“Great local owner Mario’s there behind the counter most every day, welcoming his loyal customers.
They offer some of the best sandwiches that you could find along with a great collection of outstanding meats from their high-end butcher shop.
The steak sandwich there is incredible, but their daily specials will always be delicious.”
“We have discovered another young incredibly talented chef that is very much flying under the radar. The chefs table is actually a bar looking into their open kitchen. in the middle of a strip mall Italian restaurant, Zach doesn’t really do menus as he likes to wing it as he goes along, like a sushi omakase where the chef sizes up his guests and their reactions and modifies it as he goes along. Drove me nuts as I was trying to do wine pairings ahead of time but he changed the menu way too many times to keep up. All the dishes are farmers market driven, with most incorporating ingredients from Chino farms. Meats and seafood are wild/grass fed and curated with care. His creative sauces and seasonings are what really stand out. The dishes are bold yet well-balanced. Zach is a chef savant who combines ingredients in an avant guard style , and it works. He uses buttermilk and yogurt instead of cream. Many of the ingredients are fermented. And all the plates are custom designed like what they did at Alinea so the presentations are artful and make the food look even more enticing. This guy is going places. Irvine is a hike, but his dinner is worth it. @schererzach, @bellochefstable and @woozface #thefoodietraveler”

“We had high hopes coming to Olea, but alas we were disappointed. Location/Ambiance: Westcliff Plaza and small with a large bar at the front, the layout leaves little space for tables. We sat in a snug booth alongside the windows with a view of Susie Cakes next door. The decor is warm and modern. Food: Subpar! Burnt bread but delicious whipped butter. Butter lettuce and Goat cheese salad was bland with a basic dressing. Mac and cheese skillet was good but nothing amazing. Filet was dry with overdone gluey mashed potatoes, and underdone broccolini. Halibut was pan seared to a dry mess with an inedible coating, bland steamed seasonal vegetables of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli as a side. Service: Friendly and Fake, if you enjoy watching servers walk away from your table talking about how "picky and difficult you are" this is a perfect spot. My Mother has dietary restrictions and we are specific to ensure a safe dining experience, it's sad when that's met with disdain. Overall: We won't be back!”

“Skcal pizza is a culinary gem that elevates the humble pizza to new heights. Nestled in Newport Beach, it offers a dining experience that is as memorable as it is delicious.
The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to provide recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the ideal place for a special occasion or a casual night out.”
“Went here for Happy hours and the menus are pretty good. I ate at Eddie V's Manhattan Beach before and loved it. First time trying it near home. The HH items are good, but some aren't as good as others. The calamari is large and delicious. Lobster bisque is OK. Grilled oysters and the lobster tempura in a stick thing are awesome. Their ribeye steak should be great bc I love it at the Manhattan Beach location.”

“Kim, who showed me to my table, was a very warm and friendly manager who asked what we were here for. Our server asked me to spell my friend's name, she was the birthday girl. When she arrived I wanted her to get an hbd and enjoy a thoughtful dessert at the end. Everyone provided attentive and smiling service. Also, the complimentary champagne at the greeting was so thoughtful.”
“Finally an awesome Indian ice cream place in OC. MUST try. Yet to try all the other stuff like chat and chaat too, exciting! Owner is super nice and gave us 3 free pup cups for our puppies and of course our pups loved it?.
Parking: This place is at prime location so plenty of parking but could be challenging to find one on busy time. We went in night time and we found free parking next to the shop.”

“Inside was extremely noisy but the patio seating was much quieter and our server was great. Delicious food! Lovely evening overall but so glad we were able to be away from the racket inside.”

“I really enjoyed my experience at Rye goods, the staff is super friendly and the food was superb! I got the danish rye bread to go and the sesame seed bagel with chives cream cheese.
They are not frugal and even found myself taking out a bit of the extra cream cheese. their bagels are delicious and are served nice and warm 😋”
“Do you want to feel better? Maybe try Vegetarian food and not even be aware you’re trying it? Like nice people? Change your life for the better and come here.
Vegetarian options: My doctor knew about vibe and highly recommended because they have a good selection. It’s hard to make up your mind — especially if you’re hungry.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free banana bread. Absolutely delicious. I love feeling my brain is being fed after eating something deemed dessert.
Kid-friendliness: People who work here are aware. They like all their customers and strive to please them. Seating is available outdoors and comfy booths indoors. Come a little bit during off times if you don’t want to stand in line too long.”

