Would not rent from this place again. Rented the 4 person bike and received a warning from the Newport Beach police. They said no 4 wheeled bikes on the boardwalk. The staff said we could ride on the boardwalk and upon returning with our warning one of the staff members said someone else had received one recently. We were not offered a refund

Honestly the best bike rental shop. Came here today to get some bikes to ride around Newport with the family, and we were greeted right away by Eric and Marcel. They were kind, funny, and super helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area looking for bikes.

We have been renting bicycles from here for many years; for our family and girlfriend retreats, at our favorite beachhouse, on Oceanfront! The staff has always been great and bicycles in good shape. The ice cream is yummy as well and the servings are generous!

You always want to go where the locals go when you’re out of town. This is not the spot. I live 2 blocks away and consistent repeat customer and will never use this establishment again and I encourage you to do the same. Terrible service and for being a local and regular you’re treated like a problem with a 1 time flat tire. Just needed air but it’s an issue here. This is not the way it is anywhere else on the peninsula. Spend $40ish a month with constant business partners coming in town, but they can write off the $480 a year and recoup it in their $3 air fee. Go somewhere else. If you support locals go somewhere else. Not a local supported business. Plenty of nice, helpful bike rental shops around here. Go fill 160 bikes with air to make up for this. Just terrible.

Triple charged my credit card because of a computer issue. So three identical charges show up and they say they will take care of it. No that later they still haven't and are telling me to dispute it with my credit card company. They are either dishonest, inept or both. Just pay attention to your statement after you go to this place
