“I called Slice&Pint last night to order some pizza. Since it was 9pm, the guy said that they were not taking orders anymore for whole pizzas, but it was still possible to have some slices.
I ordered some and drove there right away.
When I got there, I added some extra slices and all the staff was really nice updating my order.

We reheated pizza at home and everything was great.
We got some cacio e pepe, pepperoni and carnitas. 9 slices for about 30 bucks. Highly recommended!

“We visited this place just to check it out as they're opening a location on PCH and have never been before even though we frequent Slice'n'Pint down the street.

We had a patty melt, fries, onion rings & a tuna melt. After being charged, I went to leave a tip and the cashier said something I couldn't catch. Then I realize she was saying there were two separate tip jars: one for service and one for the cook. Thought it was a bit odd but sure, so, I split tip into both.

My wife didn't like her tuna melt, as it apparently was missing the melt part. My patty melt was decent: nothing to write home about. Between the fries and the onion rings, I think fries were the better choice. The onions rings needed more seasoning.

It's a decent counter burger but nothing that stands out. Just feels like one of those places where you can grab food- nothing to really excite you about coming back. The staff is very friendly and I can see how this is a solid joint for a neighborhood.“

“One of the better Habit Burger restaurant. It's on the way to the LAX so it constantly gets customers, which means fresher food. Even though they looked really busy, they work hard and I tend to get my food in ~10 minutes and in good quality.“

Her greeting to every single guest was personable, warm, and consistent. “This was a nice and natural experience you are surrounded by lots of greenery and you feel like you are having an outdoor experience with the stoned shaped table the ivy walls and the delightful trees. The food was very good and I enjoyed a few French 75 cocktails. I found the staff to be very attentive especially Jess and Isaiah. They both made excellent recommendations which we enjoyed. “The service was great, love the staff, the food was great, the only thing.....was the pricing. This restaurant would be packed if they could adjust the price just a little bittle. The portion size is perfect. There is nothing wrong except nobody can pay $14.60 for small sandwich and a coke. You can't say well, we use the best ingredients ,because Capriotti uses real turkey (like out of the oven, and people will pay for that)“

“This is the best counter order restaurant in the US. The Mediterranean steak salad is my go to, but everything on the menu is exceptional.

They make the best bread I've ever had. I'm Gluten free but the rosemary olive oil sourdough bread they make all day long is to die for.“

“This is the closest to where I live. Overall, it is a good spot. I still wish Rubio's would bring back taquitos and street tacos. Those were my favorites.

Sometimes, the AC doesn't work which is not good but that is not the restaurant's fault. I was told that the building shares the AC with the other adjoining restaurants. The owner of the building controls the AC - so this note is for the owner, fix this problem!!!

As to this most recent visit, my only complaint was there didn't seem to be as much shrimp in the salad as it use to be. Otherwise, it tasted great!

One other thing I noticed in my recent visit, is the outdoor seating no longer has the umbrellas! Was that something the owner of the building decided? The sun hits that side and it can be most unpleasant. It would be great if there was some coverage (OWNER - take note!).“
