“I got the chicken in the spinach wrap, with teriyaki and pineapple. It was delicious.

We took our food out front to sit on the sidewalk facing PCH. WE got there just before the lunch crowd came, and it was crowded inside, as the line grew longer.

I would not suggest parking on PCH, in front of the Sandwich Spot, because the line of traffic seemed endless. It took me a long time to get into the parking space. I mean, really long.“

Lots of options on menu, with classic cheesesteaks, chicken varieties, different variations on fries with toppings, and east coast branded products (chips, and root beer). The interior is decorated with Philadelphia sports memorabilia. Although supporting the North Jersey and NYC sports teams the food is worth the exposure to the Eagles banners. Lol. “Consistent food and service, fairly priced. Staff is clearly well trained and will often greet you and ask if you need anything or if you are waiting on an order. My only complaint is they almost never include utensils for online orders (even when you check 'Include utensils', so I hope you have a spoon if you order soup.

Also, not sure if they are under contract with Mendicino's or what, but they have useless "valet parking" some days, which just makes the already small parking lot a bit of a zoo. The valet stand is literally at the parking spots, so it's actually less efficient when there is a valet there. Seems like this same valet company just scams local businesses or lot owners into taking over their parking lots or something, as it seems semi common in costa mesa/newport, and it's always the same valet company. It takes six seconds to pull into a parking spot and several minutes to valet, but they reserve half the parking lot for valet, so it becomes full, and you are forced to valet since those are usually the only open spots. It works in some parking lots, but definitely not this one which is already a narrow entryway that isn't really even two lanes wide and an already small parking lot.

Parking: Some days there is a valet claiming half the parking lot, making finding a spot difficult. There are 3 'limited time' parking spots right in front of the store next to the handicap spots.“

“Okay, someone tell me why I'm just now finding out about this sandwich shop, honestly LIFE-CHANGING. Board & Brew has locations all over OC and SoCal and is THE spot to satisfy all your sandwich fixations.

You know a Caesar salad is authentic when their dressing has anchovies in it and this was PHENOMENAL.

Also, beer flights?! Say lesss! They're known for their IPAs and even have seltzers too.

But let's get into their Turkado sandwich. The inside was stuffed to the BRIM with ingredients and drizzled with their secret sauce?? No words.

You can do half sandwiches here, so I recommend getting the Beef dip as well that they roast in-house and dunked in au jus that's made from the meat drippings.

Board & Brew is truly a hidden gem and you HAVE to check them out.

I dont eat Philly cheesesteaks much but this place makes me want some more. Their wings hit also. I got the cajun rub and thai flavor. Super dupper yummy. I had to get my cookies and cream shake. That was refreshing on a hot day. They have three types of lemonade, regular lemon, strawberry and peach. All three were delicious. When you go, get the big philly cheese steaks. It had all tyoes of good topping, pickles, lettuce, tomato’s, onions, bell peppers, delicious cheese all wrapped up with the meat. Yummy yummy in my tummy… now for yes cajun fries, YES!!! I really was just expecting a sandwich, but you really won’t know until you go..it's a must-visit. Top-notch service, homemade tuna salad, and they’re quick! I've always gone for the Philly's Best or the Pizza Cheese Steak, and this time around I introduced my family to this franchise location, and we all left very satisfied (though a little sleepy from food coma...they do not skimp on the steak here). My son and daughter are not big cheese steak fans, but they devoured their pizza steak and the pizza steak fries.

The cashier was very friendly, and the cook himself brought out our order to us at our table. The service was very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere.

“The manager was absolute perfection she was a delight I had some of the best customers service I received in a very very long time I will definitely be going back my sandwich was a bit pricey 17 bucks for a footlong with three cookies chips and soda but it was real good service can't be beat!!
