Silvia always gives the best service when I come to this Winchell's. They never disappoint. The only problem is their lack of having an air conditioner. There's no air flow. That needs to be fixed. It feels uncomfortable to eat inside & see people working in these conditions.
The guy working there have a frowny face and has no patience while I am trying to pick and ask about the donuts he left me, no patience no smile and they charge a $.99 on credit card if less than $10 transaction. I'm not sure if that is correct, and he give me plain receipt and I went back for detailed one
