I got ice cream and it fell off the cone on to the cement just after leaving the shop. The clerk came out and offered me a new scoop this time in a cup. Absolutely made my day.
Rude business practices to customers particularly to a child in need; a young child bike seat fell off from her bike; asked if they can push it back in for her or help getting seat back in; before the question was completed, it was abruptly cut off with “no we don’t fix bikes, go away”.
FYI many other bike rental shops in the same area, kindly helped push the seat back in, took less than 3 minutes for KINDNESS to happen.
The place is amazing cleanest and nices bike shop in all of Newport Beach. huge selection, News bikes and best service. Rent for the day or for a week, the staff will bend over backward to make you happy. And if that's not enough go next store to their ice cream shop and be even more amazed. It's every kids dream. Best ice cream in town.
So make sure you add this to one of your stops while down in Balboa.
