“My teenagers and I had the Motto Black, the Motto Red, and the Motto Special. All bowls were tasty and delicious. Noodles were fresh and the chaschu melted in your mouth. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I would recommend as a casual and family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back again.“

“Wow! Most authentic and personal sushi joint I’ve been to. All you can eat too! My son and I were in town for A Jiu Jitsu tournament and came here after competing and received the best service ever. Tu the sushi chef was great and converted with us the whole time and made my son a free dessert after serving us some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Take it my son and I eat sushi at least 1-2x weekly. The Carpacio he recommended was insanely good and the salmon belly/tuna belly nigiri(fine cuts) as well as the mango tango salmon roll. This place really takes the bag, I won’t go anywhere else when in town. I don’t remember the waiters name because I didn’t ask but he was also amazing and made us feel very taken care of. “Amazing Japanese cuisine in Costa Mesa, CA. This place is one of the best Japanese restaurants in all of Orange County. The interior style resembles what all Japanese restaurants should look like, and most importantly, the food and service was top notch. “We had the restaurant’s course menu, and every piece of sushi was absolutely amazing. The fish was incredibly fresh and literally melted in our mouths, while the bite-sized sushi rice made each piece easy and enjoyable to eat. We finished the entire course in no time! They also served Japan’s famous Sapporo beer, making us feel as if we were dining at a high-end sushi restaurant in Japan. It was an unforgettable and delicious experience. Highly recommended!“

“We have been to this wonderful place several times and every time we come it is great! It can get very busy because it is great and because it is small. They have used their space strategically to get as many tables as possible. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tonight our server was Tang (not sure of the correct spelling) and he was exceptional!! Fantastic energy, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They have a separate vegan menu which is really awesome! Now the food…absolutely delicious and quite filling! We always leave with leftovers for the next day. Today we got (all vegan) Veggie Tempura Plate, Vegan Crispy Rice, Caterpillar roll, and CA Crunch roll. Our server also brought us the Salmon roll. All were SO good! We were also given a scoop of green tea ice cream which was also really tasty! This is a fabulous restaurant that we will continue to frequent and highly recommend!“

“This is a hidden gem, let me tell you. I almost turned around because of the unpleasant environment outside, but once you pass that door, you’re transported into a completely different world.

“I happened upon this place while I was at the rage part of hangry (don't forget to eat folks lol). As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a welcome from the employee behind the counter. He was like joy and sunshine in human form, and something about this place felt so calming. I went from hangry meltdown in the car to totally fine within minutes of being inside. The employee was so friendly and kind that all my hangry rage melted away. Completely impressed. I ordered the poke bowl, and it was incredible. I kid you not, every single bite was just as amazing as the first. I love poke bowls, and this was the best one I've ever had. It was so fresh and just perfect. For context, I'm a really picky eater and rarely take the time to leave reviews. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Sushi Mura has the best ramen in Buena Park. This was my first time here. I've been to most ramen places in Buena Park, and didn't realize Sushi Mura is a hidden gem Sushi and ramen place near me.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had more options than I'll ever be able try. I had the special sake and appetiser deal for $30 and was not disappointed.

Sushi Mura has the best Spicy Tonkatsu in Buena Park, hands down. I'm a little picky and asked for not sprouts or mushrooms, and was not disappointed.“

“My 1st time at Wazabi, despite living in Orange for 25 years. Holy cow, was the food delicious and service friendly and prompt. We were a party of 5 and waited less than 10 minutes. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was wonderful. My son & I ordered the chicken katsu combos & the chicken was so crispy, moist and tasty. As a group, we also ordered specialty rolls and salads. We will most definitely return.“

“Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel.
