopped there. The door facing the street was open and I walked to the counter. The staff started yelling at me asking me how I even got in there like I was a criminal. They said the front door was locked. I was like well I guarantee I didn't like pick the lock or something? Then they refused to take my order or let me use the restroom and told me I had to leave immediately. Look, I am not an unhoused neighbor. I am a middle-aged woman and not any kind of problem person or threat or anything like that. I literally opened the door which was unlocked and walked in there and they were like "you can't be here" which like??? RUDE AND LAME. I probably won't ever get Del Taco again from *any location* because of being shouted at when I was not wrong!ORIGINAL REVIEW: The nicest people work here!!!!!!!!!”
“A regular place to stop on my way from work.Vegetarian options: There were several items.Dietary restrictions: Some options were available.Parking: Depending on the time of day, there's usually a lot of parking. During lunchtime, it is hard to pull out if there's a line of cars. Late afternoon, evening is the best time for parkingKid-friendliness: I believe that they have kid-friendly games and activity sets with their kids' meals. Very accommodating staff.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll straight in from the parking lot into the restaurant.”
“I have eaten at this Burger King location a few times in the area. Very busy and sometimes messy location. Ordered a stacker burger when we ate here for 30 minutes inside. Glad they keep homeless out and keep the place somehat clean. Food was decent and staff are cool. Always a pleasure to visit.”
“3rd time here on my holiday in LA and it’s been great every time. Particularly good customer service from Kaz - he was attentive, approachable and efficient. Thanks!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available! Super GF friendly :)”
“My only two real issues are that the drive-thru is a bit tough to get thru sometimes, I have a '97 Lexus ES300 that has a pretty long body and I have to sometimes readjust to reach the window after making my order. My other issue is that unless the Taco Bell theme nowadays is less seating, I would appreciate more of those bolted to the floor outside tbh. I don't know, other than that it's great. I love Taco Bell lol. I recommend this one for a quick drive thru, they also have two self-order kiosks inside.”
“This Madonna is the future with the new devices. Just walk in. Take the screen, order your food on the screen and your order ticket. Print out and there you go. Eat McDonald's at the beach. Excellent job Los Angeles. This people need a makeover but make it better”
Fine Dining
“Michelin rated sister restaurant of Melisse which is located in the bottom level. Came here to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and they had a little printed sign congratulating them. The ambiance is darkly lit with modern decor. Tasting menu is $165 as of March 2024 and includes four plates with the option for up charges. Everyone at the table must order the pre-fixe. Credit cards accepted. Valet parking available or you can opt for metered street parking. There were young kids in the restaurant. Service was alright - our waiter forgot that we told him that we only needed two wine glasses and instead brought out four in addition to some other minor complaints, so I took a star off for lack of attention to detail that other Michelin places have. Otherwise, the food was good, with my favorite being the dessert course. Some thoughts on what we tried below:Asparagus panna cotta - the amuse bouche was fun to eat and incorporated both asparagus and white asparagus. It was creamy and cool.Basil brioche - this came with French butter from Normandy. You could choose this or the French roll. The bread wasn’t warm but the flavor was unique, if the color a bit too on the leprechaun green sideLobster bolognese - this is a molded pasta with butter foam on top (not your traditional pasta). Our waiter recommended just cutting into it like a bar, and it was fun to eat, if a bit cold.Egg caviar kit - my dad absolutely loved this. It’s $25 extra but the caviar carefully placed into an egg shell was such a novel conceptWhite asparagus - another upcharge, but also worth it if you like morels. The brown buttery sauce on the bottom was umami and delicious.Scallops - both my sister and mom opted for this. It was tasty and very tender.Crudo - this came with a generous amount of five pieces. It had some foliage on top which looked very aesthetic.Red mullet - my mom got this and the fish was cooked perfectly. The skin was crispy while the meat was flaky - she liked this a lot.Lamb - this is recommended to be cooked medium rare, and I agree with that assessment. It was very tender with the right amount of fat for a juicy burst of flavor and salt.Duo of beef - this comes with beef cheek and another cut. My sister preferred the lamb over the beef, which I agreed with.Cherimoya - both my parents got this since they prefer a lighter dessert. It’s a tropical flavor and the restaurant added little candles for them to blow out.Chocolate cake - this had a chocolate filling and came with ice cream on the side. I love the combination of hot and cold in a dessert, and felt like it was the right level of sweetness.”
