So we went to a coffee shop that opened last year, called Soulmate Coffee!! The location is easy to find and plenty of parking space! We went with the popular order, Oat Based Spanish Latte, which was recommended to get. The drink had a subtle taste with a strong flavor of oat, but not overwhelmingly so. Can’t believe there’s a little gem like this where I grew up! Espresso was 49th Parallel, it was delicious. Had the pistachio croissant it was perfect. They were playing early 2000s rap at a perfect volume. Service was super friendly and warm.

This is the second time I have come here. I must say they making truly awesome drinks. Their coffees are on point, I got the Dark maple cinnamon and it wasn't too sweet and very balanced in flavor. The Matcha Ginger beer was fantastic, definitely recommend if you like the flavors of match and a Ginger. I love that their tea drinks actually tasty like tea and not like the super sugary drinks the bobas "tea" places make. I will definitely be back sooner than later.
