“I was introduced to this place by a friend of mine who originally comes from Missouri. I would have never stopped here otherwise. It’s almost hidden and easy to pass right by. DELICIOUS tacos in a perfect little beach-friendly, local surfer type spot. Tables are literally next to the parking spots, just plopped in the lot. Come here for sunshine, great tacos and a reminder that life it full of greatness when you ditch the fluff. Great staff too! Cash only, fyi“

“What a pleasant surprise! We stumbled across this place and decided to give it a shot for breakfast this morning... it instantly became our new favorite breakfast spot in OC. It was THAT good. Like, we're already planning to come try lunch here in a few days. The prices were very fair for the portion sizes (the breakfast burrito was huge!). Of course we had to try a couple of street tacos because my husband and I are kind of on a street taco kick right now, and omg. When I say their carne asada is the BEST we've tried so far - and we've tried LOTS - I am 100% serious, it is so freaking delicious! The al pastor too, soooo good. We can't wait to come back and try more! Also wanted to mention the gentleman at the counter who served us, I didn't catch his name, but he was so welcoming and kind. He might have been the owner, not sure. You HAVE to try Roman's if you're in the area... and even if you're not, it's worth going out of the way for. Amazing experience!“

“I’ve been coming to Que Vida Tacos HB for over a year since I discovered they were in Beach Blvd in Morhers shopping center. Their food is excellent and their service is exceptional. They are very kind, friendly and always go out of their way for me and as am eating, I notice them asking other tables, how they like their food and if there is anything else they need. I would give more stars, if I could because Que Vida Tacos is bringing back the genuine old school service that is rear to find. Edwin Jess, Big T, everyone is awesome.“

I’m still working my way through the menu since the days of the weekend only plancha out front. The meats are incredible, the carnitas melt in your mouth, the chicken is tender and juicy and the asada sopes are divine. Get yourself a treat from this family owned, family friendly business on your way to the beach, for lunch or after work when you just don’t want to cook. I’d offer a pic from any of the multiple times I’ve been there but I can’t help to rip into the food immediately.“

“I asked around during my day at Huntington Beach for the best Mexican in the area. This is a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant run by a family for over 30 years. I got 2 simple Asada tacos. The simple things done with pride and gratitude are great. These $4 tacos were delicious, tender and freaking loaded. I left feeling like I'd discovered something special to share with friends and just had to come type a review. Even the kid waiting my table made me feel like a member of the family. Well done.“

That were also fantastic. Had all the condiments to go with a great taco. The red hot sauce, which was actually more orange was very spicy but great. Today I got the steak fajita and chips and Salsa through grub hub (.I live very close) The portion size of the fajita was very small for the price like the smallest portion i've ever seen for a fajita. A generous mound of cilantro rice and black beans sat beside fresh pico de gallo, while the enchiladas (or wet burrito—hard to tell under the blanket of sauce) came smothered in a bright green sauce and melted cheese that had just started to brown at the edges. Everything was hot, saucy, and satisfying without being heavy. The beans had real flavor, the rice wasn’t gummy, and the pico cut through the richness perfectly.

I’ve walked into this spot a few times before, but it was always packed with a long line, so I ended up walking right back out. This time, my wife had the perfect solution, she called in an order for breakfast burrito, and it made everything so much easier.
We placed the order by phone, pulled up, and had an easy pickup with zero waiting around. And let me tell you… these burritos were SO good! 🤤
Hot, cheesy, filling, and packed with flavor. Sometimes the best way to beat the line is to order ahead, and after finally trying these, I’m glad we did.
Definitely worth the wait and definitely worth going back for! 🌯❤️
