“Wow so freaking good!! Genuinely the best bowl I’ve ever had. I got the mixed grilled chicken bowl with lemon thyme sauce while my boyfriend got the same but with the chipotle sauce. Both were great! Pretty cute they wrote a little thank you note on the take out box too:)

If I were to complain about anything it would be to add a little more protein portion to eat bowl. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!“

“As a New Yorker, my standards for breakfast & brunch are high. I’m so glad I came here! There’s a freshness about the atmosphere and the food selection is unique and tasty.
I got the curry with bokchoi and we had fried for the table.
They had matcha, which went perfectly with the creamy-with-a-kick meal. 🥰I wish I had 2 stomachs so I didn’t have to leave a bite uneaten, but I could only get through have of this lovely meal.
Absolutely will be revisiting when I’m back in the West Coast.🫶🏾“

This small grab 'n go restaurant has a line to order. With only a couple tables outside and a small parking lot, it is not a place to stay and eat at. However, the staff are friendly and most importantly, food is sooo good.“

“I came across Playa Provisions when in town for business. It was a short Uber from the airport, so I figured I'd give it a try. This place is an absolute gem! It is a unique setup that has everything you'd possibly need from morning until late at night: Cafe in the front for coffee and fresh baked good, as well as full breakfast menu. Later in the heat of the afternoon, take a break from the beach (right across the street) and enjoy hand scooped specialty ice cream cones and shakes. Oh look, it's dinner time... and Playa Provisions opens their dining room and bar, some of the best, most relaxed ambience you'll find for miles around. But don't let the casual setting fool you, this is some incredible, elevated cuisine. Chef owners Nick and Brooke (who you might recognize) crafted a menu that's I've been eating my way through, and have yet to find a dish that's not delicious. You've been eating and drinking all day, and are exhausted? Don't leave yet! Wander into the back 'secret' whiskey bar, (Grain Whiskey Bar) and enjoy hand crafted cocktails from award winning bartenders (no, literally), in a gorgeous wood laden atmosphere. “With counter and/or bar service, a full menu of appetizers, salads, and entrees are available in addition to pizzas. A limited selection of pizzas are available by the slice, and the thin crust has great flavor, although it's not especially crispy. El Segundo Brewing's lineup of beers are on tap, along with a couple of guest offerings, so if a slice and a pint appeals to you, the name definitely doesn't lie.“

“The schnitzel here is fantastic — almost as good as my favorite spot in the heart of Frankfurt. However, the experience had its hiccups. I ordered tea, and it was served in a cup without a holder, which ended up burning my fingers. When I asked for a different cup, the manager could only offer me a to-go cup since they didn’t have other options. Also, the sauerkraut had red wine in it, which I can’t consume due to an intolerance. Unfortunately, there was no warning about the wine beforehand, so I had to request it be left off. A heads-up would have been appreciated!“

My Aunt is not a coffee connoisseur and she ordered a coffee drink that was not really what she should of ordered. The lady working here asked her how she likes her coffee and remade one for free that was exactly what my Aunt really wanted. Customer service that goes above and beyond. A++ in every facet!“

“Such a wonderful dinner in an unassuming spot. The restaurant was busy, but we still felt like we had an intimate dinner. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, omnivore friendly. Andrew, our server has obviously been in this business a long time. He really added to the upscale experience, helping us through the menu and even being kind and patient with the children at the table. Great place for out-of-town guests that want a guaranteed wonderful meal.

“we ordered a big catering order from guzzu for an office meeting. It was phenomenally good. The food was packaged really well, was hot, fresh, and delicious, and a huge hit. The salmon was moist and flavorful, the vegan katsu was surprisingly delicious, ans both the grilled chicken and fried chicken were really good. Will definitely be ordering from them again, and can’t wait to stop in to try non-catering!
