“Best boba around! Man who runs the business is so kind and generous. Place is clean and my partner and I loved all the options for ordering. If you haven't tried it, now is the time!”
“The sevice was fast friendly and the salmon and the steak was made just right. The server Laura was awesome. We have been coming here and the food has been on point so far.”
“The food and service was amazing seafood was very fresh my co workers and I all love their food and service I tried the agua chile en salsa mehta with crushed chile super bomb!! The restaurant is empty but since I'm usually working that day it works for me !”
“My family and friends really enjoy hanging out here! We bring games , purchase food and drinks. It's a great atmosphere for hanging out together. I only wish there were more food vendors available.”
“I wanted ramen but didn’t want to drive too far so I looked up ramen near me. Decided to give this place a try and I was impressed! Spicy tonkotsu ramen was so good! As well as the crunch roll. It’s always the low key places that have amazing food!”
“Came here with the boys on a Saturday night of debauchery. Always drive by, never went in. Decided to visit instead of the bikini bar across the street. Very pleased, excellent prices, awesome regulars(from what I could tell). Very chill and welcoming. They had karaoke going which was fun. Cash only though.”
“We carefully read the reviews and decided to come in for late lunch. We had lasagna. It was great! Meal came with garlic bread and chicken limone soup. The service was wonderful. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back.”
“Wanda is a wonderful owner and the food she serves is incredibly. To have this quality food option at such generous portions in this neighborhood is an absolute bliss. I got the hummus sammy - the size of an infant, mind you! Loved the flavors - it's what I would want all of my patients to eat; light, heathy, filling, delicious, sustainable.”
“For Muslim friends, maybe this is the only Indo restaurant in LA that is truly "HALAL" from all the menus offered here, (unlike other Indo restaurants which still have menus with B2, etc.)For rice rames rendang, like the rendang here, which is more recommended compared to the Indonesian restaurants that I have tried in several places, here it feels like eating at a Padang restaurant in Jakarta (I forgot to take a photo of the rames rendang rice because I was enjoying it too much?)For delicious pempek, it's just the sauce that doesn't taste goodFor a good place, the WLPN is not too big, the service is also very friendly when we chatGood parkingThe most important thing is that you are allowed to pray even in the corner of the restaurant room, because of the location. If I'm going to an Indo restaurant again, I'll come back here again to try the other menus.Overall ok!!Success & BLESSINGS always for busy shops!!”
“A little loud for my personal liking, but food and waitress’ services were great.Green steak chilaquiles were good, but If you like spicy, I recommend the red ones.”
“Was here for sunday brunchAtmosphere and service was great, food was very bland, and also starting to get cold, and I was here when it openedWould not come back, at least for Sunday ”
“UPDATE: Thank you so much for the fast and perfect service. Definitely appreciate taking the constructive criticism into consideration. Everything is back to being perfect.Chilaquiles red and green are delicious. Maple bacon waffles are delicious as well.Downside was the service. We got there plenty of tables available and still the hostess said the wait was 20 minutes because they needed to get some orders out first (pickup I guess?)Her attitude didn’t help either. She has no charisma whatsoever. So we we waited and then a big group comes and they get seated before us. So I went to another hostess and i asked her about the wait time and I pointed to the table that was still available and that’s when the first hostess said that it was ok to get that table. We have been here multiple times and we honestly love it but today was a disappointment.”
