I got ice cream and it fell off the cone on to the cement just after leaving the shop. The clerk came out and offered me a new scoop this time in a cup. Absolutely made my day.
The place is amazing cleanest and nices bike shop in all of Newport Beach. huge selection, News bikes and best service. Rent for the day or for a week, the staff will bend over backward to make you happy. And if that's not enough go next store to their ice cream shop and be even more amazed. It's every kids dream. Best ice cream in town.

Shoutout to Eric for his kind accommodation & professional service for helping us rent the 2 cruisers for the hour. It’s a really nice area the only concern/challenges just definitely the locals don’t often ring the bells/signal when they’re & that they speed up past 8 mph. The business regardlessly still didn’t fail to impress & the neighboring ice cream joint/stand got some really nice sweets/desserts.