“Beautiful restaurant! The food is excellent. We have been here repeatedly over several years— consistently gourmet Italian food. Had the pumpkin ravioli. Delicious. My husband had the veal limone- best anywhere. The cacio pepe, fabulous. The desserts are authentically Italian— which means not gooey, creamy— they are true Italian desserts. This is a restaurant worth visiting. And they have valet parking too! It's worth the investment.”
“My friend and I went for lunch. The warm rolls were amazing. We ordered wagyu, ribeye, lamb chops, sautéed spinach and the sautéed mushrooms. Everything was exquisite and cook to perfection. I look forward to my next visit.”
“I have been here multiple times. The pizza and spicy rigatoni are phenomenal. Parking is very easy. The views from the top are incredible. Highly recommend going. Went there for brunch once as well. Good drinks. Will say it gets very crowded so highly recommend planning accordingly.”
“Bartender was very busy yet still perfectly attentive! He made me a drink that was absolutely delicious and recommend the scallops with corn side dish. I can honestly say it was perfection!!”
“Our first time there. We were a group of 8 for a birthday party. The food was amazing. The meat was grilled medium rare. The vegetable sides were seasoned just right. The birthday boy got a smoked old fashioned that reminded me of a campfire. Our server and staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu had suggestions for the meal. An outstanding meal and experience.”
“I was contemplating where to position this restaurant on my lists, well, the food is good and very well presented, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best, besides the lobster Mac and cheese, that one is of the charts, I can’t deny. The hamachi crudo and yellowfin tartare were fresh, but the sauce on the yellowfin did not keep up with the dish.We ordered the lobster, that I would give it a 5, it’s the house specialty. The black chitarra pasta was good, but needed something in the sauce.Overall, it’s good food, but preserving those exquisite places, I am happy with the review I just did.If you’d like a nice sunset view, go for a table near the window.”
“Don't appreciate a surprise 20% service charge for kitchen and a note on our bill that it doesn't include tip. Just got back from London and Paris and NEVER heard of a customer expected to pay 40% of bill to pay for services. NEVER!”
“Great energy being close to the ocean with that light breeze as well. Carpaccio n corn raviolis on point. Santa Monica stairs right down the street if u wanna burn it off ha”
“I have gone twice, And be wise whom you take. Grown mature people only… This is an EXPERIENCE not just going to a restaurant to eat out. Definitely not 5 star food.. Yes the food is just ok.. nothing fancy, but it’s not bad. I absolutely enjoyed myself both times I went, Im planning on making another reservation this month for another daughters birthday. It’s is very pricey but if your open minded and like and want to enjoy different experiences you’ll love this. It’s worth the money… don’t listen to them who say it’s not. They probably would rather spend there money on just baseball games and poker.”
“La Conde is the best miexan restaurant. I eat at La Conde with my boyfriend-to-be-husband. A++ service. I love eating at L aConde. The breakfast tacos felt splendid. My waiter attempted to flirt with me despite my husband's presence. I love the location's ambience. Why visit anotherMexican restaurant? The restaurant is well-staffed with productive personnel. A++ food. My husband ordered the cerviche with red wine. The red wine tasted splendid. Why drink wine from another restaurant? I don't know. Why order on doordash? I don't know.Where is the restaurant located? I don't Know. Why am I writing this review? I don't know.Vegetarian options: cerviche veggie tacos veggie soupDietary restrictions: no dietary restrictions are available.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant offers a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchairs are accessible at the restaurant.”
“Great food, excellent wine list, wonderful and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for excellent food -- good variety of choices on the menu as well. Options for seating -- inside or outside -- are both excellent. Outside can offer better acoustics for larger parties.”
“The food was delicious, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff is very professional and kind! It's on the more expensive side (but delicious!) and the atmosphere was very pleasant although it was pretty empty (we went on a Sunday night). Great place to talk because the noise level isn't too high.”

