I grew up eating Guatemalan food and now that my family moved away, I had to find a place to buy my favorite meals. Everything we ordered was really good! I was pleasantly surprised. The longaniza had a slight kick and was really well seasoned. The beans and crema were really yummy too and went great with the plátanos fritos. The tortillas were nice and fresh. We watched one of the ladies making them by hand. I'm glad I found a new place!
same owner of both bakery restaurants, but we love this one more the food has more flavor and the service is great!! The location is small but worth trying it it's a cash only since it's small but there other location takes . I use to only go for the bakery but after I married a Guatemala born we started to go more and he enjoys alot of the traditional dishes I stick to the black beans creme n plantains which our son loves!!!..

I went to visit their location in Hawthorne for breakfast and then stop at the Lawndale location for bread. My breakfast was delicious The staff is super nice and friendly Very efficient and they know how to make great food The bread outstanding, amazing and delicious