“Although Kokiyo is a small restaurant; the service, atmosphere, and food is amazing. I ordered a creamy broth ramen and it was the best creamy broth ramen I ever had. Both slices of the pork belly chashu were so tender it practically melts after taking a bite. Rather than taking the unfinished portion to-go, the meal was so spectacular that I had to finish it. Also the pickled radish is a must try.”
“Chicken tikka masala, goat curry and biryani was delicious. Every dish we tried was exceptional, showcasing a high level of creativity and attention to detail. The flavors were well-balanced and unique. The service was also impeccable; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive.
It reminds more like a hometown vibes. Especially, Himalayan soup.”
“I'm pretty sure I started levitating the minute I tried the milkshake it's literally the best one I've ever had in my life. And the fries..PERFECTLY SALTED. I don't think I've ever had such a spiritual experience at a burgers place but there's a first for everything. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!”
“Kevin set the tone on the phone: for my awesome experience! The whole crew today was smiling and happy to be there. Breakfast burritos here are works of art‼️
Kid-friendliness: They loved my baby too!”

“Overall, quite a nice dining experience as the server was nice and the food was good. Bread is served soft and warm. The signature fried chicken lobster tail was fresh but the breading can be a bit thinner to improve the texture. The little neck clam is probably the best dish of the night as the clam itself is huge and the meat is juicy and super fresh and cooked perfectly. The main entrees Hokkaido scallop is fresh but lacked sweetness so it's about average. The off menu New York steak was surprisingly good and tender until we found out it is actually a Wagyu beef which we also paid a premium for, so it became less impressive because we didn't even know it was a Wagyu when ordering it. It will be better for the server to address carefully on the off menu items as well as the price so customers don't get surprised after eating. Anyway, overall seafood is good and would highly recommend the little neck clam. Will want to try the bone-in Ribeyes which was actually what we wanted in the first place.”
“really nice place. i tried the prime ribs on wednesday and chicken wings tuesday. really delicious. chicken wings are the best wings i have tried in this country. also tried surf and turf on thusday, quite nice. waiters are friendly. place looks nice. what's really special is the soda bread. it is free but taste really special. you should have a try.”
“WOW. A brand new restaurant that is amazing.
Outstanding food and service. As good as it gets.
Way, way better than expected. This place is great anywhere and out of this world for Orange County.
When we walked through the entrance to the outside seating the owner greeted us in an Italian accent and helped us out with wine as soon as we sat down.
Our caprese salad was excellent, featuring house made mozzarella.
I had the lobster pasta, my wife had the chicken parm, and my daughter had pizza. All was top notch.
Our server was outstanding and knew the menu and the wine very, very well.
I am not a dessert guy, but theirs was excellent.
This place was very, very kid friendly with 50% of the tables having a kid or two under 8 and plenty of food that appealed to my 6 year-old.
Within reason, I could care less about price, but this place is an absolute steal compared to other OC restaurants.
I cannot think of any other restaurant in Orange County that I would rather eat at.
Well done Molo.
Parking: Unlimited parking.”
“"An incredible experience at the Casablanca restaurant! The cuisine is delicious, authentic and full of flavors. The staff is welcoming and very attentive, making the meal even more pleasant. The atmosphere is warm, with a decoration that transports us directly to Morocco. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique culinary experience. A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable moment!””
“This was a very special visit. My aunt used to take me here with my mom and sister when we were young. I came on a whim with my husband and the food brought back all the special memories.
We came for lunch and were served their special popovers with strawberry butter and consommé. It was just as delightful as I remembered. My husband was really impressed.
Did I mentioned that both items come with the meal?
For lunch, I ordered the pecan crusted salmon and he ordered the chicken Milanese. Both were delicious! My salmon was a great piece of quality fish. It was cooked perfectly and the pecan crust was a light and crispy compliment to the stellar fish. My husband was very happy with his chicken. It came with arugula in a savory a very light dressing. It was an impressive compliment to the chicken. Lastly, we ordered pumpkin pie and coffees.
Our lunch was under $100, and well worth it. Everything was fantastic. We had the sweetest server-I can’t recall her name but she was an older woman who made us want to come back and dine with her again and again.
If you have not been here, you need to!
It’s located on the 3rd floor of Neiman Marcus. They have holiday decorations up, so it’s a fun pit stop in the mall.”
“We love bayside But Father’s Day was a complete fail… It started out wrong when they brought the wrong wine but that was OK. We waited the next 20 minutes for the correct wine… Then my husband had finally decided what he wanted for dinner and they said they were out of it and they should’ve told us at the door apparently - about all the things they were out of. Then he ordered the soup and it never came, and then the desert we brought home with us was completely the wrong thing. ( who takes ice cream to go!? It was supposed to be cheesecake!) Father’s Day fail Usually spot on. This time - literally everything was spot Off! The halibut was mediocre at best. Mushroom crust was mentioned but truffle was not and I don’t like truffle. The shrimp risotto was just ok. Don’t go on a special - (busy?) Day I guess. 300 dollars wasted. That’s kind of a lot. The entertainment was good. They were louder than usual so we could not chat. But I suppose we should have expected that in a busy night. I like that the hostesses dress classier lately. The manager is attentive and involved- However we did not speak with him this visit. I would have liked to let him know how disappointed we were but didn’t even know about the desert mistake ymtil we were at home. We were not charged for the soup we never received at least. We will try again - we’ve been going for years after all but wow what a disappointment this Father’s Day. So sad.”

