“El segundo brewing has an all around relaxing chill vibe to it. The interior colors with the hanging lights gives the place a nice open backyard feel to it. The service is good and the bartender had a good suggestion when I asked if they had anything similar to a Belgium or tripel style beer. He recommended the Break of Dawn Saison. Which I found to be a good suggestion. It was smooth and didn't overpower my pallet. Although I should've asked for water to get the previous beer's taste off of my tongue(my bad). I'll be going back since I regrettably forgot to take pictures while I was there.“

Absolutely delicious gelato, have tried several flavors including pistachio (best pistachio I've had in my life), dulce de leche, amarena cherry and stracciatella. All the flavors are exquisite. They also have home cooked meals like eggplant parmigiana to go.“
“The Boardroom is a new brewery that just opened a few blocks away from downtown. It's located in a former hangar where airplane wings were once built for the military which is kind of cool. They have both tables in the front and back and there's usually a food truck parked out back. In terms of the beer, everything I tried was solid. They just stick to the basics in terms of the styles, but they do them all well.“
“I am just going to say it, I am a coffee snob. Starbucks doesn't do it for me, but Philz really does! The honey haze cold brew is out of this world! Truly top notch. Strong and flavorful without being too sweet. I've tried several of their menu items and they are all fantastic! They have top quality pastries as well. “I am prefacing this review by stating the I just stopped by here for a quick drink (no food) as I was checking out the The Point, the shopping a mall that contains Lil' Simmzy's.I at first did not realize they actually serve some of their own beers, but once I saw that I went with their Hazy IPA option. Along with that I also got a cocktail, the Paloma. The beer was pretty good, standard along with most the other Hazy IPA's that I've had. I'll say that this one was a little less hoppy than others I've had. The Paloma was one of the better ones I have tasted. It's made with mezcal instead of the usual tequila, so you can taste that "smokey" difference which I find people either enjoy or don't. I like the ancho salt rim on the drink, both for taste & look.Service was pretty good and the place has a relaxed beachy vibe and nice overall feel. I think it's all outside seating which is fitting for the overall vibe and works well for being in the The Point. Ordered at the counter and self seated. I'd come here again to sip on a drink while I take a break from shopping.The only one, somewhat larger, somewhat understandable downfall was the amount of dust at the table. When I grabbed a napkin, I noticed how dirty my hands got just from touching it due to the amount of dust/dirt in general at the table since it's outside seating.Cheers!“

Then came the carpaccio trio - bluefin tuna with balsamic, yellowtail with garlic ponzu, and Scottish salmon with onion ginger dressing. Fresh and tasty, exactly as promised on the menu. The mix of flavors made the whole dining affair a delight.On to the rolls - Kyoto Kryptonite, Citrus Sakura, and White Lightning. My personal winner was the White Lightning, a sushi roll with garlic butter, a first for me. Seared albacore and tempura white fish - it was a flavor bomb. Kyoto Kryptonite appealed to my spice-loving side with its spicy tuna, and while Citrus Sakura brought some traditional vibes, it wasn't my top pick given the other vibrant choices.Now, about the joint itself - a medium-sized setup that handled the holiday crowd like a pro. The food took a tad longer to arrive than expected, and our waiter was on an apology spree. Lucky for us, we were deep in conversation, so time flew. “The ice cream shop is in the middle of shopping stores, with table and chairs to sit and enjoy. The place is kid friedly the staff are nice and you are greeted with a smile. We had the banana bread pudding with fudge and honeycomb fudge ripple. The banana bread pudding tastes good on the first bite but it has an artificial after taste to it, if it doesn't bother you it is a good flavor... but i especially like the honeycomb the crisp added texture to it.“
“Mendocino was amazing! I had tried it once before at a different location but the El Segundo location was a much better experience! The staff is friendly, the line was quick, and the food was ready pretty quickly. I had the Peruvian steak sandwich and it was delicious, I want to try the chimichurri one next time. The inside was decorated pretty nicely and it gets crowded around lunch time but there is a good amount of seating inside and outside. Probably will be returning soon.“
“A bit off the beaten path, but delicious acai bowls are available here. I had the chocolate dream (which comes with chocolate chips!) while my friend had the makai bowl. You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.“
“I always enjoy True Food Kitchen for it's diverse and unique offerings. The food is always fresh and the wait staff and very friendly and professional. This is healthy, clean food. I especially appreciate the array of vegan options, not just a mock meat burger and a side salad, but legit tasty vegan options throughout the menu, including dessert! It's one of the few places I can confidently go with none vegans and know we'll both enjoy something on the menu.“
“We landed at LAX from a flight from DFW. The shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel which was a short drive. We were early and the staff held our bags while we went for lunch. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Brittany, Brenda and Serena were exceptional. They answered any questions that we had and let us know the amenities that were available and times. They also called the shuttle for our return to LAX. If you are looking for a hotel near LAX, this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back.“
“Atmosphere was what you would expect from a sports bar. Visiting from out of town, we sat at the bar promptly greeted by a bartender. Service was fine, the food was exceptional. Not above what you would expect from your typical Bar. The bartender recommended that we have the quesadilla as an appetizer, and we were certainly not disappointed. my wife had the BLTA it was huge and quite good. I have the devil’s Philly. It was also not disappointed. The soup was beef barley, which was probably the highlight of the meal. If you’re in the area, you should definitely give them a shot.“

“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! One I was able to schedule a large party of fifteen 3 days prior, where I wasn’t able to elewhere. Others restaurants required someone to call me back, a contract etc. Sasual took my large party not once but twice that week. You really kept me out of a bind where I was hosting a group of executives from Boston and New York. The service and food was out of this world. I moved to California 6 years ago and this was hands down THE BEST Mexican food I’ve eaten since I’ve lived here. Our servers were so accommodating and fast, I don’t know how you did it with such a large party. It was so good we came back a second night the same week. You are now my favorite so I will be back with the wife and I will recommend to every person who asked me.
