Café Bistro is nothing short of perfection! I used to frequent a Bistro in Texas before they rebranded and switched management, and unfortunately, it went downhill from there. But this place feels like stepping into a time machine--bringing back everything I loved about the original experience before it got ruined. It was an amazing afternoon of shopping and then lunch at the Cafe Bistro. I ordered the new item on the menu, which was the short rib grill cheese with fruit. It came with a dipping sause, and it was delicious and not salty at all!! Great food, with