“SO amazing! William and his team make everything fresh with the most outstanding customer service! My dad and I were visiting the area and this magical place was nearby- for 4 days they juiced our morning medicine with love- 32oz of celery juice each! and shared so many other delicious treats! The bowls are stunning to look at and taste even better! An added bonus? The beats were always pumping out pure joy to add to the mix! If you’re looking for fuel made from the heart, The Juice Bar is your spot! Thank you William and Jimena! ?”
“Fantastic no-frills latte and bar none the most delicious coffee cake that I have ever eaten.I cannot overstate how incredible this coffecake was. So soft and dense and pillowy and chewy all at the same time. Their baker might be a wizard.”
“I've been here at least 10 times and will continue to come here for the food and good vibes. There aren't that many places that offer healthy but consistently tasty food with good atmosphere in this area. I also love that there is always parking with outdoor seatings, and it's a self-service/to-go place. My favorite is their burrito, peanut butter smoothie, and their bowl with market fish. The only downside is that there can be a long line on the weekend prime time - I once waited 45 minutes with a friend on a sunny Saturday 11am but we just chatted and caught up so it was fine.”
“Very cute little coffee and bakery shop. Nice servers who were polite and courteous. We ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast, croissant, egg salad sandwich & French toast.Food was excellent and fresh. Highly recommend!”
“Wow! I’m traveling from Denver and being vegan I was immediately drawn to Vegan Sushi in Santa Monica. I ordered #17 The Volcano Roll! Wow wow wow. Best vegan sushi I’ve had. It’s full of flavor, mouth watering, just the right amount of spice. If I lived here I’d be a regular! 5 star!!!”
“Great burger ... really great. Sadly, it's overpriced for what you get. It's a thing I would only get if the line was non-existent. Standing in a long line for an overpriced burger is over-rated.The fries are spectacular. They are cooked in beef tallow...like McDonalds did back in the day.”
“We started with milkshakes (one of which was the Vegan Cookies and Cream) and both tasted delicious. I was excited to find a place that offered a Dairy Free Milkshake option. For dinner we had the Fried Chicken and a Burger, both portions were plenty and very delicious. Waiter was friendly and informative. Atmosphere was great as well.Dietary restrictions: There were vegan/non-dairy options available.”
“Pizza is super fresh and tasty, at a good price especially for college students. The owner is always very nice and attentive. Tables are always clean. Love the Mango Lassi drink :))”
“SO GOOD. Some of the best pizza ever? Maybe we were just hungry, but it really hit the spot. It was very fast, hot, and high quality. Something about their sauce sets them over the top.”
“Shoops has been in the regular rotation for our family for the last 6 years. Breakfast is incredible. Lunch is fantastic. We love the breakfast wraps; the body wrap and Aaron's wrap w/ bbq sauce on the side. For lunch it's all about the Salmon Caesar Salad or wrap or Ambassador sandwich. The staff is incredibly kind and always friendly. They always greeted us with a smile, recognized us and made the extra effort to make sure we were attended too.We are leaving Santa Monica and our weekend meals at/ from Shoops will be life long memories! It was even the first place we brought our son for his first meal out at 3 weeks old! Thanks Matt and Shoops family for making our breakfasts and lunches special for so many years :)”
“Incredible scotch collection. Really fantastic service and nice reaped atmosphere. Bartenders are attentive and knowledgeable as well as very accommodating. Many rare scotch available.”
“My first time in Santa Monica. My friend searched Mexican food spots in the area and we chose this one. Ordered for pickup and it was ready in a good amount of time. My food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. I got the OG Burrito with Birria and churros. So so good! Highly recommend you stop here and enjoy the other options as well. Customer service was great, too.”
“Rae's is a blast from the past, an original 1950's tiny diner! Perfect for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants such as Mel's Diner. Presentation of food is not important here. They bring out the food fast! This is not a fancy diner, but rather a simple cozy local breakfast diner that has not changed much since the 1950s in decor.I had the Rae's Special Omelette which is chunks of chicken, onions zucchini and cheese. The omelette was a bit hard, not soft and fluffy, but it was tasty with the breakfast potatoes and toast. This was under $12.My friend ordered the 2 eggs, 2 sausage and biscuit. The gravy was an extra .69 cents. She enjoyed her meal.On Sunday around 10:30am, the wait for two was not bad at all. Service was good, service with a smile, even though they were short staffed. They all worked very hard.Restrooms are located from the outside patio. You will need to ask the staff for the code to unlock them.Park on the side streets. Read the parking signs carefully to avoid any parking tickets.”
“Only came in for a drink and snack at happy hour, but the Juan margarita was so delicious, and the wedge salad so perfect that we wished we'd had time on our trip to come back for a proper hangout. Such a cozy and lovely patio, and super, friendly service. Will definitely return next trip!”
“This place is PHENOMENAL!!! Every time I've been here it has been killer. The staff is awesome, and the consistency of the food is right on. I recommend the Lobster tacos, Cali lobster roll, and the Lobster fries. This is my go-to place for all things lobster.Edit: Came here again today and this place seems to keep getting better. Great food, Excellent Service. The Lobster Bisque and the Clobster roll are fantastic!!”

