“Okay. So I haven't been here since I was a little kid with my mom. And I was actually on my way to anaheim, to get filipino food, and I remembered this spot as I was driving down western and decided to go here instead. The atmosphere is similar to when I was a kid. But the inside has changed quite a bit. Aside from the smell of Masa.

I ordered the menudo and aside of corn tortillas. Let menudo was a little on the blind side, but they do give you oregano, chili flakes and lemon, and that did help mind you. The food is no longer made by me jente. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite. But don't let that detour you from checking it out if you haven't been there. Now, onto the tamales, which I got 2 chicken and 2 pork, I haven't tried the chicken yet, but the pork. It's pretty dang good. Plenty of meat and flavor. I will definitely be going back to try other menu items and for sure going back to get more tamales. The lady that was working the register. It's very kind and generous, and I feel that that makes a restaurant ten times better.“