“Based on my first visit: Flat white was great, but weirdly not very hot for a hot drink. It took over 10 mins for a flat white to go on a Sunday morning. Not toooooo bad or unexpected but i wouldn’t come at that time again for a to go…There’s not a great place to wait so i felt awkward, in the way and like it took longer than it did. Vibe was great for those sitting down. Lots of cute dogs. Food coming out looked amazing. I got two muffins to go (one gluten free) and they were both really dry - wouldn’t get a muffin again. I also got the camp cookie. It’s sooo good.
If I go in the future, I’ll try an off peak time, sitting down and /or food off the made to order menu.”
“first of all the service is top notch, they let you try different flavors first before choosing what you want. friendly and cheerful servers. atmosphere is calm and a few seating inside and outside. portions are huge considering the price tag, will definitely come back, highly recommend! the pistachio cone is sweet so a warning, it was too sweet for us!”
“For over 30 years, I’ve been a loyal customer of Round Table, and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed by their pizza quality. Recently, I encountered a minor issue with an order at the Newport Beach location. However, after connecting with the owner, Kyle—who manages two other locations in Orange County—he resolved the problem promptly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Kyle truly cares about his business and consistently prioritizes customer happiness across all three locations.
When it comes to pizza in Orange County, Round Table is unmatched in quality. Don’t miss out on their buffalo chicken wings either—the buffalo sauce is exceptional and far surpasses what you'll find at any other pizza place in OC and LA County. I recently shared my enthusiasm for Round Table with a few friends, and they’ve already placed orders at Kyle’s other locations, and loved it! As long as Round Table stays in business, I’ll be a regular customer. Thank you, Kyle, for your dedication to excellence!”
“I ate lunch on a weekday there and there were no open tables as it's a pretty small restaurant. The cheeseburger and fries were soooo yummy, though. I highly recommend stopping by, but be prepared to take your food to go. I walked the 1-2 blocks to the Marina and ate there.”

“It was our first time trying this and I really like it. It’s like a hidden gem on the other side of plaza! I like the taste, design, and portion of the food. I think it’s a nice place to chill and hangout with friends.”

