Hard to pick. menu great! even a half of list! was perfect to show grandson lil by lil different choices with smaller portions. He enjoyed it all. :)
I went to Tsukiyo Sushi because it has 4.8 stars on Yelp with 1000+ reviews, and I was not disappointed.
Aside from the complimentary edamame, every dish was elevated in some way or form, and the care for craftsmanship was not lost on me. Smoked fish seems to be a specialty of theirs, and both the smoked sushi and the Smoke Bomb were packed with delicious and unique flavor. Staff is so sweet! The udon noodles were flavorful and it came with a great portion. The fried squid legs are yummy! And the cucumber role is huge! 10/10
