“The restaurant has a unique decor. It feels like a place in some island in the Pacific. The food is excellent from a chef who has traveled the world and found the best recipes from many different countries. There is a lounge/bar in the back for drinks that is convenient and very comfortable. The servers are efficient and knowledgeable about the various dishes“
“La Conde is the best miexan restaurant. I eat at La Conde with my boyfriend-to-be-husband. A++ service. I love eating at L aConde. The breakfast tacos felt splendid. “I showed up late so I didn't get to try everything, but the shrimp dumplings were a joy! It's dark as hell in there so if you're over 30, take a seeing-eye friend as your dining companion. Gorgeous, decor and the music finished out the mood. The parking garage that offers valet is just steps away, so don't let the location deter you. Great choice for a date.“
“It was my first time here celebrating my daughter's birthday It was an Excellent Experience the food was delicious and the service was so friendly and respectful. The atmosphere was very nice I will go back and recommend to my family and friends ? I almost forgot that the Cheff was amazing !!“
“Excellent for family events two years ago I lost my uncle after the funeral service we gather in this restaurant to have dinner with the family. It was amazing food and drinks the kindness of the chef Jose it’s amazing totally recommended and the desserts are amazing too. I look forward to go back again.“
“Service was amazing here, many servers are moving around making sure you are okay. I tried the watermelon lemonade and it was so refreshing and good. The steak quesadilla was quality, lots of texture and flavor. I had tried their Culver City location and it was great. This location is just as good!!“
“Absolutely Great ! I'm new to Hawthorne and I couldn't find a good chicken at all' came here and was super impressed food was seasoned to perfection, all sides were nice sides and great with the green salsa ! Staff is really good as well!“
“A great breakfast & brunch find at Venice Beach - Outstanding, varied menu - try the Arizona Benedict on sweet corn bread with avocados and house-made hollandaise sauce, or the chicken and waffles! Fresh and flavorful! Exceptional service and fun place for outdoor breakfast.“
“This place is absolutely on of the best spots in LA southbay. I have tried most Michelin spots in SoCal and this place can compete with any of those restaurants. Food is amazing, service is the best and the vibe is always unbelievable. Elysia is one of the best mixologists as well.“
“Was here not before or after the gym but was great anyways! Never would have found this if not for Google maps, it's super hidden from the outside! Has pretty much the same menu as the other location and was a great place to sit and chat with the little outdoor “
“Hands down one of my favorite, simplest eats in the LA area. Small, no frills establishment but mighty in taste and consistent in quality and service when I go to get my fire roasted chicken. The chicken held me down for two months as I was in LA work and needed a protein source to use for meal prep. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re a purveyor of rotisserie style chicken with lots of flavor. Great price point too“
“This place is great. I have been going for a few years now and the food, the ladies that are there and the place itself are perfect. The owner has always been so nice to me and my family. I love the tacos and enchiladas and in the summer, I never leave the place without a raspado.“
“Cerveteca is a hidden gem for taco aficionados, seamlessly blending traditional flavors with a modern twist. Upon entering, the vibrant decor and welcoming atmosphere promise an authentic culinary experience, which Cerveteca undoubtedly delivers. The star of my visit was the Carnitas tacos. Each bite was a symphony of succulent pork, perfectly seasoned, and cradled by homemade tortillas that were both tender and flavorful. It was one of those rare dining moments when you wish you had ordered more, not because of portion size, but because the experience was so delightful.Accompanying my meal, the horchata was a revelation—creamy, perfectly sweet, and infused with just the right amount of cinnamon. It was refreshingly authentic, serving as the perfect palate cleanser between bites of the rich, savory tacos. No visit to Cerveteca would be complete without indulging in their churros. These weren't just any churros; they were a dessert epiphany. Crispy on the outside, yet soft and airy inside, each piece was coated with a divine blend of sugar and cinnamon. Dipping them into the accompanying chocolate sauce was the culinary equivalent of a warm hug.In summary, Cerveteca is more than a taco shop; it's a celebration of Mexican cuisine, where every dish tells a story of tradition and passion. A must-visit for anyone looking to satisfy their cravings for authentic, mouthwatering Mexican fares.“
“I had my birthday celebration here on 4/13 and I just have to take some time and let everyone know how incredibly accommodating and professional Gerardo and the entire Fiesta Martin staff was. I was originally going to have a cookout at the park and at the last minute the weather said it was going to rain, so I called fiesta Martin and they let me know they’d be happy to have us and I was SO relieved. I had about 40 people come to the restaurant and Gerardo let us have the back patio to ourselves and the entire staff took amazing care of us and allowed each person/group to have their own tab, which is basically unheard of in LA for such a large group. The food and drinks were incredible (like always) and everyone had a blast! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. I have been coming to Fiesta Martin for years and I’m glad I was able to support their business and hopefully bring them some new returning customers!! Thank you again!!!“
“I love Adriana's business. Her food is so good and she has an amazing energy and presence in the canyon. I moved here two years ago and during my first week I went to her taco pop up business twice. Now I'm a regular. Her taco medicine is an important part of the Topanga community.“
“Yelp says this place closes at 9pm, but they actually close at 7pm. Pupusas are a must order. Friend said her bean and cheese pupusa was literally beans on one half and cheese on the other half. I guess it was flattened out the wrong way when cooking. I tried the reveulta and chicken, both are delicious with curtido and salsa (not spicy). Plantains are delicious, especially with the beans and cream. Fried yucca was good. Service is nice and accommodating. This place was not busy at all on a Sunday night. This is a great place to satisfy any pupusa craving.“
“I went to visit their location in Hawthorne for breakfast and then stop at the Lawndale location for bread. My breakfast was delicious The staff is super nice and friendly Very efficient and they know how to make great food The bread outstanding, amazing and delicious“
“It is not just another seafood place, it is the place to go to eat seafood, the service is very friendly and the cleanliness is visible throughout the place, fresh food that you can feel in your mouth, super affordable prices and great portions It could pass for a Michelin star place...“
“Nice clean market with South American snacks and sandwiches. They have a large variety of fresh meat. I got some snacks along with some sandwiches and empanada. Sandwiches are made with French style bread. The meat in the sandwiches were good. I'll definitely go back for the sandwiches and will get meat to cook at home. A patron said he always come here to buy meat to cook at home; they have really good meat. I really liked the chicken and potato empanada and the Lomo steak sandwich. The Argentina sausage reminds of me portuguese sausage, tasty.“
“This has been my go to restaurant whenever I need an authentic Guatemalan Pick me up. I’ve been going here for over 10 years, the food and flavor have not disappointed at all. I always get their tortilla with chorizo and beans but my dad has ordered the garnachas and other family members have ordered chow mein and caldos and everyone had been satisfied each and every time! So far I can say I will always recommend this place to anyone and everyone is SO DELICIOUS and worth it! Service can be a hit or miss and ambiance, well they always have music lol that’s a plus.“
“I have been eating these empanadas for years at the Mar Vista farmer's market, this time I got to get them at the restaurant always tasty, fair price , and excellent service!Vegetarian options: I love the margherita style empanada, mozzarella cheese, tomato and basilKid-friendliness: Empanadas are good size , kids can satisfy their hunger as they go , 1 or 2 empanadasWheelchair accessibility: The ordering window is at the curb level no stairs or elevator to order or get your food“
“This place is a local gem. I’ve heard about it but never came due to parking difficulties. Glad I did tho. Everything we ate was delicious! Sauce was spicy and tangy, chicken was juicy, everything was perfect. Will come again. Wish parking wasn’t so “
