Chose this spot because of their reviews & they didn’t disappoint. Walked in was immediately greeted with a smile & showed the options they had. I chose a personal pizza with sausage, jalapeño’s & fresh bazil. Pizza didn’t take long at all to make. It was prepared with love. It tasted absolutely amazing. Not your normal pizza chain flavor. It’s a dog friendly restaurant but we wanted to be away from others with our young puppy.The food came fairly quickly, we highly recommend the Octopus Ceviche if you like octopus. I had the Wednesday Burrito special, and my wife had two tacos specials with Asadas. Both were delicious.Our server, Anthony, was prompt and friendly, multiple other servers stopped by multiple times made you feel welcome and made sure we have what we needed.Parking: Parking: a bit of hit and miss in this popular district, once you find a street parking spot, I recommend using the QR code and pay electronically, it’s relatively painless. Another person tried to mess with the meter and sometimes the screen is hard to read, especially under the sun.“

Came here around 6pm and the line was long. Amazed by the size of their one scoop in a cup!!! It's probably triple size bigger than the Baskin Robbin's single scoop cup. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that I had requested a quiet table out of the restaurant traffic, but we ended up next to the bar, in passing traffic. We like it that it's not overly sweet. For coffee, we ordered a large mocha, it's on the smaller side, but it's wonderful and also not overly sweet. The service was prompt and friendly. Environment was clean and relaxing. Outdoor seating is a plus, especially for dog-owners.“

They have a nice variety of sandwiches; we’ve tried their cold sandwiches and paninis when it was available before and they were all great! All their sandwiches are customizable and the ingredients especially the bread are fresh. Delivery is on time. Great communication from placing order until the day of delivery. I’ve had a great experience working with Flavo and I’ll continue to do so. Definitely recommend this place!“

“I had Lamb wrap. The lamb was top quality and melted in my mouth. My friend had the koubideh kabob and again the quality of the meat was second to none. Hameed was very attentive and gave us a lovely sample of cauliflower soup and he’s very passionate about the food served. Farhad was our server and he was an absolute joy! “Solid collection of sandwiches - one of the tastiest in the area. I've tried the tuna and beach blanket - both were epic. If you like fresh bread with quality ingredients look no further. They also bring in cheeses like brie and other mixes to make tasty twists on your normal sandwiches. The cooks and counter attendants are polite and cool to talk with. You can eat outside at the tables, enjoying some fresh beach breezes and people watching. Parking can be tougher, but it's easy to find something within a block.“

“My first visit earlier this week was fantastic. The regular fries were cooked perfectly, crispy but not dry, reminding me of fries in Paris or Brussels. The Classic burger was great. My second visit two days later was not as impressive. The Cash burger was outstanding but the regular fries were undercooked, limp, and not good at all. I suggest that when ordering fries request they be cooked until they are crisp.“

Just not the best texture to me, personally. I am in general more used to having non-Hawaiian style poke.Side dishes are in generous size, though the Edamame tasted a bit cold, hard, raw, and unflavored to me. I wish could have it warm with light sparkled salt on top instead.Appreciate the friendly people who work in store. They are kind to give wasabi and soy sauce pods for extra flavor if asked.“
