“I usually enjoy coming here and I've had really nice polite gentlemen greet me but today some fake blonde girl named Dinna or something opened the window and just looked at me, no greeting or anything just stared at me. I wasn't happy at all about the service and even after I received my order. Someone teach this chick about customer service please.
Update: today I stopped by and Mari was on the register today and she was super friendly and even gave me an update on my drink coming up. The person who made my coffee did a wonderful job n left a lil msg. Love when yall do that. Now that's great customer service! Great job mari, n thank you ^_^.“

“Even though there was only 1 worker, she was very courteous when taking my order. I was there like around 7pm. She did all my drinks herself. Not sure how to spell her name but I think it was Tania or Talia. She mentioned it was very busy earlier due to the Hello Kitty Cup Sale, and even then she still had a good attitute. She deserves a raise!! And shame on the manager for not scheduling more people evening shifts.“
“I go here and get my usual, double smoked bacon sandwich & venti Carmel frap. You are welcomed at the drive thru by a cheerful person ready to take your order. Only thing is , when I ask for extra carmel, I want extra carmel.
The checkout line moves pretty good and is a simple, tap and go.
I will be back and maybe I can get my extra carmel. 😊“