“Stopped by on a Friday night for happy hour and we were not disappointed. The food was great and we loved our sangria. Service was prompt and the overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely visit again.”
“Great selection of seafood and a nice little restaurant inside the Market itself. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the grilled swordfish and it was delicious. The crab cakes were also very good.”
“The food is very tasty, fresh, freshly prepared in front of you, good wines, the price is low for LA standards. And tips are not accepted, something even rarer for the USA, which asks for a minimum of 18%. A place you have to go.”

“CUTEEEE, I've heard of U Dessert Story in SF and was excited to hear they were opening in Santa Monica along a brunch spot! The location is beautiful and interior is so fun for brunch. The wait has been popping off so I'd recommend joining the waitlist early! I had the breakfast plate with their millionaire bacon and the scone was my absolute favorite- literally the best scone I've had lol!!!”
“Great food, right a cross the street from a very trendy and a bit over rated Italian restaurant. Wish more people gave this place a try. Great service and classic dishes with great wine selection.”

Hillstone
“Hillstones Santa Monica is a must-visit restaurant for anyone craving delicious Hawaiian steak. The ambiance at Hillstones is upscale yet inviting, with a modern and sleek design that creates a sophisticated dining experience. The staff is professional and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of your meal is perfect. Now, let's talk about the star of show - the Hawaiian steak. It is simply mouthwatering! The steak is cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that melts in your mouth. The Hawaiian flavors are infused into the steak, giving it a unique and delightful taste that will leave you craving more.Overall, Hillstones Santa Monica and their Hawaiian steak are a winning combination. Whether you're looking for a special night out or just craving some amazing food, Hillstones is the place to be. Don't miss out on the opportunity to indulge in this culinary delight - it's an experience you won't soon forget.Only bad thing is they no longer have the salmon appetizer”
“Fell in love with this place during covid lockdowns when they were still open for pickup/delivery. Coconut fried chicken and various sides is so good. That sour cream is delicious ”
“We LOVE this place. Great food. Incredibly warm atmosphere and service. The family that owns this has a great vision and cares so much about everyone that comes in.”
“You walk-in, look through the menu, and then go place your order. The atmosphere was nice.Food: shrimp cocktail was a 3 out of 5. It was too small for the price, the flavor was just okay, Not worth the $$. Tacos: 3 out of 5, they were just okay. Calamari: was good but chewy, 4 out of 5. Steak and potato, good 4 out of 5. Fried shrimp: 5 out of 5. The shrimp was the best compared to the other meals. Salad was good,”
“Above average prices but for the location and experience it’s a nice time. Basic entrees around lunch are about $28-32. Service was actually very nice and friendly.”

