The negative: I truly hate when any business has news going on the tv. I don’t care what side you’re on but I don’t want to walk in and see Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc on. If I would have seen that Fox was on before I ordered I would have turned around and brought my business elsewhere. Businesses are there to provide business, not to be politically devisive.“

“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“

“When I walked every employee had a smile on their face and the young lady named Melany took my order and she did an amazing job explaining the menu and bread options to me. For this being my first time at this restaurant and greeted with so LOVE and seeing smiles on everyone face then the manager even walking up to asking me how my lunch, this is a great spot.“

The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. You can't say well, we use the best ingredients ,because Capriotti uses real turkey (like out of the oven, and people will pay for that)“

The crust was perfectly thin (not too thin), the sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and the cheese had a good bite. The service was neighborhood friendly. The young men working knew the teens coming in. They were all pretty down to earth and polite. To too off the experience, very affordable!“