“Holy crap amazing ?. We went on a Saturday night and people were standing outside which was a good sign because it was delicious or a bad sign that they were busy and we would have to wait. But it was because it was amazing. The flavors are strange and unique and incredibly delicious. The honey and lavender made you feel refreshed and standing on an English hillside. Goat cheese mulberry and habanero was a delicious sensation of salty creamy and fire that made you want to return again and again. Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream I could have sworn that they had elves in the back making cookies to put into that ice cream. The samples were given out on real metal spoons and each staff member took a group of people and not just put you in a line through the system. We went for a quick little treat after dinner and ended up bringing pints of ice cream home. Go for taste sensations and amazing journeys you will not be disappointed. Glad we stopped at this little shop while we were out there on vacation will be ordering some ice cream and having them ship it to me because it was that good”
“They have a nice dining area with indoor and outdoor seating which has a view of the water. Need to get rid of the fake, plastic flowers and the thumping music but overall the atmosphere is nice. The Avocado Fries were yummy and the Sea Bass was cooked perfectly and so delicious. Service was a little slow, the entrees were not brought out together so we had to wait so we could eat together. Seems like a good place for a date night.
Parking: There are a few spots in front of the restaurant but you will probably have to park in the nearby structure which they validate”
“This sushi restaurant perched on the pier of Newport Beach’s Lido Peninsula is a must-visit. The waterfront marina views are stunning, especially at sunset, and outdoor seating comes with heaters. The atmosphere is dimly lit and intimate. Reservations are recommended. The sushi was excellent and surprisingly affordable. Service was a bit slow, but maybe understandable with a large group.”
“Great experience at Chronic Tacos Newport Beach Balboa!
I went there with my family, and everything was perfect. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was amazing. My wife had the Grilled Chicken Salad, which was fresh and delicious. I tried the Carne Asada Burrito, and it was packed with flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had. Our child loved the Cheese Quesadilla too! The Agua Frescas (we had mango, watermelon, and cucumber lime) were refreshing and a perfect match for the meal. Highly recommend this spot for a family-friendly, tasty meal!”
“Amazing experience. Prime rib was tender. Sides were great. Drinks were delicious and refreshing. 5 stars. Will definitely be adding to my favorites.”
“Fabulous dinner and ambiance plus the he most delicious Rocklet!!!”

“Had an amazing time at A's in Newport Beach! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing with a cool, laid-back vibe that you'd expect from a Newport spot. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
The food was a standout – everything we ordered was delicious and presented beautifully. We also loved the selection of drinks. It was the perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a special dinner date.
Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area and looking to enjoy great food and a warm atmosphere. A's really captures the essence of Newport Beach dining at its best!”
“21 Oceanfront is a gem in Newport Beach! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance swept us away—elegant, inviting, and perfectly situated with breathtaking ocean views. The service was impeccable, with every staff member making us feel like VIPs.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal! The seafood is as fresh as it gets, and every dish was artfully prepared with attention to detail. The lobster tail was cooked to perfection, and the filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth tender. For dessert, the crème brûlée was the perfect ending to a truly memorable meal.
What makes 21 Oceanfront stand out is its balance between luxury and warmth. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, this restaurant delivers a top-tier experience that’s worth every penny. We can’t wait to return!”
“I bet you really enjoyed your meal. I know you enjoyed your friends you were with and the company of your beautiful Honey. She is so special to have at your side. I Love you my Brother and miss you every day. Someday we will spend a great time again. Much love. Big Bob Peterson. There is only one.”
“One of the best Japanese Omakase in the area. Every dish is beautiful presented and tasted so well. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a unique dinning experience and great food.”
“Thank you Matt for an amazing service. Food was great. Atmosphere out of this world. Owner was present and very involved in operations. My favorites were the beef satay and edamame. Blackberry mojito was so good. Gave me nostaljia. Will be back.”

