The sushi was amazingly ? fresh. The place was clean and the presentation was on point. I loved the quaint atmosphere. We had an appetizer of blue soft shell crab. The breading was a bit thick and the crab was rather moist. The flavors were good but I'm not sure I would order that if I went back. Only because the balance of bread to fish ratio was so so. Today we take you to mika sushi in the City of Orange.we ordered the Sapporo roll which isAlbacore and yellow tail in a spicy California rollwe also got the C1razy monkey roll which isSmoked salmon Mango cashew cream cheese avocado and special sauce.Seaweed salad on the side please...We aldo had the Baked lobster roll withCrabmeat Masago crawfish. Still one of my favorite sushi places !!I love the employees!! They are very kind and catering.Today I had the Philadelphia roll, it's one of my favorites. With salmon and cream cheese. I just tried one of their special rolls jala jala roll it is now on my favorite list with the salmon collar that is cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is great l! They play lovely music.
