“I ordered three chicken fingers by itself today for the first time. Typically I will get a combo box, which includes their secret sauce. I was unaware that when you order à la carte, the sauce is not included, rather they have to charge you $.42. I was pretty displeased hearing that, and may have overreacted with the pointless charge. Thus, was not going to proceed with my order, and just be on my way. A manager by the name of David, then assisted me and explained the reasoning as to why, still didn’t really make sense. Why are you going to charge for sauce when you’re ordering three chicken fingers… And the manager, David, confirmed he would waive that fee for me this time. Upon driving up to the window he comped my entire meal, apologized and was sympathetic to my frustration. Then I felt bad for my petty complaint, and wanted to pay, but he refused at that point. Thank you for doing the right thing and ensuring I stay a loyal customer.“
“The food here is delicious, and the serving ladies are a treat all on their own; always smiling and happy. The quality matches the price, for the most part; my usual pick for my family, 3 trays of 2 item combos [that's 2 side items on top of your choice of any mix of noodles, white rice, and fried, rice], runs me roughly $40 & change, a bit more if I get a drink or any egg rolls. My recommendations are the Garlic Beef and the House Special chicken. There aren't many seats in the place, but it's cozy enough if you wanna eat in, and they don't constantly play annoying music over speakers, which is a big plus.My only warning/complaint, aside from only being allowed one drink refill [their coke tastes better than some places, for some reason, which makes me wish I could get a second refill], would be to get the BBQ pork when it's fresh, if possible; as with the majority of chinese places, the BBQ pork tends to be a bit dry if it's been sitting out a while.Other than that, and the fact I can't afford to go more often, I have no complaints. Please do stop by on your way out from the Wal-Mart just a few doors down from them, if you can; nothing like saving the groceries for another night & just chowing down on some Chinese as comfort food sometimes, y'know?“
“First time for me coming here and now I’m hooked. Delightful food, absolutely love the grilled chicken, the plantains and mac & cheese! The seasoning is so good and the chicken is so tasty and not dry at all. I used to be an el pollo loco fan, but now I am a fan of Pollo Campero!!! Their grilled chicken is fire!! I’m going again today.“

“Brought two out-of-state friends here for their first ever in-n-out experience and they loved it! Not only were our burgers and animal style fries made to perfection, but Riley and David really made it extra special by the stellar customer service provided while we were here. Riley even took a group pic with them. Thank you guys so much for making their first in-n-out experience so memorable!!“
