I'm so very sad this place closed it was my favorite it said It's going to reopen in a year from now which I find interesting I miss them Having my favorite sushi roll which nobody else does. If anybody has any suggestions, I welcome them of where I can go to find futomaki sushi roll
Been going here for years for some good cut rolls. Typical solid rolls for us are: Tuna tataki, spicy tuna, special cucumber roll & the Hot Night roll.... They make a good salmon skin hand roll as well... My family and I live in Orange - we used to live out this way and we come back to Sango once every other week or so for a no nonsense cut roll dinner. Convenient and affordable place to get decent quality sushi. They're a little heavy-handed on the rice but the fish is good and some people might prefer that amount of rice to fill them up. Only complaint I really have is that sometimes the tv or music overhead is too loud, and if the local high school let their students out for lunch, the combination noise level quickly becomes pretty overstimulating, but that holds true for the other nearby restaurants as well.
