REALLY delicious food. Menu is cozy brunchy with a few Turkish influenced dishes via Ebru, the owner. My favorites are the menemen (vegan - tofu) and the chilber. Wonderful outdoor dining patio under a big tree :)
The meal was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone on the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
It is the new location of Bru Wiffle. Exceptional chicken and waffle. Fresh ingredients for salad. Love that it's not skimping on avocado. Lemonade and mocktail are made from real fruits, not concentrate. Would come back when we're around the area.

Flapjax Diner serves delicious breakfast and brunch dishes, including a great breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, hand-cut potatoes, and crispy bacon. Their pancakes are a highlight, smelling and tasting wonderful, especially the Maple Glaze pancake with caramelized banana, maple, and bacon on top. The diner has a huge menu filled with all sorts of classic and new dishes, making it a great spot for frequent visits. The atmosphere is friendly and down to earth, with indoor and outdoor seating available—outdoor seating is in front and a covered patio out back. While there is no dedicated parking lot, parking is easy to find in the area, with street parking only. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate changes, providing excellent service. The diner's vibe and lively environment make it a highly recommended spot for breakfast and brunch. Kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible options are available, with room around the table for strollers and wheelchair seating.
