“The young man at the register was sweet and helpful and answered our questions both about food ingredients and pro and also about the surrounding area and things to do. The restaurant itself was the cleanest fast food place I’ve ever been in including the restrooms! Our food was hot and fresh. The buns were soft and tasty and did not fall apart, the burger had a delicious charbroiled taste and aroma. I ordered the hash rounds which crispy and hot just the way I like them. “Dirty menu sign, the lady taking the order asked me redundantly about a combo even tho I said just the burger itself, great script but poorly executed and poor communication skills within trying to order an entree. No napkins and only received 1 packet per item ordered. The burgers have finger smash marks in the buns. I have photos, I'll spare the review on those because it still tasted good, just the handling of the food shows how much the employees actually care about what they do. Went at 1530 Oct 3 Los Angeles Time. I might go back sometime, it's a mcdonalds, they're not known for quality service any more and I get why people say that.

“I had to order the jumbo Jack meal with fries I got the large lemonade. Absolutely loved it they were super friendly obviously the jumbo Jack with cheese is one of the greatest burgers ever made it literally should have a 12 step program because I am so addicted to them the staff here was incredibly friendly very efficient and gave me nothing but smiles and service. If I wasn’t trying to lose weight I easily would’ve ordered another jumbo jack with cheese the Jack’s value in you two is also another addiction that I am struggling to overcome LOL great job this is a wonderful store!“

“I am not a morning person so today I had some organizing I had to do at my storage so I drove over to the Edwards and bolsa location. From fountain valley to "Jack in the Box "for one reason. they are the one and only place that still serves .a cup of coffee you can taste. It seems all the donut shops and other fast foods serve what they call a cup of coffee yet its just basically hot colored water very little coffee involved. So when you need a coffee you can feel try this place i think you will be quite happy with the. Quality and strength of there cup of coffee and you wont spend as much as you would have at Starbucks. Don t get me wrong Starbucks is my fave but. at this point in the pandemic. I chose my other less expensive choice. " Jack in the Box"“

I'm not a meat lover because I've had problems with my bite but the rice is so on point with teriyaki sauce and green onion. I miss the orange pieces that they used to serve when they first opened in the city of orange off Chapman/ prospect Blvd in 2011 next to stater brother but that okay nothing stay the same forever. “When we walked in the restaurant you got a strong wiff of bleach. So you couldn't smell any food. It was REALLY, REALLY clean, like too clean that it made you think, "what are you hiding?"The service was quick for a to go order. The food was good over all. The young lady taking our order was very nice and patient while we looked over the menu. Overall very ?. They are open 24hrs which is a plus.“

My girlfriend got a chicken sandwich, and I threw in some tacos for good measure (because obviously, it’s Jack in the Box, and tacos are a must).

“I went threw the drive threw, and the drive threw woman was very polite, very customer service oriented. Service with a smile. Keep up the good work. There was a small mishaps with my order. And I called, the woman I spoke with was Maria, we spoke about the small error. She was also customer service oriented. And when I arrived I went threw the drive threw and the woman in drive threw knew exactly what I was talking about and when I arrived at the window she greeted me with a smile, she apologized, they offered a drink with an extra taco and a very sincere apology. Awesome team work. There was a small problem, it was fixed, everyone was doing their part. A+ customer service here! Team Work!!! Yes!!!!“
