“As a Reserve loyal customer. We only have 2 favorite locations, i.e. South St / Gridley Rd, and Bellflower Bl / Cedar.
We enjoy coming to these 2 locations and seeing your excellent & friendly employees Jared & Andrew and *Sean at the Bellflower location. We appreciate them. Thank you.“

“Had the best experience. Went in to order my drink and also explain how my drink was made wrong at a different location. Ms Jackie re made my drink with no questions asked and that is what great customer service is all about. Whenever I’m near this area this will be the only location I will visit so I’m sure my drink is made right. Thank you Jackie“
“I absolutely love going to this Starbucks. The quality of customer service I get is so much appreciated.
Especially a young man (Kevin) who always has a smile and is very pleasant. Even when I can't make up my mind, he has never gotten annoyed. If anything, he makes suggestions, and thanks to his professionalism, I end up buying more than I originally went to buy.
Sadly, it's getting rare to see young men and ladies with good work ethics.
Starbucks should be proud of the quality of young men and women in this establishment.“
