“Went here for lunch with a friend who said it was great. Turns out he was telling the absolute truth. I’ve never been much of a sandwich guy myself but the tri-tip special sounded very good. Food arrived quickly and was borderline heavenly. Before the food arrived they offered a sample dish of their lasagna special, it was amazing. We pre ordered 10 lasagnas for dinner the next night (July 3rd). The tri-tip sandwich was so good I felt like I had to order another one, it was even better the second time around. The service was terrific all of the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to create a comfortable atmosphere. The tables have little games you can play while you wait for your food (tic-tac-toe, chess, etc.). I’m forever in debt to my friend for showing me this place.10/10 must try again.“

“Basic eatery with good phillies. Lots of options on menu, with classic cheesesteaks, chicken varieties, different variations on fries with toppings, and east coast branded products (chips, and root beer). The interior is decorated with Philadelphia sports memorabilia. Although supporting the North Jersey and NYC sports teams the food is worth the exposure to the Eagles banners. Lol. It's a good eatery, enjoy.“

I am writing this review specifically for the care the team took tonight 3/20 7pm on my mobile order for my daughter, who will be late coming home from school. They actually read my special instructions note and took great care to follow through with my weird request of wrapping the bread and veggie/meats separately so that her bread wouldn’t get soggy. “Whenever I am nearby for work, I make this place my go to place for lunch. The prices are great for the quality of food I get. While I am a sucker for a great sandwich, their breakfast menu is well deserving of praise as well. I've already introduced this place to several co-workers who already know whenever I am in town, this is the place we will go to. The staff was warm and welcoming. The seating area is inside, so it helps on those hot days. I look forward to trying a burger one of these days.“

“I tried the new dish - Teriyaki chicken rice which I thought was a bit strange for a banh mi store to sell but it turned out to be delicious. They have the best Vietnamese coffee that will keep you awake all day long. The new owner - Minh, is very enthusiastic which makes the atmosphere in the store very cheerful. “I was doing errands on Dec 1, 2023 & stopped at Subway for a 12" Meatball Marinara. About 4:30pm. The young man working was extremely polite. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich was HOT. They're Subways closer to my home, but this one is fantastic. Highly recommend. Reserved parking spaces. On corner of Magnolia and Garfield in HB.

“My husband and I visited the Fountain Valley location at least once a week but then they closed. One of our favorite wait staff at that Corner Bakery advised us about the Huntington Beach location at Bella Terra and so now we go there quite often.
We like the "choose two" lunch options. Delicious, filling pastas, soups and sandwiches. I love the little bowl of seasonal fruit on the side. We love it.“
