“I don’t usually leave reviews for coffee shops, but my interaction with Isaac at this Starbucks truly stood out. His energy was warm and uplifting—he greeted me with a genuine smile, asked about my day, and just radiated positivity. It honestly brightened my mood more than the coffee! Shoutout to Isaac for making a simple coffee run feel like a bright spot in my day.“

“Love coming to this local Starbucks! Not only do they make a perfect cafe mocha, but the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They know me by name now which is wonderful as it shows they are acknowledging their regulars.

“I would like to take a moment here, just after getting lunch from this Starbucks location, to put the Customer Service spotlight on Lesli, the girl who helped me. I had multiple Gift Cards in my wallet, and she helped establish the balances of each of them, and then offered to simplify the situation by putting all the balances onto one single card. I didn’t ask her to do any of this.

“AMAZING!!! The atmosphere is inviting. It’s like sitting at home in a quiet living room. The staff makes you feel noticed and valued. They all turn and look at you and with a warm and gentle tone say welcome or welcome in. And my order was ready when I walked in but my blind ass walked right past it and went to the cashier and told her that I was picking up an order and she walked me over and verified the name and showed me my order BUT I came in a few minutes late to pick it up and she noticed my drink looked a little watered down and she (offered to remake it and I said sure I guess) did not allow me to leave with a less than perfect drink and I am so grateful for this wonderful staff. My sandwich was also made to perfection… the bread wasn’t sliding off to one side and it wasn’t under or over cooked… this location is definitely going in my favorites and will be one that I recommend. The I can’t forget how clean it is from the ceiling to the floor and the staff were clean and professional. And it doesn’t smell like burnt coffee… the outside area is clean without birds or the less fortunate hanging around… I love this location!“

“I visit this Starbucks several times a week and I’m always impressed with the level of service here. The team works so smoothly, and even when it’s busy they stay friendly and calm. My drinks are always accurate, and I really appreciate how cleaner it’s been in the past months. The whole store feels well-managed and you can see the pride the team takes in their work. Easily one of the best-run Starbucks locations in the Los Angeles area.“

“Finally! An iced chai latte with 2pumps of extra chai done right!!! I knew from the second I pulled up to the speaker to order and a pleasant voice asked me how I was doing and let me answer his question and then he asked me what he could get for me, I knew then that my drink was going to be made with love and made properly. The artist that make drinks here need to go to the Starbucks on slauson and western and teach them a thing or two. Because they can’t make a cup of ice at the location on slauson and western. The one by century and Crenshaw sucks too! But this la brea and centinela location I love you guys! Thanks for making my drink and my day! It was so good I drank it all before I got to the stoplight. “I was on my way to work and Im Diabetic and my blood sugar was running really low, my dexcom didnt read my BG fast enough. I stopped at this location to grab a cup of juice or something to help, and one of the Baristas was kind enough to give it to me. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but I really appreciated her, she quite literally saved me.“

“My brother got married here and at 47 years old I never saw it done up the way this place was... yet it felt like we were in the living room with a whole lot more family (it's extremely spacious)... if you want to rent a hall with full service food, bar, lounge, spacious; consider give this place a call!“
