“I was astonished at how low the prices are for the food quality. One of the cheapest LA restaurants for this quality.

Highlights: dan dan udon, corn on the cob, pork belly taco (SO good for only $6), cod (perhaps best cod I've ever had), wagyu meatballs (sauce is delicious; wish the meat was a little more flavorful)

Wouldn't get again: the fried chicken was meh (seemingly low-quality meat); desserts were disappointing -- ube cheesecake had too much of an offputting sweet potato texture and idk if it even had cheese; Creme brûlée was okay.

One service complaint is we weren't told the meatballs pan was SCORCHING hot and my friend burned his finger on it.”

My dad and I were visiting the area and this magical place was nearby- for 4 days they juiced our morning medicine with love- 32oz of celery juice each! and shared so many other delicious treats! The bowls are stunning to look at and taste even better! An added bonus? The beats were always pumping out pure joy to add to the mix! If you’re looking for fuel made from the heart, The Juice Bar is your spot! Thank you William and Jimena! ?”

I've been to brothers many times now and can say that they have the best service, the best fish, the best Japanese dishes, and the best sushi in Los Angeles. They have an amazing friendly service and the food here is top notch for any occasion. I've been here with friends and for date nights. If you're looking for top tier sushi then you must go here. “Walked in during luch hours on a Sunday and was immediately met with warmth from the hostess. Sat at the sushi counter, ordered Sapporo, sushi, fish collar, rolls e.t.c.
Staff is profesdional and courteous, food is exceptionally good, and atmosphere is light, friendly, with nice playlist on the background. They also have a small TV for sports and events. I totally enjoyed this place.

“We had a spectacular meal last night and our server Allison went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She recommended the Lobster sliders to start and a wonder white wine which we enjoyed throughout the meal. She spaced out each course so we had some time to savor the unique and wonderful flavors which we so appreciated. The albacore cerviche was one of the best cerviche I have ever had anywhere. And the boar ragu pasta was divine. But the Tikka Massala Chicken was the most delicious presentation of chicken imaginable. We also loved the desert Allison suggested which was an unusual take on peanut butter and whipped cream and fresh berries. Just a delightful way to end the perfect night. Can't wait to return and try more of their innovative dishes.”

“Really like the back patio at Library Alehouse. It’s unexpected from the front. The restaurant is dog friendly and it’s comfortable on the patio and gives some chance for space between the tables with dogs. Food and drinks have been great. They have a kids menu for families.”

“It's a cool pub in the middle city neighborhood. There's a long bar and many high tables. The background music was not overly loud. We could comfortably converse with each other. Top notch service. The young man was fast, warm and devoted. All the dishes we had were delicious. Short Rib Poutine and Mussels&Shrimp are my favorites.”

“My friend took me to the cutest musubi shop after our Pilates class! I asked the guy working there and who was Japanese which one he recommended and I ended up trying the miso beef and the curry pork musubi. Both were so delicious and of course I saw the lychee oolong boba tea so I had to try that too. The staff are super friendly service was quick and the food was yummy! I’m definitely recommending this spot to more people and can’t wait to come back!”

I knew from looking at google this was it. They open at 8(win), sever (Mariana) was great, i loved everything she suggested. The food was delicious and filling, left with food for later. The OAXACAN MOCHA is my new fav coffee drink ( came back the next day for another). Sooo if you want a hearty meal with flavor check out Yagul!”

“Stopped on Wilshire Boulevard for another reason, we had the opportunity to see the locals crowding in front of this restaurant. Even a policeman stopped to get something to eat. What better than the inhabitants of a city to guide us towards the Grail?

We then tried the salads, the wraps as well as their roast chicken, and to our greatest surprise, it was exquisite, and ready in 5 minutes.

Generous, well supplied and qualitative. All for a reasonable price compared to what you can find in Los Angeles.

I recommend the “California Chicken Salad”. Broccoli, peppers, cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, grated carrots, chiffonade salad, avocado & the sauce that goes with it… A killer. All ingredients are high quality. It totally matches our French standards.

Even the kitchen is visible from the outside with glazing, you can see the cleanliness and impeccable storage inside. Friendly staff, which contrasts with the usual American nonchalance of other competing fast food servers.

It is with great joy that we will return during a potential next trip to L.A, and that we will recommend this gem to our loved ones. Go headlong into it, really!”

“I have always seen this and always busy when I visit Ralph’s. But today, it is really cold and I need something to warm my cold hands and feet. First time, I order from this busy and small location.Arielle is professional and friendly. The first time I order, it is she and the other old gentleman who serve me and both are nice. The second time I visit, Arielle is the only one there to take order and brew coffee for me. I also find out that she likes video games, which is rare for females in my life circle. She is indeed unique.The coffee is pretty standarized and cannot duplicate at home even with my Breville. I guess I will just have to keep visiting Starbucks and accumulate my points. The place has only counter to order and the seating area is outside. Two times I visit, both are cold and raining, and that is just right for the hot coffee outdoor. Luckily, no one is smoking in the tiny area.Starbucks is not going to give you any surprises when you order. It is always good no matter where you go. And this why they are successful. And the location is really strategic that you visit supermarket, you get a chance to have good coffee.Today I visited again and had a funny yet busy lady who served me. She is funny and I had a very good and relaxed converse with her while I was waiting to get my mocha. Starbucks is good!I know understaff is a serious issue. This branch has been placing only one person here and it has been always slow when you have someone or more than one in front of you. It is taking very long time to get your order. I just waited 12 minutes for a cup of coffee and there was only one girl in front of me.Besides that, they also close early like 6ish pm.”

When we got to Santa Monica, we looked up restaurants to go have our 26 year anniversary dinner, we stayed at Hotel Delmar right across the street. We googled the restaurant menu, and decided what we were going to have. when we got there, and they brought out the menus, all what we decided to have was not on there. I was crushed. Because I had my mind set on the Halibut. I said it's ok I will just have the Ribeye, mind you I had a ribeye steak the night before. When the waiter came back, my wife asked if it's possible to get the Halibut and he said let me check with the chef. He came back later and said the chef said it's no problem. I was blown away. That was the best Halibut ( besides mine) that I have ever had. Thank you chef Shawn. From one chef to another, thank you. you made my night.”

But one barista, who knows me, said things were changing with the new CEO, my drink took too long to make and would stop, and it wasn't fair to other customers. What??? I sympathized with him the other day when there was a wrong order (not mine) and he got frazzled. As for my order, if someone can't measure 1/4 milk and just eyeballs it, that's not my fault. “Orla did not disappoint! Based on my experience at Mother Tongue and … by Michael Mina restaurant has earned a I will 100% try it and trust it to be excellent. As I said Orla lives up, from the views to the impeccable service, this place could get a pass on a miss on a food item. We went for Thanksgiving so it was a different menu than usual, and honestly all the items were spectacular, except the Turkey that only one person got, so I’ll overlook that slightly dry Turkey and still go with a must visit on this one. Price points are high, but this is in a Regent and the atmosphere and service can warrant the price tag. Treat yourself!!! Michael Mina has delivered once again.
