'Simply Tasty' is how I would describe Blue Salt. Initially, you feel you're in a 'fast food' establishment, As we stood in line, you get to see the various plates being brought out and that's is when you realize... N O T 'fast food', but a healthy, delicious meal. The service does not 'carry' the place, as when I asked for some cocktail sauce I was met with, "That'll be a dollar.", with a raised eyebrow. My wife and I had a grill plate (Ono) and a Fisherman’s basket. Taking into consideration the price, taste and amount of food, this place is fantastic. It should have been packed but wasn’t. We plan on going back it was so good.
