“Sushi Mura has the best ramen in Buena Park. This was my first time here. I've been to most ramen places in Buena Park, and didn't realize Sushi Mura is a hidden gem Sushi and ramen place near me.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had more options than I'll ever be able try. I had the special sake and appetiser deal for $30 and was not disappointed.

Sushi Mura has the best Spicy Tonkatsu in Buena Park, hands down. I'm a little picky and asked for not sprouts or mushrooms, and was not disappointed.“

Pricing is reasonable, especially with the quality fish and their attention-to-detail. Even their basic sashimi/nigiri comes beautifully presented with thoughtful garnishes. The unagi specifically has a wonderful char that blends smokiness with sweetness. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into every aspect of the restaurant.

YUZU SALMON: Must order for salmon lovers. Perfect balance of savoriness and yuzu brightness.

SAKE BOMB: The marinade is heavenly.

MIXED TEMPURA: Probably the best we’ve had in SoCal. Zero oiliness, perfect crunch, tender fillings. So fresh!

Customer service was great too we spoke with Frank, super friendly and made the experience even better. The spot is very takeout friendly but still comfortable if you dine in.

I also loved that they have options for people who don’t like fish, like veggie rolls and beef rolls. We got the King Kong roll and it was huge and sooo good.
