“The food is amazing. But what I like the most is the atmosphere. We decided to seat outside. Lovely cute chairs, quiet and breathy. Same deal for the inside. Food was tasty and portions very good in size. We got savory crepe - Crepe heaven special with egg, turkey and cheese. Very good balance of stuffing and crepe. The crepe itself is delicious. Not too dry or chewy. Sweet crepe was loaded with fruits, we’ve opted for condensed milk instead of Nutella. Two crepes to split between two people. We also got coffee and coffee was not bad. “The worker was very nice, and the store was clean. We got the Oreo cheesecake mousse, and the tres leches cake slice. We didn't care for the mousse too much, but that was personal preference (not that it was bad). The tres leches cake was where it was at! We both loved it! It was light and balanced, not sopping with milk like some places do. That being said, I think if you're looking for a traditional tres leches slice you might be disappointed. This was more like a traditional, light, white cake. It was delicious though!”

“Dynamite Mediterranean spot located in a Lawndale area ghost kitchen. Everything that I tried here was fresh-tasting, well-seasoned and so delicious! Standouts for me were the kafta kabob and the gyro meat. I was very impressed with the authenticity of the flavors and the loving care put into the preparation and the presentation. And, the accompanying baba ganoush was very fresh and tasty. David, the chef and owner (along with his wife) is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to try some other items on the menu.”

“Amo Italia is a solid go-to if you’re looking for reliable Italian delivery in the South Bay. It’s a ghost kitchen on Hawthorne Blvd in Lawndale, so there’s no dine-in—just delivery or pickup—but ordering is very easy. They’re on all the major apps, and pickup is quick (you grab your order from a locker setup).

What stands out is the range of vegetarian and gluten-free options—it makes ordering for a mixed group much easier.

We recently ordered for a small get-together with kids and tried a mix of dishes:
• Spicy rigatoni – really good, probably the standout. Just eat it fresh—it can dry out if it sits too long.
• Pesto pasta , well-balanced, not creamy, nothing overly heavy.
• Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken – a hit with the kids, creamy and comforting.
• Mediterranean salad – fresh, well-seasoned, a nice lighter addition.
• Margherita pizza – simple and tasty, though on the smaller side. One person could easily finish it if hungry.

Portion sizes overall are okay, and everything arrived well-packed. We ordered through Uber Eats (Uber One helped a bit with savings), but pickup is just as convenient.

We’ve also tried their rigatoni vodka before—creamy and good—but this time the spicy rigatoni was the favorite at the table.

Overall—it’s just good, dependable food that works well for family meals or casual hosting.

“Despite some of the bad reviews on here I felt compelled to let people know that the place is really good. This was my first time ever eating at a Wienerschnitzel and I ordered the green chili dog and the Junkyard Dog With all beef hot dogs and they were delicious. One of my kids ordered the Blazin fries which he loved, one of my other son's got the pastrami dog which was also good and my wife got the bacon ranch fries everything was delicious. And if you have little ones my youngest enjoyed his corn dog too.”

“Visiting town and wanted something light, was going for pho next door but no Peruvian buffet on east coast so I was obliged to try despite of having zero expectations, especially seeing it was $20 including tax which is cheap in LA for when ala carte. Was totally shocked by how decent the food taste, especially the grilled chicken and beef stew (decent quality of meat and wasn’t dry) and had to go for second round. Ceviche (made with previously frozen fish is still not bad) and have way more choices than I had expected. I’m not Peruvian or Latin so I can’t vouch for authenticity but it’s an amazing value for the choices (see pics) and quality of food provided. I didn’t get soft drinks so can’t comment on services but it’s self serve so I’m fine with it.”

“I love this bakery! It is not fancy looking but their food is delicious. I always get champurradas, pan dulce and pan frances. Their tamales are good and their banana bread is also a nice treat. Prices are so low compared to other bakeries so that is always a nice plus.”

So far it’s been a hit for me honestly, the portion given in the Combo B is pretty massive for an individual and it will make you full for sure. And the price is well worth it ($9.49) in my opinion especially with this current economy. Unfortunately they don’t have a lot of entrées to decide from, but the orange chicken and beef broccoli was really good!
