I had heard that Rubio's Coastal Grill had good fish taco, so I ordered their platter. The fish chunks were covered with breading and were not as flavorful as I had hoped for. The slaw and sauce were good.A week or so later I went back and this time I ordered the "grilled" Salmon tacos. Much better tasting than the bread fish version, but not cheap. We love coconut shrimp. But even restaurants overcook it. The coconut shrimp in our tacos were not overcooked and tasted great. We also loved the chunks of mango in the mango salsa and the fresh-sliced avocado. The people working there were also very nice and kept the condiment bar clean and stocked. Made dining experience very pleasant.
