My wife and I stopped there as we were staying at the Hampton inn in the same area. I had a yellowtail roll along with tempura and my wife had the salmon. Vegetables were perfect presentation was spot on for casual dining and my roll was one of the best I’ve had. Perfect proportion of spicy tuna to yellowtail to rice. If I lived in the area I would go here at least once a week. Prices were also spot on and in many cases extremely reasonable. Bravo Kabuto!!! A special place!!“

“Sushi Hama is honestly the best sushi spot around here. It’s my go-to and still my all-time favorite in the area.

The fish quality is seriously so good — super fresh, clean, and just melts in your mouth. You can really tell they care about what they serve. The sashimi is a must. The cuts are thick and generous, and it just hits every time.

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole vibe even better. And the portions? So generous. I always leave completely full and happy.

It’s also the perfect place to grab a glass of sake and just enjoy good food with friends. I’ve brought so many people here and it has never failed. Everyone ends up loving it.

You honestly can’t go wrong with anything, but the Langostino Roll is my absolute favorite. If you go, definitely get that — and don’t skip the sashimi.

He was like joy and sunshine in human form, and something about this place felt so calming. I went from hangry meltdown in the car to totally fine within minutes of being inside. The employee was so friendly and kind that all my hangry rage melted away. Completely impressed. I ordered the poke bowl, and it was incredible. *Tuna Sushi Special* and the *Miso Soup* are my classic go to's and they are always flavorful and fresh. Spicy Tuna is mixed with Sriracha, sesame oil, and sugar instead of spicy mayo and I LOVE that. *Garlic Tuna Tataki Special* is AMAZING, so delicious, expensive but worth it. *Dumplings with Spicy Garlic Sauce* is BOMB AF, so fresh and full of flavor, love it. Extra Ginger is free so I always get it. *Extra Spicy Ponzu* is the best homemade sauce they have and is so worth the $0.25.“

The two owners provide incredible hospitality and family vibes. Many regulars come just for a casual dine and enjoy libations.
Their specials changes based on the quality and seasons of the fish, so don't be afraid to ask the chefs like Juro and Yuichi.
Their miruga, shima aji,i and black code sushi was in season, which was chefs kiss!
