“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since the day it opened, and I can honestly say the service has been exceptional every single time. I have a Starbucks with a drive-thru that would be much easier for me to use, but I choose to get out of my car and come here because the experience is worth it.
The store is always clean, welcoming, and has such a friendly atmosphere. The employees acknowledge you right away when you walk in and genuinely make you feel welcomed.And they always make my drink perfect.That kind of customer service really makes a difference!
I also want to give a special shoutout to the store manager, Justin, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. One time, he literally walked out of the store to hand me my drink before I even made it inside Starbucks! That level of thoughtfulness and attention to customers is something you don’t see everywhere.
It’s clear that Justin and his team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in creating a great experience. I absolutely love this Starbucks and will continue choosing it over the drive-thru any day!

“I would like to take a moment here, just after getting lunch from this Starbucks location, to put the Customer Service spotlight on Lesli, the girl who helped me. I had multiple Gift Cards in my wallet, and she helped establish the balances of each of them, and then offered to simplify the situation by putting all the balances onto one single card. I didn’t ask her to do any of this.

“i stop by this starbucks almost everyday before work. usually place my mobile order 5-10 mins before exiting the 405 and it’s usually always ready by the time i get there unless it’s a really busy day. i’m in and out in under a minute, which makes my mornings so much easier. my order is pretty simple, but they always get it right. really appreciate how consistent and efficient this location is.“

“I was on my way to work and Im Diabetic and my blood sugar was running really low, my dexcom didnt read my BG fast enough. I stopped at this location to grab a cup of juice or something to help, and one of the Baristas was kind enough to give it to me. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but I really appreciated her, she quite literally saved me.“

“Finally! An iced chai latte with 2pumps of extra chai done right!!! I knew from the second I pulled up to the speaker to order and a pleasant voice asked me how I was doing and let me answer his question and then he asked me what he could get for me, I knew then that my drink was going to be made with love and made properly. The artist that make drinks here need to go to the Starbucks on slauson and western and teach them a thing or two. Because they can’t make a cup of ice at the location on slauson and western. The one by century and Crenshaw sucks too! But this la brea and centinela location I love you guys! Thanks for making my drink and my day! It was so good I drank it all before I got to the stoplight. “My brother got married here and at 47 years old I never saw it done up the way this place was... yet it felt like we were in the living room with a whole lot more family (it's extremely spacious)... if you want to rent a hall with full service food, bar, lounge, spacious; consider give this place a call!“