“We had brunch on a Sunday morning and it was delicious and filling. The staff is very kind and attentive to guests' needs without being intrusive. It is a very popular restaurant and it was already packed before 12 noon. Remember to make a reservation to avoid missing out on good ”

Chez Jay
“Cozy, unique spot with great food and beverages, friendly hosts and waiters. Pile on the thrill of famous past visitors, and it makes for a full-package experience. Squeeze into the standing room, call ahead to reserve a table, or take your chances and see what luck brings you.”
“Loved this place ! Great for a chill (and family friendly) vibe by the Santa Monica pier . The servers were super friendly (they even offer complimentary food for your dog). The portions are large and filling. The grilled fish taco (snapper) was delicious and their guacamole is fresh and chips are not too salty.I especially enjoyed the watermelon agua fresca (fresh watermelon that is not too sweet).100% recommend this spot.”
“Absolutely amazing, off the charts food and atmosphere! A wonderful date spot with healthy and super eclectic foods. Everything is farm fresh, interesting and super delicious flavor combos that make for an exceptional culinary experience. And flourless chocolate cake is to die for ! ”
“Love this spot. Great breakfast if you order the right thing. The English omelette is my favorite, with English Muffins.Raoul and the staff are lovely.Top top place if you are a Chelsea fan!”
“Kazunori is easily the most affordable, high quality sushi restaurant around. They’ve got a great selection of fresh fish at even better prices. With a super personal bar seating, you’re guaranteed to feel like a king.”

Don't bring your ”
“Have been twice and everything I've tried has been amazing--as in the conversation at our table all stopped and we spent several minutes raging and exchanging amazed looks. Very fresh and delicious; very prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended -- I will be back many times for sure!!Vegetarian options: Everything.”

XUNTOS
I heard that the styles and tastes are different, so you can try it out!Shunji Japanese Cuisine located near Santa MonicaRun by husband and wife Shunii, both very talkative. They almost kept interacting with the guests throughout the dinner. “My friend and I went for lunch. The warm rolls were amazing. We ordered wagyu, ribeye, lamb chops, sautéed spinach and the sautéed mushrooms. Everything was exquisite and cook to perfection. I look forward to my next visit.”
“$8.50 drinks before 7PM, what else can ya ask for??Great ambiance, yummy drinks, fast service, and there happened to be cookies up for grabs at the front. Perfect time and place to sit and catch up with your old friends :)”
“As usual Vito's did not disappoint us. We met the new owner Melissa Ahaus and she couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming, even though it was a busy Saturday . We always ask for Enrique who goes out of his way to make our dinner a great experience.”
“Cool spot with really excellent wine options. Very cheery atmosphere. Down one star because the night we went they seemed understaffed. The bartender said too busy to make a cheese board.”

“Such a go to spot for drinks and mezze with friends. Love how it’s tucked away but it’s located right in downtown Santa Monica. Will be a return customer for sure!”
“Stumbled in here on a very wet afternoon, we’d just flown in on the first day of our vacation not expecting LA to be quite so wet. This place was such a gem, had a warm welcoming feel. Ordered cheese pizza, Cesar salad, minestrone and a bacon carbonara pasta to eat family style. All really good, and came out in good time too. Prices were pretty good for a prime tourist location in my opinion. Definitely kid friendly too. Forgot to take photos, sadly.”
“Delicious food, but overpriced everything! Nice place and beautiful atmosphere. Check for 2 person with wine, 2 pastas and one salad with tips came out up to $279 .”

“I have been here multiple times. The pizza and spicy rigatoni are phenomenal. Parking is very easy. The views from the top are incredible. Highly recommend going. Went there for brunch once as well. Good drinks. Will say it gets very crowded so highly recommend planning accordingly.”
“The burgers are very good, as well as the pastas. I know it's legal here, but ALL the staff probably shouldn't be high while working? 4 stars regardless, would eat here again.”
“We've never even heard of this place but came here on a happy accident. We are glad we did. The food was amazing and not super expensive. This is going into our restaurant rotation now for sure.”

