“The food was ok. Maybe it was not a good idea to drink Jamaica drink with shrimp, chicken, avocado Sriracha and a fried chile ?. Even though it was good. My stomach was not feeling happy after 1 or 2 hours. The fried chile ? and the Sriracha sauce with the Jamaica drink probably was not a good idea I should of drank water but the machine water was not good to be honest or maybe it was the ice in the water. I am not sure but it had a akward taste to it. I am sorry I did not drink the water. Its a good place to eat. Not enough tables though. I appreciate the service here.The chicken & Shrimp plate was $16.39 and $2.25 extra for the avocado. The Jamaica drink was $3.19.“

“Bom bom fries are delicious and signature there. I haven’t found these anywhere else. The sauce for the salad is thousand island with a kick of spicy. Its also delicious. Clean restaurant with plenty of indoor seating. Some outdoor seating too but I would stick to sitting inside. Its near a main cross street. They have a drive thru. Also i found out they sell their signature sauce in bottle size. Service is friendly and its never too busy.“
“A couple of weeks ago I placed an online order on the waba grill app for 2 bowls and 2 sides of edamame. I didn't look at their hours of operation and assumed that they closed at 10 pm instead of 9 pm, so when it said my order would be ready at 9 pm and I was about to leave the house (a 5 minute drive) I got 2 calls from an unknown number and I thought it was a guy that frequently calls me off of different phone numbers, I didn't respond. When I responded the 3rd time it was a waba grill employee telling me that they closed and I could call in the morning to see if I could get compensated in some way. Immediately I felt bad because he said he waited after hours for a few minutes, but I also thought whoever the developed the waba grill app wasn't very good at it because there should be some sort of "warning" or "reminder" that I can't be even a few minutes late to pick up my order because I'd be keeping the employees there after hours. Anyways, onto the next day. I call the manager and tell her about my confusion and to my surprise she came off really accusatory and defensive about the whole situation saying things like "why didn't you answer the employees call? We waited past our shift for you, it says right there on the app what time we close so you should've seen it, etc". I'm not exaggerating. Luckily for me, I was raised by a psychology professor and I've learned from a young age not to take things personally, only control what I can control and put myself in other peoples shoes. So I let her talk and realized that this lady is probably listening to people complain all day every day and works a thankless job, which made me reason that she was most likely taking her frustration from her unsatisfying job on me. So when she went on to say that she probably won't be able to get me a refund OR the food that I paid for, I just listened and listened and admitted that I was in the wrong so that she could try to convince the owner of the franchise to give me the meals and sides that I paid for. She ended up convincing them and told me to come in to pick it up. At first she said the edamame wasn't going to be able to be made because something was down, but she even ended up including the edamame. I think that fast food employees get a bit too much criticism from people. The job is low pay, repetitive, doesn't come with much if any mental stimulation, and it involves with people that come in all different age groups and backgrounds. It's hard. I don't want to make anyone else's life harder. The manager even gave me a mini lecture before I left with my food when I went to pick it up in person, I couldn't leave unless I heard her out one last time lol. Overall it wasn't really a big deal, I'm just glad she convinced the owner to let me have the food.“

Savannah was very friendly & helped in deciding our order. We ordered the taco bowl, Happy Hawaiian bowl, & a wet burrito. “I tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered the Bulgogi Rice Bowl and it was amazing. The price is well worth it because the food comes in big portions. The lady there was very sweet and we got our food pretty quickly. The place was empty but everything was clean. “Nice little gem we recently found. Place was clean & inviting and one of the cooks did a great job explaining the menu to us. We ordered the cheese Katsu meals and the portions are perfect! Really enjoyed the salad and dressing that topped it. Bowl of miso and rice were the perfect touch to complete the meal. Cheese katsu was amazing and the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. Definitely going to put this on our list of "places to return to"“
