I really love that this company will give you a large cup of water for free. Where other places are like "Sorry we have to charge you for the cup" and proceed to charge you 300% what the cup is worth. So though I am generally not a fan of the corporate-ness of Starbucks, I will get coffee there because of their acts of kindness.
Love everything about it, from the warm greeting upon entering, to the baristas knowing your name, and your drink of choice. Like founder Howard Schultz once said, “Starbucks is not a coffee company serving people, it’s a people company serving coffee.”Downtown HB has the best team on the planet: Erika, Rico, Peter, Josh, Tsu, Michael, Zoey, Mar, and everyone else absolutely ROCK!
