The restaurant theme is inspired by 1920s Americana newspaper which explains why their signature pizzas have names like "The Times" and "The Tribune".

I've reviewed this place before and I'm back to review it again. I love pizza press. Of all the build your own pizza places I still find pizza press as the #1. Here's why:
The dough and it's thin, crispy, cracker crust is closer to Italian pizza or a place like cpk. It isn't overly doughy. Yummy! My family loves it here. The pesto and basil topping in the end is the best.