“We have been here twice now and both times were great experiences. This is located right near the beach in Newport. Delicious drinks, friendly service, and great chips and salsa. Fun party like atmosphere. Best part is ample free parking outside which is rare for this part of Newport. Highly recommend stopping by after your beach day, you won't regret it.”
“There is a God!! I have been away for years working in North Dakota praying for a shrimp burrito. I was in Balboa over weekend and got my Shrimp fix. So darn good! The best shrimp soze and taste anywhere. They have not changed anything during this bad inflation. Miss the salsa bar but they gave us plenty. Most great places come and eventually go but GM is still.#1. Thank you Peter and staff!!.”
“This place is so cool! The food is so diverse and always made well. They get to know their customers, especially the manager. And the atmosphere is so cool, there are plenty of arcade games to play while you wait, so make sure to bring quarters. Definitely going to be a lunch regular for me :)”
“Exquisite food. Excellent service. This is a walk-up pizzeria so the atmosphere is sidewalk friendly lol. Pizza was a good price Plus they put extra cheese. Definitely going to go back to this establishment. If I had to do it over again I would have called ahead or made an online order. Parking is a pain between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Parking: There's only a handful of spots for you to park. I would definitely order prior to coming to this establishment so that you can pull up, pop out of your car, get your pizza order, and slip on out of there like restock better”

“Cafe Sakana is a true Gem in Orange County! Tucked away in the back of a sleek-fashionable plaza.. this Restaurant nails it on all levels! Service, Food and Atmosphere. I can't say enough about this Family owned Restaurant. The late owner Jay truly put his heart and soul into the Restaurant and the family carries out his Legacy! Mayumi, Roy and the Staff are quite pleasant and I am so looking forward to coming back again soon. I am a big fan of the Nigiri! My favorites were the Sea Bream, Blue Crab, Peppered Tuna, and Salmon Pesto. The Jay Roll was also a must. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed.”

“I’m not sure why this place has 4.2 stars! Everything from the ambiance to the food and service was amazing. Jordan and the staff were outstanding, providing excellent recommendations. We loved every aspect of our experience!”
“Taco Rosa in Newport Beach is nothing short of a culinary fiesta, where traditional Mexican flavors meet an elevated, coastal twist. The ambiance feels upscale yet approachable, with colorful décor that’s both vibrant and inviting—perfect for those looking for a bit more flair in their taco night.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the lobster enchiladas. These are, quite simply, divine. The lobster is tender and buttery, generously tucked inside warm tortillas and smothered in a rich, creamy poblano sauce that adds a smoky depth without overshadowing the delicate sweetness of the lobster. It’s a perfect marriage of flavors—like Baja California itself was wrapped up in each bite. The citrus crema drizzled on top is a genius touch, brightening the dish and cutting through the richness just enough to keep you coming back for more.
The service is attentive, and the margaritas flow as smoothly as the evening itself. Try their hibiscus margarita—it’s refreshing and pairs beautifully with the indulgence of the enchiladas.
Taco Rosa isn’t just serving dinner; it’s serving a full-on experience. Five stars for a restaurant that transforms classic Mexican cuisine into something extraordinary—especially with those unforgettable lobster enchiladas!”
“What a wonderful little place! There are plenty of items on the menu to choose from, as well as gluten-free alternatives. We had shrimp and mashed potatoes; both were excellent! Service was very good while dining al fresco.”

“Great server — Ivan. He brought the service back into service for me. All it takes is being interested in what your customers are interested in. Ask them how is their trip if they are travelling. Talk to them in a conversation. I start at 20% and I either go up or down. Tonight we went up!”
“The food is delicious, all the staff are so nice and very accommodating and the the restaurant itself is very clean and beautiful. I can’t believe that this was my first time here!”
“Very nice outdoor seating, great food, music. Nice place and close your o the surrounding neighborhoods!”

