Warsaw mule was delightfully refreshing.
Warsaw mule was delightfully refreshing.
As a Polish woman born in Kartuzy, finding authentic Polish restaurants in Los Angeles isn't easy, but this is my absolute go-to spot and I love everything about it—the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food! My usual order is the Polish Taster Platter, which gives you a delicious sampling of potato pancakes, pierogies, kielbasa, and cucumber salad. I also love the mushroom gnocchi, and the gołąbki are my absolute favorite. For dessert, the naleśniki...read full review

Solidarity offers a unique dining experience with its garden-like atmosphere, ideal for dates, gatherings with friends, or events. The restaurant is known for its authentic Polish cuisine and other Eastern European dishes, with vegetarian options available. Guests can park in the small lot adjacent to the restaurant or in public parking lots nearby. The host is described as attentive, providing excellent service and making menu recommendations such as the small plate taster. The mule is similar to a Moscow mule but slightly sweeter, while the stuffed cabbage is juicy and hearty. The Mizeria, a side of sliced cucumbers, serves as a refreshing palate cleanser. The plate taster offers a variety of menu items, perfect for those wanting to try a selection of dishes. Drinks are fairly priced, with a tequila soda available for those who prefer simple cocktails. The kielbasa and pierogis are popular menu items. Solidarity is a hidden gem, offering delicious food, a lively atmosphere, and attentive service. The outside area provides a pleasant and enjoyable ambiance. The ambiance is very fun, the restaurant appears to be a renovated home with tables in different rooms and more tables in the outside area in the back. The small plate tasters are perfect to try a bunch of Polish favs like pierogies, plackis, kielbasa and cucumber salad. All was super tasty and in total it's the perfect starter, not too filling but still a good amount of food. For Mains, the lamb dumplings, goat cheese dumplings and the schnitzel are great. The Beef Stroganoff with shredded beef and the Hunter's Stew are highly recommended. The crispy duck was just as good as remembered, and the portion size was generous. The other dishes were equally tasty. The servers were friendly and the old house/old furniture reminded guests of small restaurants in Warsaw. The food was delicious, great service, yummy food, and heaters for the outdoor area. The beef stroganoff was melt in the mouth. Hunter’s stew was so tasty, the chicken schnitzel was not dry and the filet mignon was cooked as requested. Perfect!
