I’m convinced they hand-picked the beans that went into my decaf coffee because the level of care and effort they put into every order is genuinely unmatched. I have never seen employees this locked in before. Customer service elite tier. Starbucks better appreciate them because they’re carrying the operation on their backs.“

“Ok, first area is super clean and the inside of the location is clean! Smooth transaction and very nice customer service. I needed my drink remade and with no hesitations they took care of me. Asked for me to try it so that way if it’s not up to my expectations barista said she will remake it for me. Not gonna lie I don’t like complaining but I already had a hard morning and having water down coffee made me wanna cry. I know it’s not that serious but coffee does put a smile on my face. This location is a vibe and love the energy! I appreciate customer service as such especially in the mornings. Will be coming back :).“