Fritto Misto
“Came here Tuesday 3/12 @ 530pm as a spontaneous idea of grabbing some Italian while in the area. Arrived, were seated immediately l, which was so cool. We usually pull up and expect a wait with no reservation. Good food, great portion, mellow atmosphere, quite enjoyable. Juan Carlos was our server, took very well care of my wife and I. We appreciated his service and his attentiveness. As a professional in the hair industry and customer service, I was always appreciate great service. Thank you sir!”

Blue Daisy
“One of my favorite places venue wise. We stopped here on a Monday morning so it was not crazy. Very great chill cozy seating. I had the breakfast burrito. It was alittle bland but not bad. I had a delicious cafe late. Clearly I was supposed to eat her look ?”
“Absolutely a neighborhood favorite for Samo subs. Amazing ambiance, warm staff, and an impressive variety of dietary-friendly options on the menu. Highly recommended dishes include grilled octopus, mussels, chopped salad, tuna tartare, short ribs, bucatini, chicken under a brick, and grilled carrots. Despite its size, the restaurant offers ample space for lengthy conversations and boasts an excellent selection of wines.”

Via Veneto
“Beautiful restaurant! The food is excellent. We have been here repeatedly over several years— consistently gourmet Italian food. Had the pumpkin ravioli. Delicious. My husband had the veal limone- best anywhere. The cacio pepe, fabulous. The desserts are authentically Italian— which means not gooey, creamy— they are true Italian desserts. This is a restaurant worth visiting. And they have valet parking too! It's worth the investment.”

The Albright
“Everyone was friendly. Loved the food. I loved that there was outdoor and indoor seating with heaters outdoor. My only complaint is the 10% up charge applied to the bill for cost of operations.”
“I visited this sushi spot with my spouse while exploring Santa Monica for the day. The fish was incredibly fresh and the service was great! Everything we ordered tasted amazing and we’re looking forward to the next time we can make it back.Parking: Parking is paid in a garage next door, but the restaurant covers half of the cost!”

LA Puglia
“A must try! Literally the best Italian in LA, from all the fantastic dishes to the amazing service, everything was excellent. Thank you for the fabulous experience!”
78
Massilia
“Such a pleasant surprise “finding” Massilia hiding in plain sight in Santa Monica. A wonderful blend of European flavors in a setting with a chic vibe. Very reasonable happy hour prices for delicious cocktails and bites. On the dinner menu, pasta entrees (tagliatelle and rigatoni) were both lovely but the true star was the 8-hour lamb shank over pureed potatoes with a Cabernet sauce. It was fall off the bone tender and so flavorful. Our excellent and enthusiastic server, Jonathan, recommended the chocolate mousse for dessert. Heaven in a bowl!!We will be repeat customers, for sure!”

Terrazza
“The Terraza restaurant at Casa Del Mar is extraordinary. Every dish that we had was delicious and the service was supreme. Dining at Terraza is truly a memorable gustatory experience in the luxurious Casa Del Mar hotel and highly recommended.”

“I wish I had a photo of my cod dish it was out of this world. Very friendly staff very helpful. The only reason I'm giving this four stars, is that they need more bartenders for those super busy nights. Everyone at our table c was happy and satisfied. We also edulged in some oysters we got the ones from Mexico and they were flavorful, jucy and not to salty. We had a great time.”
“We came from Toronto and wanted something kid friendly my wife came accross this restaurant on google and we came here for breakfast. What a place food quality was on point and service was amazing.Thank you so much for a great morning breakfast.”

Pono Burger
“Nice burger place in Santa Monica. A little over-priced for what it is, but the burgers are undeniably tasty. Good service, friendly staff, cool airplane hangar vibe.”

Tu Madre
“I love this place, i come here everytime i’m in SM. I always order sweet and sour tacos, they’re delicious, i like them so much that i made all my friends try it.i tried cocktails and mocktails as well and they’re delicious,The only thing i was really upset about was how filthy the restrooms were.I think it is very mandatory to keep that space as clean as possible, after i went to wash my hands i was literally so grossed out that i didn’t really want to eat anymore.”
“We had a fantastic brunch experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had chilaquiles. The portions were generous, absolutely delicious and the prices were a little high but it was worth it . We'll definitely be back for another tasty brunch!"”
“This place was awesome. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the LA area. The food was good. Go early cause the line gets crazy. Go with an empty belly. You will be full. Try the lemon ricotta pancakes.”
“I love this place. Food, atmosphere, drinks, staff, ALL IS GREAT!!! If you are in Santa Monica please stop by you won't regret it! Don't forget to go to the back to shoot some pool!”

