“We stopped here between Universal Studios & LAX after finding them via a Google restaurant search. The food was delicious. Large portions & big mugs of cold beer to tame the spices. We loved the friendly & casual vibe. My silly kid enjoyed being creative with the injera bread & what kid doesn't love the opportunity to eat with their hands... on purpose!“

“We loved the food and the atmosphere. It made me smile to hear the cook singing in the kitchen. It made me feel like I was back home in Florida. The was the best Jamaican food I have had in California and I have been to alot over our last 13 years living here.

The staff that took our order was kind, friendly, and very helpful. What an awesome and very clean establishment.

“We love this place. Great wings and pizza and nice discounts during happy hour. Huge selection of draft pints. Great place to go before Clippers games or to watch sports and hang out. Service depends on how crowded it is but generally quite good.“

“I had the cornbread muffin. It's not bad but it's missing something. Definitely would eat it with a bowl of chili though.Ordered a 20 oz iced vanilla latte with oat milk and that was perfect. Smooth, bold, not too sweet. Coffee is solid here, I'd say it's my go-to Inglewood spot when I'm in the area, I saw the menu and read there's an Issa smoothie and there's only one Issa in these parts and I miss Insecure SO MUCH! I'm not from here and was working on the area so to see this is a Issa establishment made me smile and it's a total vibe. The decor and clearly they're playing the Untitled album by Sault right now which sets them apart from most coffee spots. Love it here! Was able to find parking on the side of the building for a quick stop. The girl that took and made my order was also a vibe and I loved that she was honest with me when I asked about the Issa (it's good just pricey). For the cost of one smoothie I was able to get my coffee and pastry. Definitely coming back!“

“Lots of novel concepts here with some very good ice cream. We got the jamz, which is basically an ice cream sandwich between two slices of cake instead of cookies. We chose butter pecan and the chocolate cake with some condensed milk. It was nice, but I would such with just enjoying the ice cream.“

“She is always a nice person . Food is decent but portions are a little small as far as meat is concerned . Being from the east coast we have plenty of island cuisine . And it feels good to get some in Inglewood. All she has to do is offer a bigger selection of food . Normally it's just one Jamaican dish to choose from and bean pies and the normal soups and American food . All are great. Just wish she had a bigger variety“

“Absolutely the finest Soul Food. You don't want to skip this place. I had the lunch portion of the Oxtail and chose the Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese as sides. It came with 2 Cornbread Muffins. It was all delicious and filling. I ordered the Coconut Pineapple Cake for Dessert. It filled the container. See the picture. Totally Recommend this place.“

“I really like the food at this place…but the lady who takes the orders by phone is really unprofessional…he take the phone and leave it on the side without saying anything until she likes and she don’t answer the phone when is ringing. Very very bad.“

“This was so incredibly good I honestly had no words as I was eating it. I got the fufu and egusi soup with goat meat, chicken and beef. Everything was fresh, delicious and tasted like it was made with so much love. The entire staff was so sweet and welcoming. The food does take some time to prepare (around 30 minutes) because it is homemade but in my opinion it is so worth it, especially if you love Nigerian cuisine. I was having such a bad day until I got here and this meal turned it all around. I can’t recommend it enough.“