“Celebrated our anniversary at Buona Forchetta Newport last night. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make it a special evening. The artichoke starter was so good! We ordered our mains from the specials list, both were fantastic. We can’t wait to go back and try the pizza!”
“Been driving by for years and finally decided to try. I was NOT disappointed. The food is AMAZING! True Italian style pastas, and hibernation inducing garlic bread (drooling just thinking about it). The staff were extremely kind and happy to chitchat. We will definitely be coming back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access (from the parking lot) is through the back. There is a busters station where they will lead you to the front. One section of dining room is only accessible by stairs.”
“Had not been since the remodel. Just had lunch there. Very expensive. Crab was $79.95. The appetizer crab, 1 leg, and very delicious was $57.95. Tasty, great service, paper and plastic, $$$$$.”
“Comfortable temperature and beautiful environment, I like it very much.”
“Bargain spread with chicken BENTO BOX $22.
Most amazing chicken ever had. !!
Comes with Miso Soup !
Start by eating the small crispy rice sushi ?”
“My first protein shake!
I have had milk shakes!
I liked the protein shake- coffee, chocolate protein powder, banana and almond milk.”
“Visited Monday night, knowing it would be fairly quiet. Bartender Sandy greeted us and was attentive to us all evening. We had the best calamari ever and enjoyed everything we ordered. Please come visit us CIYC.”
“Enjoyed the food. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed him so much. Thank you Ryan for being so kind”
“Kelsey, our server, was friendly, competent and very kind. There was an older couple at a nearby table. It was obvious that the husband (assumed) had cognitive issues. His wife(assumed) took charge and ordered for them both. Kelsey, seemed to know them, perhaps regulars, and could not be kinder and in serving them. She even cleaned up a small food mess that the gentleman caused. She was never dismissive nor patronizing. She was simply kind. Brava!!!!”
“This is the find of the decade! Virtually hidden on a tiny street adjacent to the Coast Highway, the eclectic, artistic interior is as welcoming as the attentive and super friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor dining options, comfy furniture, a hip buzzy adjacent bar lets you know immediately you are in for a uniquely Newport Beach experience that you won’t want to leave. But all of this is nothing compared to the cuisine. The wide variety of ostensibly Middle Eastern menu items are comprehensive to meet virtually any dietary needs from vegan to Ketovore, but the competency across the board is astounding!! Lentil soup, yellow veggie curry, kabob, steak Diane - everything shines on its own merit. I planned to have one of the divine sounding desserts but alas, the portions were so generous that we had to take a rain check. Here’s hoping for a downpour!”
“Great experience...my friend and I split a Fish and Chips. They split it onto 2 plates with a normal portion of coleslaw and fries with the fish. Very nice that they did that. Service was great and the food was great and served hot!”
“THE ULTIMATE GRILLED CHEESE ! You better believe it. My wife and I came here for lunch for the first time 2 weeks ago. Who doesn't loved a great grilled cheese sandwich with the lot.....bacon, cheese, tomato, caramelized onions on thick delicious sourdough ? WE DO ! We had to order The Ultimate Grilled Cheese ( mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, grilled tomato, sourdough ) and Caramelized Onions for $1 extra. And it came with a big serve of Steakhouse Fries. WHATTA DEAL FOR $15 ! We've lived in Irvine for 16 months and haven't had a decent grilled cheese sandwich anywhere...until here. WE'RE BACK ! On Saturday after taking care of business at Whole Foods Market we couldn't get over here fast enough for lunch. We walked inside at 1.25pm and it was packed out....even the huge outdoor patio was almost full. Hunter ( our server from our first visit ) saw us and said hi. We found a vacant table...not perfectly ideal as it was copping a cold breeze from the open door fronting their outdoor patio. GOOD ENOUGH ! A cheery server named Bree dropped by to take our lunch order and we asked for glasses of iced water. THIS TIME ! Now their lunch menu is very comprehensive......you don't get the elevated choices served here at your everyday local cafe. We had every intention of ordering something new like Seafood Fettuccine or Blackened Chicken Penne. BUT ! The Ultimate Grilled Cheese was sooooo good we had to have it again. But this time we shared because it is huge. We asked Bree for 1 x The Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Steakhouse Fries & add on Caramelized Onions. WHOO HOO ! Our incredibly delicious looking Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Hand Cut Fries arrived 10 minutes after we ordered it. We split it down the middle of course. MOUTHSATIONAL ! Hard to imagine a better made grilled cheese sandwich....I make a very good one at home. And the fat hand cut fries tasted awesome. DESSERT ! There was no way in the world we weren't going to order the Triple Chocolate Mousse ( dark chocolate cake, milk chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse )...we had it the first time. And again it was TOTALLY DECADENT ! Bree made us a couple of very good double shot Cappuccinos with 2% milk and Monin hazelnut syrup. LUNCH CAN'T GET ANY BETTER !”
“I love their Wonton Soup! They have bowls for 2 or 4, you can either share, or plan to take some home. It is served with generous portions of shrimp, chicken, and wontons, with cabbage, carrots, and water chestnuts.”
“What could better on Balboa Island, than having a great grilled fish taco & Nitro Kicking Stout from San Diego's Knotty Brewing. One of the great local businesses on Balboa Island is Snipe Island Crafthouse. Delicious street tacos for $3 on tuesday & happy hour draft beer from 2:30 PM to 5:30. It's not always easy to find stout on tap on tap in OC, but they often have one stout on draft. They also serve grilled fish, Al Pastor & Carnitas tacos. I was overwhelmed by the fantastic aroma of the taco when the server put it on my table. The tacos are super fresh & scrumptious. Haven't tried their wood fired pizza, but I've heard good things.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“So good. Our family has been very loyal to Bansai for many years. A couple years ago, I tried tru bowl. Since then, everyone has switched. It is better in almost every way. Better Acai. Adding the tru coconut base is ?. The overnight oats are great. Pick your own fruit. I can't imagine it better.”
“One of the best real EDOMAE sushi in area. I was used to be sushi chef.”
“Amazing breakfast burrito and salsa! The ladies who helped us were so kind! They completely made the kids food..kid friendly and divided it into 2 plates for us! Great place to sit and enjoy the morning before heading to the beach. And, if you need to grab those snacks for your beach day, the Cafe has amazing pastries and they are connected to a mini mart!”
“Absolutely the best meal we had in Newport Beach. The entree specials were incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection! Alfred was of course an amazing host!!! Trust him he will not steer you wrong.”

