“This was amazing. This restaurant is really fancy. My daughter ordered the cheese pizza and she loved it. All the food we ordered was excellent, including the pizza, salad, steak, and bass.”

“Our favorite find!! Every meal was divine and the care and quality is tasted in every bite! Service is 100/10! We adore coming here and can’t wait to be back. Highly recommend the noodle salad, fried chicken, carrot cake, and steak sandwich. And brownie!! I’m sure we’ll slowly make it through the rest of the menu as everything we’ve tried is delicious. “We recently catered sandwich platters for a club meeting and they were delicious! Service was quick and easy, pick up was a breeze, and extra points for the pickles and lollies! Already looking forward to coming back to try something new.”

“We've enjoyed many meals over the last year and always happily return for more. The venue is gorgeous of course and it's difficult to leave roaming the beautiful nursery & craft store area to get to your reservation so give yourself plenty of time during your visit for shopping. The capable service staff is eager to please and every dish is thoughtfully prepared/presented. A couple of our favorite dishes are: the Asian beef short ribs & the Pomegranate & balsamic glazed salmon salad which are reasonably priced and delicious. A bonus for us as Guide Dog puppy raisers is they're dog friendly.”

“They have the absolutely best enchilada sauce around. They used this aged Wisconsin cheese that has such a unique flavor and it melts perfectly. Don't forget the house margarita 😋 I have been eating at El Cholo for over 35 years and have never been disappointed”

“Pizza is absolutely amazing , went 2 days in a row after a friend recommended. Friends and I got a 1/2 cheese,1/2 pepperoni large and it may be the best pizza I’ve ever had I had 4 slices. And these are very large slices . I was so Surprised by the flavor and richness in the sauce and well cooked NY style thin crust. It was an A+++ for myself and everyone that shared All around amazing pizza . Thank you, a must try ……”

“Just stopped for our second time because this place is the bomb for Gelato !!! Visiting from out of town and love gelato so we tried it out. Not disappointed at all !!! They also just opened location on Balboa Island…..so don’t waste your time on the overhyped Balboa Bars or frozen bananas, because this Gelato blows them out of the water. Met the owner and he’s very passionate about his product !!!”

“Impressively extensive food selection. The presentation and portion are fairly decent but, it can be a little upgraded. The food quality, freshness & taste are surprisingly delicious! The front hostess or lady who sat us definite do NOT have any courtesy with unfriendly attitude & lacking any personality & rude. There's 4 of us on our birthday celebration & only gave us 3menu. I corrected with a request for 4 but, gave me an attitude of ‘I know, I'll get you another one. But, never return & no gesture of recognition to handle the situation. Unpleasantly rude & in that case, we will not return with that kind of attitude.”

I noted this request when I placed the order and, to my pleasant surprise, the egg salad was included in the delivery. “Very nice place, good service. I have been here multiple times for lunch. My food was great, French toast and it comes with a little bowl of berries. My only complaint this time was that they must have changed the brand of coffee cause it was awful, almost tasted sour.”

“The food was excellent - I had a fillet mignon and my companion had the halibut. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. We sat on the patio and it was pretty loud and boisterous. I will request the dining room for our next experience at the Bungalow. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant - thank you!”

“Great local beach bar with great food. Menu has many options so there was something to please everyone. We had dinner and their burgers were so good we went back for lunch bringing guests.”

“Staff were friendly. The veggie burger and potato salad (or option of potato chips) were good even though the cost was a bit high for what you received. We noticed there was only one person at the cashier taking orders and might not have had time to clean outdoor tables as needed. However, we plan to eat there again in the future. They even serve alcoholic beverages in case you like that option.”

“Brugge's Bagels is a delightful place to enjoy a variety of tasty bagels! We tried the smoked salmon with cream cheese, along with a standard cream cheese bagel, a western bagel, and a breakfast egg bagel. Every bagel was delicious, and everyone loved their choices. The outdoor patio is a lovely spot to sit when the weather is nice, and there’s also comfortable indoor seating plus handy parking around the back, making it easy to visit. Overall, our experience was great, and I'm sure we'll return for”

“Went to Bandera on my birthday which was March 15 ,2024 and I had the Filet Minion with broccoli and mash potatoes, Also a glass of refreshing white champagne. Then for dessert I had a delicious chocolate dessert, with whip cream and a leaf mint on it . Tasted like it had a little alcohol in it . Our waiter was very nice , sweet , always asking if our meal was good and how everything is going. I forgot the waiters name but he’s very tall , about 6’6 .”
