Went to their Kaiseki experience for a friend's birthday. The courses were amazing with good pacing. They kept an attentive eye on us. We didn't feel rushed but they were very fast at giving us the next course once we finished our previous one. Food - delicious food with the sushi chefs preparing it in front of you. This restaurant is such a hidden gem (hidden to me!) very sweet chefs & staff, they are so careful not to overbook so you get a lot of time to chat with everyone and watch the sushi be prepared. Every course was explained thoroughly and it was all delicious! Very relaxing ambiance, I want to come back & bring my friends!

Exceeded our expectations and was a very authentic Japanese experience. Some people commented that the price was too high, but the sushi was great and unique anywhere outside of Japan. I would recommend and will definitely come back when in Orange County.
