I ordered a lunch special pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad and a drink. When I picked up my order, I realized it wasn’t correct — I received a cheese pizza, no salad, but a box of jalapeños instead.

I called Gina’s Pizza to let them know, and Giovanni helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He refunded me without any hassle and told me that next time I come in, to let him know and they’ll take care of me.

Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Giovanni’s attitude and willingness to fix the issue really stood out to me. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and respectful he was.

“Tried them for the first time when we got a door hanger menu and coupon. We were pleasantly surprised because everything from the friendly atmosphere, to the price, and especially to the pizza was excellent. My wife got a Canadian bacon and pineapple, which was delicious. I got just pepperoni, which was also delicious. Crust is thick and yummy, they put enough sauce, ingredients and cheese… Not skimpy. We will definitely be going back.“

“sam! you did such a great job ❤️ We had an unexpected change of plans and decided to try something new. i have never been so happy with a plan change before. we had two crunchy rolls and dessert and some drinks **shoutout to the lemon mint sprtiz**. food was great no notes (left overs were even better because the spice had time to develop even more) but the real stand out is Sam. hes doing the hard work and being absolutely delightful at the same time. can't wait to come back!“

All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. “Slice House by Tony Gemnani is an absolute gem. It has to be at the top of the list of the best pizza in Orange County. I came to the one in 18120 Brookhurst St., Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The single slice pizzas are huge and fresh. The Wiseguy pizza has tomato sauce, mozzarella, sweet & spicy Italian sausage, thin pepperoni, ricotta, Tony’s hot pepper oil & green onion. I loved the ricotta cheese on top of the pizza because you can smear it. So it can be extra cheesy. I also got the Pulp Fig-Tion made with sweet fig jam, salty bacon, creamy ricotta, and a hint of pesto. If you like sweet and savory, this is the pizza you need. It is only available at Slice House in Fountain Valley. I also loved there house made hot local honey. It made a lot of difference when you dipped the pizza in it or drizzled it on top. They also have specials that come with the drink and salad. I will definitely go again. 10/10!“
