“Angelina's is absolutely delightful and delicious! There's a lot of good food in Irvine, but this is a spot I definitely want to go back to. My chicken entree was some of the best cooked chicken I've ever had; it was a huge cut that was succulent and juicy. I was a bit worried about it being flavorless since I got the Calabrese sauce on the side, but even without it the taste was decadent. The salumi board and cheeses were also a hit, as was the burrata. I definitely stuffed myself with cheese and do not regret it in the slightest. I will say my drink wasn't the most exciting, but for one drink I definitely felt like there was a good amount of alcohol in it. Service, especially with drunks was also a little bit slow and they were bringing out drinks 1-2 at a time, but we had a large party on a week night and it looked like the bar only had one worker so it wasn't a big deal, I am understanding of that! All in all I really liked this spot and want to try more of their menu.“
“Lively and fun atmosphere. It can get a little loud, so not a good place for a quiet dinner. We enjoy the large and attractive patio. Food is mostly delicious, but I wouldn't recommend the super healthy salads when you're smelling all the delicious Italian dishes!“
“Went with a friend for Orange County Restaurant Week. We each had one of their three course meals. I had Caesar salad, grilled salmon with sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes. For dessert I had their cheesecake with strawberries. My meal was very good. Their bread was a nice addition to my meal. My friend had the minestrone soup, chicken and mushrooms with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked very well. The sauce on the plate was heavenly. Her dessert was tiramisu, which was yummy. All in all, we had a really good dinner with very good service. The people who cleared the tables and refilled glasses were particularly attentive. This was a very enjoyable experience and we will be returning.“
“The Pizza is pretty good. It is the only thing I have gotten here. Naturally with it being in the spectrum, it is going to be more crowded during the evenings and when work is over for the day. The wait can get very long so be ready for that.“

“We were passing through Irvine and looked for good "homemade" food. It was delicious, Greek salad was fresh and tasty, Alfredo pasta with chicken, spaghetti Parmesan was also delicious and freshly made. Philly steak was decent, my husband was not fan of the bread used. Pizza was also good and tasty. Service was great, friendly. Nice and clean restaurant. We were there Friday around 5:30pm sitting alone but people coming in and out like crazy for pick ups, that tells you how good this place is! Love to find places like this on our travels! Highly recommend!“
“Our server, Natalie, was training a new server, Cam. Good service from both. My 3 nephews, ages 19-21, and all well over 6'2" enjoyed their burgers (Wednesday special) and I enjoyed the endless fries as these kids are never full! Overall, it was a great evening spent with good kids. We will definitely consider coming back next time I am in town and need to feed them!“

“Friendly, fast, and recommended by locals. Most people are picking up to go orders. I liked that they have pizza by the slice. If you like a thicker chewy style crust, you'll like Northwood. I had a couple pepperoni slices and really liked the sauce and how nicely crisped but not burnt the pepperoni is. It is all smiles inside from the workers and I got my order within seconds. The establishment of straight forward and functional, couple benches outside if you need to eat now.“