“Super disappointed in the cold brew. It tasted sour and bitter. The croissant was good and the environment was nice but I would recommend a different drink to whoever is reading this.”
“Food was fantastic! Had the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and it was amazing. The lobster bisque was very good too!! Service was also great.”
“A funny thing happened on the way today FedEx drop-off. Kalaveras is convientley located off of Jamboree. For the street tacos Tuesday, you are seated and then order the number of $1.50 per Taco that you want. Then you line up to get your Tacos. You can choose from about 5 types of meat Tacos. Then, you can add vegetables and salsa types. There is a modern mexican restaurant vibe here. Have fun.”
“12/10 experience, exceptional (truly) service, ask for David and enjoy the truffle fries on the patio overlooking the surf. Perfect for a business meal post golf, date night or a lunch for one. Cheers.”

“Wild Strawberry is my first choice for coffee, tea, pastries, breakfast, lunch, and even catering. They use only the best ingredients. Their food is amazing. Their staff is friendly. The vibe is lovely and inviting. 10/10, every time.”
“They made a mistake with our order (and several other groups who ordered after us), but asides from that - the food was pretty damn good and it hits the spot. Crunchy batter on my fish is important. The mussels are legit. Definitely order the fried pickles.
Overall enjoy the sunny seaside view and perhaps even partake in people watching all the old people with botox-filled lips and fake Louie Vuitton bags.”
“Absolutely gorgeous view. We spent an evening here and it was a great experience. The food was great, very tasty. We watched the sunset from the deck, and it was absolutely beautiful. Great spot to have a date as well. Great service, highly recommended.”

“Never disappoints! Food is amazing! Always come here for special occasions and holidays. Every server and front desk are so nice and caring. They get the orders right even when it's so loud in there. Please is so clean and put together. Roberto is a great chef and Sheila was a nice server and did great job getting our food orders. Would definitely recommend coming! All locations are amazing but we like the Newport location.”
“Beautiful and delicious food”
“Although Kokiyo is a small restaurant; the service, atmosphere, and food is amazing. I ordered a creamy broth ramen and it was the best creamy broth ramen I ever had. Both slices of the pork belly chashu were so tender it practically melts after taking a bite. Rather than taking the unfinished portion to-go, the meal was so spectacular that I had to finish it. Also the pickled radish is a must try.”
