“We had an AMAZING time. The food was flavorful and delicious. The service was hospitable. The ambiance was EVERYTHING! We could hardly finish our food as we were busy singing throwback jams from the 90's and 2000's. I had the garlic noodles and lemon garlic salmon. I was DELICIOUS and so filling. My husband ordered the rice and catfish. It came with black beans and plantains. Yummy! We had watermelon lemonade and Mexican bottled Sprite. We can't wait to visit again!!!”

These ladies know their beans! You will feel welcome when standing outside, and then when you go in, the love will comfort you like a hug. “Delicious cookies. The weekly rotation has you waiting for the next "drop". The servers are always receptive and pleasant.The shops are bare basic and strictly business. Clean, neat and the displays are helpful. I get every cookie that isn't chocolate, and I'm never disappointed. Only con, the price point is a little high.”

I was really impressed the way the food tasted which was beef tibs seasoned lightly with Ethiopian chili called Berbere and of course with other spices too. Guess what I am Ethiopian myself and been here in US over 20years and never experienced such delicious taste and pretty same taste like mom one . “FINALLY went to check this place out. Went right when they opened last Friday and there were already customers seated inside. The backyard area where they have their tables is bigger than I expected. Ordered their ceviche and tacos (gobernador and echilosos) which was pretty great, fresh and tasty. Parking can be hard because it's a neigborgood but we got lucky we found one couple houses down. I think you should defintiely come visit right when they open at 11am. They do zelle and cash as forms of payment.”

“First time here after a concert at Sofi. Food truck opened late so we were able to grab late dinner. Great service. Since we were first time customer, they let us try their popular item. Not sure what is called but it's a fried corn tortilla with refried beans and meat. It was amazing! Their salsa is also spicy and delicious. We got birrira tacos, which was good, and the burrito is packed with refries beans and meat. I'm very picky when it comes to beans but these were my favorite. It's gooey and soft and perfectly seasoned. Would come again if I'm ever back in town.”

“I'm writing an update, after having not visited in 7 years. Things have changed greatly. The front has been renovated to include a bar seating area. There is still a small rear dining room. The patio out front has been covered and new seating installed. Parking is still a headache. I dropped a star because they took my favorite pescado ranchero off the menu. Everything is still tasty as ever. Prices have gone up, but that is the case most everywhere these days.”

“In 2024 I decided to be better about supporting local businesses in my neighborhood. I was finally able to check out Three Weavers brewing & I'm glad more breweries are popping up in this area. They have a private lot which is always a plus. They have various food options depending on the day which seems to change weekly. The day I was there, they had an Korean taco style food truck. Seating was plentiful outside and a good amount inside. They had umbrellas but no heat lamp. The beers that I tried were all good. Service was ok, I think it could be improved as most of the breweries I've gone to in LA usually had above average service. I've become quite particular about service being a huge factor when it comes to repeat visits. Food/drinks have gotten so expensive in general, I want above par, extra friendly service. But overall it's a great place to grab a beer.”

They use an excessive amount of cheese while still staying behind the line of "too much", plenty of herbs sprinkled on top, good pepperoni and perfectly crunchy and thick crust. Fries were crisp and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The restaurant was clean with ample space between tables and seats. My only complaint is the service. The employees are so nice, enthusiastic, and friendly, but they need a better system for getting food out. Too many people taking turns sending orders out, they aren't very loud people either so it's hard to listen to your order unless you're right at the counter but you don't want everyone crowding the space. If this place invested in establishing a proper organization to serving, they wouldn't ever slow down because their employees, food, and restaurant are fantastic”