“Walked in and was immediately greeted by two of the employees and made sure I had all my questions answered and did not rush me whatsoever while I stood over all of the options, struggling to make a decision. “We've only gotten delivery pizza from bere, but it's consistently been good! Online ordering makes it quick and easy to get what pizza you want, though we haven't ever done a create-your-own style since the premade options are good. Our go-to is something like Italian garlic. The veggies are always fresh and the crust is tasty!We did make one order wanting to try the stuffed crust (which costs extra), and instead got a regular crust and couldn't figure out how to get a refund for the extra cost online which was a bit annoying, but I think if you keep it simple you probably won't have issues just getting yummy pizza.“
“I love the happy hour deals. You can sit at the bar or the outdoor patio has nice couches/sofa style seating which is especially nice when it's beautiful out! Service can be a little spotty because they are sometimes short staffed but overall the servers are always very friendly. I absolutely love the beef carpaccio with the flavors of fresh salad and cheese and croutons on top. The calamari is a must order and my husband's favorite. I didn't have pictures but the brio burger is also delicious and such a good deal! Posted a full size photo of our beef carpaccio from another visit when it was full sized so you can see the difference. Don't forget to ask for the warm and crusty free house bread with a thick slice of butter!“
“Little inconspicuous cafe with everything from espresso to pizza and Greek yogurt parfait. Hamburger on the grill was the first thing I smelled. They told me it was for the pizza, so I went with that. Pizza with hamburger and garlic was wonderful. Pizza crust 10/10. Will be back.“
“Came here twice whilst staying at the hotel and both times, the food was really good. Both the veggie omelette and the breakfast sandwich were delicious. The chicken apple sausage and breakfast potatoes were also really good. Service wasn’t that quick, but the pool views were great. The Cafe Bistro at Nordstrom is a cafe that I didn't know about until about 5-6 years ago, which feels like a long time but the cafe has been around even longer and every Nordstrom has one - and it's GOOD ! It's my 'me time' place. It's where I go and ponder my life, my choices and the crab mango avocado salad. There's something about that cold salad, but it's everything I want in a salad. It's a popular choice. Look around and you'll find more than a few tables with this order. I also indulge in a side cup of french onion soup from time to time and together with the salad, it's just what I need for my soul. It seems to be a well kept secret among women too as I often see small groups of women celebrating something here, and a scattering of men (tired men, I must add, looking for a place to rest their feet). When you leave, they send you home with some minty chocolate barks which is the perfect ending to a meal, if you ask me. So next time you find yourself looking for a meal at a mall, stop by the Cafe Bistro. You can thank me later.“
“Ordering dominos today was a smooth process since the app offers a variety of coupons and tracks when the process from the food being made to the driver leaving the facility and being at your door step. I ordered the medium two topping pizza for 6.99 (w/ coupon) and cheesy bread. They're a bit stingy on the sauce side (1 dollar per) but I get inflation. The thin crust pizza is light and crunchy while the cheesy bread is gooey (in the best way possible) and savory. Can create your own or find something off the menu to order but what's great is there are options for everyone and at a decent price for a casual quick atmosphere. The area here is a little bit more family vibes so keep that in mind if wanting more of a chill/sit down pizza vibe. Otherwise, can definitely order for pick up / to go. Movie theater nearby, plenty of outdoor seating and gorgeous views of the lake.“

“Wow, we're so glad there's an Oliver's location in Irvine now! The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the service was fantastic. You know how sometimes you get the feeling that the staff don't really want to be there? Everyone we interacted with seemed like they were happy to be there. Makes such a huge difference in someone's dining experience! Ambiance was upscale but not stuffy or stiff. Very fun and delicious place to enjoy a meal with friends or family, or even a business lunch. The complimentary house bread was so yummy, especially when paired with their savory olive tapenade. It's hard to resist filling up on bread. We started with a beet salad which was an amazing blend of flavors and textures, thanks to the thinly sliced beets, creamy cheese, and slightly candied walnuts. Fantastic salad that I would order again and again. For mains, we shared: Hokkaido Scallops from Oliver's Trattoria's Truffle Menu: shockingly delicious! The sweetness of the Hokkaido Scallops played perfectly with the truffle (not overpowered at all) and creamy sauce. The sauce was soooo tasty, we dipped pizza crust into it to make sure we didn't waste any of it, lol. A pricey dish but so well-executed and worth every penny. Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese: delicious savory meat sauce that covers nice al dente pasta. Sooo good and a must for Bolognese lovers. Chitarra Pomodoro: a signature for a reason and you can really taste the difference with fresh pasta. Margherita Pizza: sometimes the simple classics are the best, and this Margherita is no exception. Perfect pillowy crust texture on the edges, and a nice thin crust throughout most of the pizza. So delicious and we'll be ordering this whenever we crave pizza! For desserts, we shared 3, and each of us had a different favorite even though we agreed all of them were delicious, so you know they were all good in their own ways! Tiramisu: so creamy and decadent without being too sweet! Probably the best version of a classic Tiramisu I've had. Cheesecake: also not too sweet! Lovely flavors and crust. Tortino di Cioccolato: a chocolate lover's dream! And the gelato is a delicious complement as well. We can't wait to come back!“