“I don't use write reviews but this time I should write my experience here. Good food! Good services! Good prices! I will be back. They don't use many condiments, I haven't felt the chili not moto, at least, not in large quantities like in other Peruvian restaurants. The ingredients are good and enjoyable to eat. That makes a huge difference when a dish is loaded with seasonings. The food really good. The service is good, and the prices are fair. I will be back. Thank you”
“If you want an honest review of this specific GC location (Bellflower) I say you read this entire review.Okay, my family and I drove from Burbank to this specific location and once we arrived on a Sunday night the line was out the door. Literally. We were going to leave but then we thought “if there’s a line the food must be worth it.” So we waited. The line was very organized and moved diligently throughout night. Alot of large groups. A-lot of kids but it was not rowdy at all. Just happy families and parties being celebrated. We waited for like 20 mins from line to our seats.Service from the register was top notch. And they didn’t look annoyed with all the people. They happily treated everyone like they were the first guest of the day. Very pleased w that experience.Once seated we grabbed plates and went “shopping.” Okay this is the most important part of this review. The food. The food and when I say the food. It was all very fresh and tasty! We had no complaints about one dish. It was hot. It was seasoned and they offer a variety of everything! Chef was cutting steak and ham! We had the medium steak and it was amazing. We also just went to Ruth Chris for Valentine’s Day so I’m measuring it up to that. The bussers came through a lot refilling drinks and taking plates. It was a well oiled machine they were running at this GC Location. We give this location 5 stars! We give the food 5 stars. We paid about $23/person w drink on a Sunday night.I wanted to make a good in-depth review bc before we came here we had to choose between 3 GC locations and the reviews were 1-2 sentences and I couldn’t really gage it. But hope this helps you make your choice for you and your family to have a great variety of food and desserts!Highly recommend and management is running this place and staff right.”
“First time coming here with my family. Their green curry was bomb! It has a very nice spice. And we also order their Tom Chi gai with white rice. I’m giving them 5 stars all their food has good flavor! I’ll be coming back here.”
“BEST THAI FOOD I’VE HAD IN CA! I ordered the veggie red curry with sticky rice. Very authentic, service was awesome & the atmosphere was great! Definitely would recommend!”
“Super amazing service, really good food, and reasonably priced forsure!!Would highly recommend. Brian is the best with customer service & made it a good experience. Thanks Brian.”
“This place has it all. Great food, amazing menu, service was top tier and the staff was always very attentive and friendly as can be. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Southern California.”
“They never fail me here. The chaufa is always good, good portions for the price & chunky. I don't even go to the Chinese spot for fried rice anymore, I go to Hornero's! I get the veggie chaufa, plantanos, fries, aqua frescas & they green sauce.”
“Bom bom fries are delicious and signature there. I haven’t found these anywhere else. The sauce for the salad is thousand island with a kick of spicy. Its also delicious. Clean restaurant with plenty of indoor seating. Some outdoor seating too but I would stick to sitting inside. Its near a main cross street. They have a drive thru. Also i found out they sell their signature sauce in bottle size. Service is friendly and its never too busy.”
“As you can see, the reviews here are mixed. C and P is probably the oldest bbq place in Bellflower. They have wood paneling on the walls, quirky parking, and old restrooms. If you want a hipster bbq place with young servers and fancy food presentation - you won’t like this place. The prices and flavors are in line with bbq places. We had the pulled pork sandwich (good!), fries (so-so), baby back ribs (good), mashed potatoes (yum!), and salad (ok).Personally, I like C and P. I’m over chain restaurants, and will roll the dice with a place with character, working class employees, and decent food.”
“"5 stars! Fantastic experience at New wave! The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable shout out to Serena for being the best that night. The food was exceptional - I highly recommend the lemon pepper wings! The cocktails were creative and expertly crafted. Will definitely be back for another great night out!"”
“The bbq was outstanding but be warned it is slow roasted and smokey. Some people don't like the smoked aspect and are caught off guard. The sauce was excellent. The sides were all large portions on their own.”
“This Round Table has great food, pizza, salad, wings all very flavorful. The staff here is very friendly and attentive, I have even spoken with the owner a few times that I have come in and he is a very wonderful person.”
“I've been here a few times and the atmosphere is always good. Not too crowded and you can still talk to someone. I will be coming back again. The bartenders are laid back and fun to be around.”
“I was here for a birthday party, due to this event all of the staff was assigned to this event from 5:00 pm to 7:30 dinner and the bar services wasn't being offered . Once services were back in full swing, the margaritas were margarotahs terrible . Hosting a party and while being open as a full bar was too much for them to handle, they can only do one or the other.”
“I’ve gone to Mariano’s since it opened in the 80’s. The interior is a bit dated but fine. The food is the real reason the go. I ordered take out pizza most recently and it was excellent.”