“The staff here are very nice and pleasant, the foo i got was cooked properly and tasted phenomenal. I got the chicken with two sides and a good sized piece of corn bread. My chosen sides were the red beans n rice and mac n cheese. Everything was delicious and had great flavor on top of being cooked to perfection. I’ve been on multiple occasions- weekends and weeknights alike so I feel I have a good gage.Theres a lot of great things such as the huge TV’s, huge bar seating, live DJ/Bands and themed nights. It’s definitely more of a local bar feel because it’s a very clicky place. Meaning people just talk amongst the group of friends they came with- it’s not very social if you come alone and want to meet new people.Overall, service is not bad but it’s not good. You will wait much longer than expected. This is if the bar is full or just 1 to 5 people inside. Experienced both.Drinks are good and strong- price varies as they do have happy hour, but I usually pay closer to 17 bucks for one drink after happy hour.Had the sliders which were excellent but the wings were cooked very hard and they were not good.Now this part can be superficial, but this is for the fellas. The woman are on the larger/older side. This place doesn’t attract younger, smaller sized women. I’m not saying the women aren’t pretty, but if you also want someone in shape I would say this is not the place.And for the women… there’s a selection of men who come in solo to “watch the game” but besides small talk and a drink being bought for a very select few- I don’t really see you meeting anyone here. Just not set up for that vibe in my opinion. Stick to your gworls.But with all that being said, something about the Nile Bar really works. You just want to always come back because it does feel great. Idk what it is, but it’s a special feeling this place has that just pulls you back in for another game, another bite, or another drink.I give this place 4 stars overall!”

“Your new fav Mexican joint & bakery. I ordered a steak & egg burrito with beans, rice, guac, and onions/cilantro - so fresh & made w love. The tortilla had a great flavor, everything was freshly prepared and it was PACKED w steak. For $9, #worth. I also got some super yummy pastries for cheap. The market also has fresh squeezed health juices, cakes, and a little grocery section. Only thing I wish they had was hot coffee for my pastry. But other than that, the staff was super sweet and happy to have us. Will recommend to everyone!”

“I used to own this little restaurant in the early 90s and of course there have been lots of changes. Gone is the ugly wallpaper from the 70s ? but I'm happy to see it still around. I still remember the high school kids who used to come behind the counter with me and order fries and cheeseburgers. A lot has changed in Inglewood but some things stay the same. I had chicken enchiladas but next time I'm trying the tacos. To this day I still run into my former customers!”

“The baked potatoes are amazing! They are huge and if you get garlic bread with it that's a whole meal. I like the bacon, sour cream and cheese. The pizzas here are great as well . I don't think they have a dining area inside anymore so you just walk up to the window and place your order. They do have delivery service. Great food!”

“My son took me here during his 40th Birthday Celebration. Although we got of to a rocky start due to a language problem, it was soon made right. “Food is great and the restaurant is run by the owners - always a good sign. Bar area is cool, they have jukebox that you can control from an app on your phone and plenty of TV's to catch a game. Excellent shredded beef in their quesadillas and enchiladas - the flavor is just fantastic! They have unbelievable lunch specials and is one of the last places in LA where you won't have to transfer money from your 401k to pay for a meal. The place is pretty big and has room for a nice birthday party. Oh... and the service is very fast. Ain't nobody lazy employed here!”

They give you huge portions for reasonable prices you won't find anywhere else.The food is always on point for your typical take-out. One time they forgot the appetizer we ordered and they gave us a credit for it the next time we came in. When we did, they gave us additional portions without us asking. It showed the owner cared.Yes, the ambiance hasn't changed since...the 80s, and the food isn't going to go above and beyond some of the places you'd find in Gardena or Chinatown but it's the typical spot you'd find everywhere across the East Coast when you need something quick, easy, and delicious. It's not trying to be trendy. The staff has always been helpful and kind.Check it out and grab some take out if you haven't.”

“I stopped here on the way to work this morning because I was early and went thru the drive through and got a bacon and egg sandwich with cheese (no tomatoes YUCK ) and I had to be at work at 8:30 I spent maybe 15 minutes in the drive thru and work close by. The sandwich was pretty big for a bacon and egg sandwich but I didn't complain as hungry as I was the poor sandwich didn't stand a chance”
