Received via Door Dash; it was a direct and on time delivery. That said, the pizza crust is very thin yet was doughy/raw/chewy throughout the whole middle/center of pizza. Yuck. The garlic-cheesy bread is nothing more than a very thin crust, oblong shaped cheese pizza. The side red sauce/marinara arrived ice cold, thick and seemed more like tomato paste? Yuck. To round all this out; there was a side salad. Loads of disappointing/odd tiny unseasoned croutons. There was fancy packaging but I’d rather of had dynamite food.Disappointing and won’t happen again.

Until now it was 4 stars, however, yesterday's experience turned it down to 1 star, maybe one who is non vegetarian wouldn't have the same feeling, but all the toppings were smelling like raw meat, maybe they changed the way how they store the stuff, but a food that smells like raw meat isn't pleasing to

Take note that this place can take a while so as long as you're not in a rush they definitely have yummy options to choose from. Can create your own or find something off the menu to order but what's great is there are options for everyone and at a decent price for a casual quick atmosphere. The area here is a little bit more family vibes so keep that in mind if wanting more of a chill/sit down pizza vibe. Otherwise, can definitely order for pick up / to go. Movie theater nearby, plenty of outdoor seating and gorgeous views of the lake.

The place is always clean too! Definitely recommend Pizza Press, particularly this location!Kid-friendliness: I always see kids here :-) I think a lot of little leagues come here after their game

Food is great, but twice in the past I was told that they gotta charge extra because the pizza I ordered (publish your own) got too much toppings. I, both times, asked how many toppings I could choose and was told as many as I wanted. I didn't feel it was fair that I was told they were charging extra at the time of check out without being told in advance. Even though their food is good, I have never met any friendly employees there. There for I am giving only 4 stars.

Sandra the manager and her crew were super rude to me. First they told me that I asked for cauliflower crust, but I told them that that was not what I asked for and I asked for Gluten-free crust, then they lied to me that that was the same as cauliflower crust. When I checked the website and confronted them with the false information, the same person changed his story and told me that They were actually out of the crust. The price difference was $4 each, when I confronted the manager that they shouldn’t lie and give the correct information from the start. She was completely rude about it and told me “ Do you want the pizza or not?” I said no and she told them just throw it away or give it away to someone else. Completely disrespectful and rude. I have been a customer for years. I will never shop here again.
