“The place is nice and clean with really kind waiters and waitresses. the food is amazing and has a very nice veriaty of sushi, sashimi, and apparisers and sides. I would definitely recommend the ramen and takoyaki. would recommend to any one who likes sushi“

“Stumbled upon this location looking for somewhere to eat and when I tell you the amazing smells drew us in like a siren call??? There was a barely noticeable wait and we spent it eagerly looking at the menu. Service extremely prompt and scrupulous. Place is a bit small and they fill the space, so be prepared for loud noises. Food came out pretty fast, especially for being slammed, and it was all very, very good! Tried the ramen, udon, and one of the 'baked' rolls. 100% would come back to try more of all of the above!“

“This was such an incredible experience, my group sat at the sushi bar and this was all our first times having Omakase. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more delicious experience. The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet and absolutely incredible with customer service. We felt like we had been coming here for years, and ordered more food at the end of our 12 piece meal bc it was all so delicious and we couldn’t get enough. I think we each got 3 more pieces. I can’t wait to return. This made my husband’s birthday, so very special. Thank you again for such a night to remember. One of the best meals I’ve ever had!!“

“First off, their cheap on the a/c. Place was very hot from the sun beating on the glass windows. Speciality rolls we order were very salty. Salmon didnt have a fresh taste or the white lines throughout but the yellowtail was nice and fresh. Staff was fun and gave great service. “Small plates. Nice, cozy vibes. Everything you could ask for in an izakaya. :) My friend and I made reservations in advance and came to the restaurant on a Thursday night, which was decently busy. I really liked the warm lighting and ambiance of the restaurant. Our server, Carolyn, was really nice. She apologized that several of the things we had wanted to order were not on the menu due to popular demand. We ordered a decent spread of food, including salad, sushi, udon, chicken karaage, and bulgogi. Everything was pretty good. The workers wrote my friend's name on a placard on the table and even gave us free vanilla ice cream for his birthday! The total came out to $60 for both of us, with tip. Standard food, nothing spectacular. I'd come back for the good vibes (cool anime wall murals!) and maybe to try some other dishes.“

Salvador is a sushi chef with over 30 years of experience and is already a well-known sushi chef in North Orange County.
Salvador makes special sushi dishes for his regular customers, and I especially love his ”Salvador Special Roll.“
The Salvador Special Roll, featuring salmon and mango on top of a spicy tuna roll, is simple yet mucho delicioso. It’s been a while since I‘ve had it, but it was still tasty! 😋

“Not sure how I haven’t left a review here yet—this is my go-to sushi spot in the area. I always start off with the spicy garlic edamame and calamari, both great appetizers. Depending on the day, if you order a beer you sometimes get a free fried corn poppers appetizer, which is actually surprisingly good.

My usual go-to rolls are the Hungry Roll and Samurai Roll, but honestly everything I’ve tried here has been solid. Service is always good as well.“

“Sooo delicious. We ordered the soft shell crab appetizer and it had such a delicate fried flavor. It hit the spot. It paired perfectly with the citrusy dressing in the side salad. We ordered the jalapeño bomb and Jessica roll. They're both shrimp tempura rolls but where the jalapeño bomb was creamy and spicy the Jessica roll tasted bright and fresh. We left full and very satisfied.“

“I’ve ordered here 3 times and food here has been consistently fresh. This place is near where I live. I was surprised to find out it was just a take out establishment during my first visit. But services have been quick and they have gotten the orders right so far. They often send out discount codes which are very helpful in this economy. Prices are fairly reasonable. Try it if you’re in the mood for sushi!“

“Great place for sushi! Servers are friendly and attentive. Food is great for a quick bite or small gathering. We have had birthday lunches here with 6+ people and they accomodates very well even though the the restaurant is on the smaller side.“

“I went in with my cousin on a hot Thursday around 4pm to get some sweet treats to cool us down! The place was clean and had a pretty mural going around the whole wall! The menu was straight to the point and everything looked delicious. The worker who helped us out that day was Daniela and she was the best! She was very helpful in every way and I loved her energy, it made me want to be her friend!

The ice cream is a little on the pricier side but it's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you! We got 2 ice cream's their mini dubai chocolate pancakes and a nutella crepe. If you have a sweet tooth, you should for sure check this place out!

Parking is shared in a plaza with other food spots and I heard that it gets busy around the afternoon, thankfully we found a parking spot right away!

The quality of the ice cream was definitely good and it was creamy and surprisingly not overly sweet! They also do not have a public restroom!

Overall gave this place a 4/5 stars only because of the prices!“

“K Sushi is a hidden gem. Our server Luke, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the Special Roll Tray and the Tempura Ice Cream.

The Special Roll Tray was flavorful and a great portion size for 4 people with moderate appetites. The Tempura Ice Cream was amazing. I loved the contrast between the crispy crunchy exterior and the cold ice cream inside. The pricing was fair and standard. They have korean fushion rolls on the menu. I will be coming back to try those!

The restaurant is small family business tucked in a small plaza. The place was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t too busy during dinner time on a Thursday. The bathrooms were clean which is always appreciated.“

“I always wanted to try this place whenever I came to this mall because it looked really cozy and had an old-school Japanese vibe outside. Finally tried it, but I was a little disappointed. It feels more like a roll-focused spot than a traditional sushi place.

The rolls were okay, and they give free miso soup and a small salad, which was nice!!

I feel like if they cleaned up the decor a bit and put more effort into remodeling, plus added more sushi and sashimi options, this place could be way more popular. It definitely has a lot of potential.“

“So straight up the service is sloppy. They are super kind and get you what you ask for but there's just no... refined skills is the only way I can think of putting it. It's a well-oiled machine as far as getting the food out getting the people their drinks and cycling through.. sit down and DO NOT expect a luxurious experience but definitely a Tasty one!:)

“Went in for a quick bite mid-afternoon and ended up staying for an early dinner. Sat at the sushi bar, ordered nigiri; yellowtail, kurodai, tuna and salmon, mixed tempura, and green teas that were better than expected. The iced was this cloudy matcha situation in case you like that type of iced tea.

Excited to see kurodai on the menu. There were a few specials but we stuck to the basics for this round.

Everything came out beautifully presented and the fish was genuinely fresh across the board. The crispy rice is the move. Caramelized, warm, light spicy tuna on top. Comes heavy on the sauce so just know that going in. We will ask for a lighter touch next time but it was still delicious.