“During my visit to the town, I happened to be in the vicinity and noticed the outstanding reviews, which prompted me to pay a visit.I was unaware that reservations are strongly advised, as they tend to be quite crowded.Fortunately, I was able to be seated promptly, but within five minutes of my arrival, there was not a single seat available. It was undoubtedly one of the finest sushi experiences I have ever had.”

North Italia
“Such a beautiful place….super yummy food….great service….friendly staff…..amazing collection of winesLoved this place and is a must try if you are in Santa ”
“The food was good, it was average what you can expect. The first person who greeted me seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to sit at the bar. I was sent to a separate section and the server there was great. The food came quickly and she ensured my drink was always refilled. The cheque came quickly once I was ready. I did not have to wait to get a table even though it was a busy Friday evening. There is also a small store attached where you can buy overpriced bubba gump merchandise.”

“Wish we had more time to try this place out. As it was we had happy hour out on the back patio. Staff was attentive and the happy hour portions were exceptional, especially the fish tacos. Drink prices were up there for happy hour though. The vibe inside is cool, but the bar was full so we sat outside.”
“Lovely place, great atmosphere, music and good food. Visited last year. The staff was very friendly, we were short on cash and had just too little for the beers. The employee gave us the beer for free, because a good burger should come with a beer. Fantastic!”
“A perfect date spot! The food is delicious. The fruit was perfectly ripe, the scones were delicious. We got the pasta papa and the California omelette. Sooo good. We ate outside and the view is lovely. A very chill vibe. Our server Jason was awesome, very attentive and friendly. He really brightened our morning and made us feel very welcome!”
“Pricey, but good, very good. The owner is friendly and professional. He was impressed that my 3 sons are Eagle Scouts and all serve in the Army. I enjoyed a burger, fries and a glass of wine. My son treated me.”
“The restaurant has a unique decor. It feels like a place in some island in the Pacific. The food is excellent from a chef who has traveled the world and found the best recipes from many different countries. There is a lounge/bar in the back for drinks that is convenient and very comfortable. The servers are efficient and knowledgeable about the various dishes”
“This place is a bit far from all the traffic of people. We were the first customers for the night. Once we sat, people kept coming to look at the menu as we ate. I kept giving them thumbs up. The place got super full. The food was super incredible. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. If you are dining, I highly recommend the Portola fries... they are excellent. This is the second place I ordered them from. They are excellent. Your taste buds will explode. The Mediterranean salad was amazing. The Rosemary potatoes are excellent. The salami in the pizza was just ok. I think it needs a different type of salamy and a bit of salt, not too much on the dough. Otherwise, it was good. The calamari was excellent. We were so full that we did not have any dessert or tea. Next time, I hope the pizza gets improved and that the size is too small for price. The ambiance of the place was very nice. The waiter was amazing, very good and accommodating. Even our dog was happy and came with water that was served to her. Thank you Ugo...very nice addition to the area. I will definitely come back. The people around me loved their experience there. I was able to chat with a few as I left the restaurant. Thank you. Food is excellent”
“I called just 3 days in advance to ask if they could accommodate a party of 32. Greg, the manager, was so easy to work with, the servers were fabulous, and the food was amazing!”

“Great energy being close to the ocean with that light breeze as well. Carpaccio n corn raviolis on point. Santa Monica stairs right down the street if u wanna burn it off ha”
“Delicious food. Friendly atmosphere. The warm sardines were incredible. The sandwiches looked great. Caesar salad, very tasty, maybe the teeniest bit overdressed and a pretty big heap of anchovies which was too much for me. Salmon and asparagus yum. Pomodoro not as al dente as I prefer. Seemed like maybe they were short of staff because family members were filling in and it was a little bit odd but we were there early. BUT I would totally go again. Oh! The artichoke appetizer. Extra special YUM.”
“Topher is an amazing server. (hope i spelled the name right) i got the avo + turkey sandwich and it was amazing. presentation and taste, as well as the vibe of the place.”

