I feel like people are sleeping on this place. Shimizu is a hidden gem and a great asian fusion resturaunt. I've actually been here twice. The first time I went was last summer for my birthday dinner with a friend. The service was great and food was delicious. Himizu serves sushi and Japanese BBQ which is a great combination and a spot that I had been interested in checking out. I came here with my family on my birthday for dinner and we had a fantastic experience here.
