Never really been here, however a friend took me to lunch yesterday and today I had to bring my husband! And he gave it a 5 star! The food and service are both excellent!
I have lost hope in Corner Bakery. The last few experiences that I have had across the country with them made me lose hope that I could get something edible, but this location restored my faith. I made my order online, and son after I received a call that one of the things that ordered was not available, but they would be happy to substitute. I appreciated the fact they owned that there was an issue, and corrected it.

Based on recent reviews, Corner Bakery Cafe has received mixed feedback. The food quality has been inconsistent, with some meals described as "barely okay." One customer noted that the bacon is now "extremely thin and floppy," feeling like a downgrade. Another regular customer was disappointed because the "Caesar dressing" was changed to a new one from a different supplier, which is "not good." A pasta dish was served with a dirty fork that had a "light coating" from a previous meal. The coffee machine was broken, causing a long wait in line. Staff have seemed "tired from being understaffed," which reflected in the food. However, some positive points remain. The location in Huntington Beach is described as a "nice place to relax" with a "great patio" under trees. Service has been "pleasant" in the past, and one customer thanked a staff member for "great service." The cafe offers "good free refill coffee" and "plenty of free parking." While some long-time visitors feel the quality has dropped, others still find the place "as good as it’s ever been."
