SUSHI NIGIRIBA is an incredible experience with top notch food and wonderful staff providing unbelievable service. Not your typical sushi spot, each piece is prepared and served one at a time. The food is fresh and high quality, with standout items like the anago, which is perfectly tender, and the tuna and salmon, both top tier. The salmon was so good guests ordered extra. The omakase offers thoughtful pacing, generous portions, and quality well above the price point. Pricing is very reasonable, and the value really shows. Pros include an easy ordering system and menu, a 15% service fee instead of tipping, fresh seafood and Nori, and traditional sushi. Cons are parking and a lack of “other than sushi” menu. The entire staff is friendly and attentive, explaining the process and details of the different fish. This is a great new addition to Huntington Beach and Orange County’s sushi scene. A must visit.
