“This was such an incredible experience, my group sat at the sushi bar and this was all our first times having Omakase. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more delicious experience. The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet and absolutely incredible with customer service. We felt like we had been coming here for years, and ordered more food at the end of our 12 piece meal bc it was all so delicious and we couldn’t get enough. I think we each got 3 more pieces. “The thickest and girthiest sushi rolls I've ever had and it was fantastic.
The staff and service was incredible! Big shout out to Crystal** our server and John the owner for making us feel extremely welcomed and very well fed.

My personal fave was the I LOVE JASMINE roll named after the owner's wife and the Daniel San roll named after the owner's son!

It's a family of great taste forsure!

Also loved how amazing the ambiance was, a GIANT screen to watch the game, plenty of fun decorations that made the space feel fun and alive!

“This restaurant has a a minimalist clean, white decor. The staff was kind, and the sushi chefs at the counter seemed very friendly and engaged with the guests.
I went on a weekend for their lunch set tasting menu. Everything was executed well, though the dishes followed a very consistent flavor profile throughout the meal. While it was all very good and high quality, don't expect anything experimental or wild.
You will probably want to order a few extra items a la carte to feel fully satisfied. At around $225–$300 for lunch for two, the price tag feels a bit steep for a midday meal, but you are definitely paying for quality ingredients and a tasting experience.“

“Sushi Mura has the best ramen in Buena Park. This was my first time here. I've been to most ramen places in Buena Park, and didn't realize Sushi Mura is a hidden gem Sushi and ramen place near me.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had more options than I'll ever be able try. I had the special sake and appetiser deal for $30 and was not disappointed.

“Not sure how I haven’t left a review here yet—this is my go-to sushi spot in the area. I always start off with the spicy garlic edamame and calamari, both great appetizers. Depending on the day, if you order a beer you sometimes get a free fried corn poppers appetizer, which is actually surprisingly good.

My usual go-to rolls are the Hungry Roll and Samurai Roll, but honestly everything I’ve tried here has been solid. Service is always good as well.“

“Sooo delicious. We ordered the soft shell crab appetizer and it had such a delicate fried flavor. It hit the spot. It paired perfectly with the citrusy dressing in the side salad. We ordered the jalapeño bomb and Jessica roll. They're both shrimp tempura rolls but where the jalapeño bomb was creamy and spicy the Jessica roll tasted bright and fresh. We left full and very satisfied.“

“Sushi Koto is always a treat for me. I love to come here for what I feel is the next best thing to eating in Japan. There is always a wait for Sunday brunch, but they do take reservations. “What a wonderful restaurant! The food here is incredible! We especially love the California Rolls and Japanese soda. When they prepare tuna it's quite a show and so much fun! “I went in with my cousin on a hot Thursday around 4pm to get some sweet treats to cool us down! The place was clean and had a pretty mural going around the whole wall! The menu was straight to the point and everything looked delicious. The worker who helped us out that day was Daniela and she was the best! She was very helpful in every way and I loved her energy, it made me want to be her friend!

The ice cream is a little on the pricier side but it's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you! We got 2 ice cream's their mini dubai chocolate pancakes and a nutella crepe. If you have a sweet tooth, you should for sure check this place out!

Parking is shared in a plaza with other food spots and I heard that it gets busy around the afternoon, thankfully we found a parking spot right away!

The quality of the ice cream was definitely good and it was creamy and surprisingly not overly sweet! They also do not have a public restroom!

Overall gave this place a 4/5 stars only because of the prices!“

“This was our first time coming to this Korean sushi restaurant. It was a great experience although this is not somewhere I'd bring a large group based on the limited seating. The service was great and the sushi tasted fresh. I recommend the Cerritos and crispy sushi for sure. I would recommend this place for sure.“

“Went in for a quick bite mid-afternoon and ended up staying for an early dinner. Sat at the sushi bar, ordered nigiri; yellowtail, kurodai, tuna and salmon, mixed tempura, and green teas that were better than expected. The iced was this cloudy matcha situation in case you like that type of iced tea.

Excited to see kurodai on the menu. There were a few specials but we stuck to the basics for this round.

Everything came out beautifully presented and the fish was genuinely fresh across the board. The crispy rice is the move. Caramelized, warm, light spicy tuna on top. Comes heavy on the sauce so just know that going in. We will ask for a lighter touch next time but it was still delicious.