“Went on a Sunday and it was definitely a vibe. I felt like I was at Nikki beach in the south of France. The service was good and the drinks were great. The food was buffet only for Sunday brunch and the buffet was just ok I was not that impressed. If you want to go for a fun bday party or party brunch then it’s definitely a great place to go but for the buffet ehh it needs work. All in all a beautiful restaurant with really nice ambiance and entertainment. I just wish the buffet was better.”

“Incredible view to pair with excellent food, cocktails, and service. Our favorite appetizer at the table was the brussel sprouts and ahi tuna crunch. I enjoyed my watermelon spritzer for a refreshing drink. I hope to come here again and try more food and drinks.”

“A nice coffeeshop that has a minimalist decor with bright yellow color pop ups in cups, machines etc. The drinks are unique, their matcha combinations are quite good. The only thing I would change is to give option for sweetness. My hot matcha was too sweet for my taste. There is ample outdoor sitting area and also few seats indoors. The parking in this area might be an issue during weekends.”
“The food here did not disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was my first time dining at 1212. I usually don't come here for dinner but to my surprise the Italian menu was very well thought out and portioned to leave you satisfied. The bread is a must! A special shout-out to Rico as he was extremely helpful and gave us terrific suggestions.”
“The front patio was crowded and very loud, so of course we then had to shout to be heard ourselves. Other than that the food was really good, a couple had the branzino which was excellent, the lobster ravioli was also very good and I had the burger which was one of the best I have had. I did not need all the fries though, there were more than enough for 3 people!”

“This place is a great casual atmosphere. Food is great but not amazingly the best. However, the staff was just 100% the best. Really take pride and care of you. I don't think I'll be back but it was a nice experience.”
“The house limo is great. The food is ok. The hamburger is pretty dry. Too little sauce. But the ingredients are fresh. The cheese dog is ok too. All in all it's edible but compared to other burger shops I can't understand why it's so hyped here.”
“We came here while in town on the recommendation of a friend. Considering the area, the price point for the food and the portion sizes are a deal. We all got variations of meat pies and fish and chips and everything was very delicious. Staff was very friendly and well meaning;my only critique was that service was pretty slow to settle the bill, maybe they were understaffed that day. Regardless this place is worth.”
“The food was very good. Service was spotty (a little slow) and the music was really loud and didn't match the vibe of the restaurant. Tables were super close together as well.”
“The restaurant is very nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful. It is the first time we visited this place, it caught our attention for calling itself a Mexican restaurant. The food is very good! They have a spectacular view of the area! They serve large and small groups very well. Plus it's also a bar which is a plus! The only detail was that they gave us a very uncomfortable table, well actually the place where the table was was uncomfortable. The place was not very busy so giving us another table was not a problem. On the other hand, if you like sweet drinks I can recommend the SANTA MÓNICA SUNSET margarita, it is delicious! In case you are looking for something super spicy I recommend the CLASSIC SHRIMP CEVICHE. It's a shrimp ceviche in lemon juice and very spicy serrano chili! They accompany it with very thin and fried slices of banana. They are delicious! If you visit this restaurant with your family, I recommend the CHICKEN TAQUITOS. They are chicken flautas with a red tortilla. They are delicious! We also ordered CARNE ASADA TACOS. The meat was in very large and thick pieces! The white rice tasted like it was days ago!”
“To start we were greeted by the store owner/manager, and then we were instantly seated with no wait. Food was amazing! Highly recommend 1/4 ILB for a single person. Overall great costumer service. There are sports on the TVs and a giant window to people watch and check cars out of. Near the beach aswell so great stop!”
“Amazing cafe serving super delicious coffees! Their spanish latte and butter croissant are worth trying! Enjoy a beautiful sunset if you’re able to sit on outside tables ?”
“The place was fascinating, they served us very well and the food was delicious, it surpassed some of the better portion in the seafood tower but there is more everything ”
